Ridz is remembering armi while her cell rings and she picks up but is very angry on armi as he cut her phone twice and wasn't picking her phone up for long

Ridz: (angrily) hello
Armi: riddhima (he sounded very disturbed)
Ridz: Armaan.. kya hua tum kuch pareshaan ho?
Armi: haan.. par tumhe kaise pata?
Ridz: bas mere dil ne kaha.. par hua kya?
Armi: bahaut lambi story hai main tumhe aake bataunga lekin abhi itna bata sakta hun ki jis dost ki help karne main yahan aya tha usne muje double cross kiya hai aur aab main musibat main hu lekin maine kisi bhi tarah se musibat ko kuch dino ke liye taaal diya hai
Ridz: Armaan .. tum tum phikar mat karo saab theek ho jayega
Armi: hmmm…acha suno I miss u so much
Ridz: me too…. Acha suno maine tumhe phone kiya tha kyunkin main tumse kuch kehna chati thi
Armi: kya hua tum theek to ho?
Ridz: haan main theek hu lekin wohh main lonawala main hu .. aur
Armi: aur aur kya ridz .. ek min kaun hai tumhare saath
Ridz: Dr. Rahul..
Armi: KYA??? Ridz tum tum wahan rahul ke saath
Ridz: Armaan relax main theek hu wohh yaha bacho ko kuch bimari hui thi iss liye hume yahan ana pada kyunki buaa bhi yahan nahi thi to do logo ko ana pada
Armi: kyat um tum rahul ke saath akeli
Ridz: Armaan yahan bache bhi hai…. Aur plz relax main theek hoo par tumhari bahut yaad aa rahi hai
Armi: r u sure ridz?
Ridz: haan baba I m sure
Armi: waise tum abhi bhi soyi nahi kyun?
Ridz: kyunki muje pata tha kit um muje call zaroor karoge..
Armi: hmmm acha suno.. main kal vapis Mumbai aa raha hun.. kao to main lonawala aa jaoo
Ridz: nahi Armaan main 1-2 din maine wapis aa jaungi.. tum sanjeevani hi jana varna aagar dr. keerti ko pata chala kit um yahan aye to bahut problem ho jayegi…
Armi: hmm … theek hai.. acha aab tum jao so jao thak gayi hogi..
Ridz: haan par pehle ek baat suno yahan bache bhi tumhare bare mein puch rahe the aur to aur rahul se check up bhi nahi karva rahe the
Armi: acha? Gud bahut acha
Ridz: Armaan!!!
Armi: ok sorry par aab theek hai na sab?
Ridz: hmm ..sab theek hai.. acha aab main chalti hu.. tum bhi so jao kal tumhe bhi to vapis ana hai na
Armi: hmm.. gud night and have my dreams
Ridz: blushes
Armi: suno .. I luv u and I m missing u loads
Ridz: I luv u too..and miss u too bye and good night… aur haan mere sapne zyada maat dekhna varna so nahi paoge jo main bilkul nahi chahti..
Armi: smiles and says ok and they hang up

Next day……
Ridz and rahul doing their work while buaa comes and greets ridz lovingly and says a dry hello to rahul and all have breakfast and then they are working…
Riddhima was just going to treat a girl who was seriously ill but rahul says he'll do it and ridz agrees

AT muskan's place

Armi and muskan leave and all greet them happily
In flight armi doesn't speak to muskan at all

Armi is remembering ridz when atul comes

Atul: hey Armaan tu vapas aa gaya

Armaan: haan

Their pager rings and all go to dr. keerti.

Dr. keerti: Dr Anjali aap OPD main, Dr. Atul aap ICU main aur Dr. muskan aab apki dadi kaisi hai?

Muski: wohh theek hai abb.. and looks at armi but armi ignores her

Dr. keeti: gud.. toh aaj app general ward main hongi

Muski: jee dr. keerti

Dr. keerti: aap log ja sakte hai

All leaves to their duties

Dr. keerti:dr. Armaan, lonawala se dr. riddhima ka phone aya tha aur unhone kuch medical supplies ki request ki hai.. unkke hisab se wahan dr. rahul ke ek patient ko kuch react kar gaya hai. Unhone jo bhi medicines mangi hai wohh saab ready ho rahi hai lekin muje lagta hai ki dr. riddhima ko help ki zarurat pad sakti hai aur wahan ke bache aapke saath comfortable feel karte hai aur aapki baat maante hai to main chahti hu ki who medcal supplies le kar aap lonawala jaye..

Armi: jee Dr Keerti, kab niklna hoga muje?

Dr. keerti: ek ghante main.. kya aap apni car main jayenge?

Armi: ji dr.

Dr. keerti: theek hai to main sister lovely se keh deti hu who sare supplies apki car main load karva dengi.aap ghar jaye aur kuch kapde pack karke ayiye kyunki aapko wahan kuch din rukna pad sakta hai.. tab tak medicines bhi tayaar hongi

Armi: jee dr.

And armi leaves, goes home and packs his bags and cums back to sanjeevani in an hour.. he is very happy and plans to give ridz a surprise .. lovely gets everything loaded in armi's car and armi leaves to go to lonawala thinking of ridz and planning to tell her everything and he thinks that now only ridz can get me out of this mess. With armi's car a hospital van is also coming just in case they needed to shift that girl to sanjeevani but armi took his car so that they can come back in it

He reaches there and all kids runs to him

Kids: Armaan bhaiya aa gaye Armaan bhaiya aa gaye

Ridz turns and is surprised to see armi.. she goes to him .. and is about to hug him but backs off as so many ppl are there..buaa cums and armi takes her blessings and hugs her and she hugs him lovingly and gives him a gud welcome

even rahul sees armi being treated like that and is shocked and jealous but doesn't react at all…

armi and ridz goes to that girl (who was treated by rahul and her condition worsened her name is ria ) ridz briefs the case to armi and together armi and ridz manage to get that girl stable and she gets consiousness….armi calls dr. keerti and gives her the report and tells her all the symptoms.. dr. keerti tells him to give phone to ridz.. keerti asks ridz to send all the reports of the girl and her medical history to sanjeevani with ria as she needs to be tested to see what had actually reacted her and then keerti tells ridz to give phone to rahul

ridz goes to give it to rahul who was sitting away checking some kids… keerti asks rahul to write the treatment he gave the girl in a report and send the report back to sanjneevani with the girl. He agrees

they send the girl back to sanjeevani in the van and there were two nurses who takes care of her while they are travelling as keerti asked all three docs to stay there…

after the van goes buaa asks armi to freshen up and then cum for lunch. And she asks ridz to show armi his room as there were some renovations done after their last visit. Ridz shows armi his room which was opposite to hers. Armi holds her hand and says that he needs to talk to her.. and he is about to say something when rahul comes up and asks for some medicine and ridz goes with him to give him that medicine but tells armi slowly that they will talk afterwards.
