She stopped halfway and walked over to where angad was now standing facing her , she looked into his eyes angrily, K- you deserve this she said ending it with a LOUD SLAP, closing her eyes she turned around to leave when angad grabbed her hand harshly , turning her around so that she could see the anger in his eyes.
A- what did you say huh , that armaan is a better guy to be with than being with me huh, K- just let me go angad, A- NO, come on kripa answer the question is arma…K-YES… "kripa", armaan said walking into the living room…. Kripa turned around to see a rather shocked armaan. Before she could say something armaan pulled kripa towards him, Ar- angad would you like to explain why you were holding my fiance ever so close to you, K- armaan let's just go she said eyeing him, but he shook his head, gosh why did he always want to overact, Ar- NO KRIPA….i want my answers he said pushing angad back, K- armaan, Ar- no, come on angad tell me he said pushing him once again…okay so he was overacting but hey he could have a little fun. A- armaan just listen to me …it's not like you think…I was…i…I was actually seeing if kripa was a cheater, K-WHAT, Ar- of course she isn't, A- yeh I know …well just making sure if she really loves you for who you were, Ar- well thanks but you don't need to watch out for me….thinking " what a lose", can't even come up with a lie, A- sorry…I thought, Ar- whatever…sorry for pushing you…I guess I got carried away he said eyeing kripa , who didn't look very happy, A- well I don't blame you…if I saw you with someone I loved …I would get jealous an…when armaan started laughing , A- what's so funny angad asked rather confused, while kripa gave armaan a "what the heck are you going to say" look. Ar- sorry…it's just , I'm not jealous of seeing you and kripa, it's just I know what type of person you are angad…not really serious with the girls and all, I guess I thought you we're trying to make a pass at kripa…though I know kripa wouldn't have let you… because frankly she hates guys like you and then she's got me , I mean no offence why would she ruin something with me just for you…ouch he knew he had hurt him but he had actually had heard kripa and his conversation …it's not that he intended to but kripa was just too loud, though he was very proud of , it was about time Angad realized what he had done to kripa.
Kripa stood there, she was trying so hard not to smile…I mean how was it possible for angad to be told twice that he wasn't good enough to be with her, she looked up to see a rather hurt angad and instantly she felt herself melting … she wanted to go hug him and forgive him …NO, control yourself kripa…remember all things he said to you…he called you a GOLD DIGGER remember …. "kripa…kripa"…K- huh , Ar- I was wondering if you told angad about tonight , K- he can't come she said lying and armaan very well knew it. She didn't want to see angad tonight , she had to plan what she was going to do next , she needed to think some things out , A- come where, Ar- oh well I thought we'd all go out for dinner to celebrate the good news, A- oh yeh I'll come he said glaring at kripa who looked at armaan smiling , Ar- good…oh and do bring neeve with you… I really like him, he seems nice, A- yeh sure he'll be there …don't you worry. Ar- great see you at 8 at Modesto he said grabbing Kripa's hand…leaving the apartment.
"what the hell armaan" kripa yelled as they walked into their room, Ar- what he asked innocently, K- what the hell was with the pushing , Ar- aww did you feel sorry for you're love…chill I just wanted to have a little fun…oh an by the way I'm proud of you hun , K- huh…what do you mean, Ar- I heard you tell angad the truth today, K- you we're basically eavesdropping, Ar- no I didn't have since you we're basically screaming at him, K- I was that loud huh, Ar- yep ….never ever thought you could get that angry, K- yeh well when the person you love hurts you then hell yeh anything is possible, Ar- hmmm so how do you feel, K- actually I'm happy … I mean I know I might sound like a witch when I say this but I'm glad he knows the truth I want him to feel guilty, I want to torture him for hurting me, Ar- oh kripa darling don't you worry I'm happy you think like that, cause angad deserves it for the hurt he has given you…talking about torturing…can we please torture him tonight, K- what do mean she asked raising an eyebrow , Ar- well tonight I was maybe thinking you could dress up a little, K- so I can impress angad, Ar- omg kripa you're smarter than I thought, K- funny but no , I told you before why should I change the way I look so I can have him drooling over me, Ar- oh come on please, just for fun…you know you really owe me, K- omg armaan are you trying to make me feel guilty , Ar- well you could say that…oh come on please let me have some fun, K- why should I, Ar- because I'm you're soon to be husband, K- you wish , Ar- how did you know …K- uhh fine but what am I going to wear, Ar- well actually I was thinking, if I could buy you a dress , K- you want to buy me a dress…why?, Ar- it's all part of the plan darling , K- fine I'll wear the dress but don't expect me to do my make up or my hair…I'm going natural, Ar- that's fine with me…you're beautiful naturally, K- aww so sweet , Ar- I know though a little make up wouldn't help, K- armaan, Ar- okay I get it
Kripa came out of the bathroom to see a box , walking over she picked it up…opening it a few seconds later to find an emerald halter dress. Kripa smiled, she had to admit the fact that armaan had pretty good taste. Turning around she headed back into the bathroom to finish off, though she was practically done…..
Kripa opened the door to see armaan reading a magazine on the bed, smiling she walked out the bathroom, getting Armaan's attention…who slowly got up throwing the magazine away. Ar- did it just get hot in here or what he asked , whistling at the end…kripa of course couldn't help but blush…did she really look that good. K- stop it armaan, Ar- hey I'm just saying…dang is angad going to be tortured or what …poor guy doesn't even know what's heading his way, K-ARMAAN, Ar- alright …hmmm you know what maybe we should get married…I mean I can live with you if you look like that everyday he said grinning, while kripa threw the closest thing next to, yelling his name. Ar- chill yaar , I was only joking…don't worry you're not my type, K- oh I'm crushed…and here I was thinking that maybe I was , Ar- sorry hun…what can I say …just not your luck he said closing the bathroom door behind him… laughing to himself while kripa shook her head smiling … "idiot"
" wow armaan you clean up pretty well huh" kripa said grinning, K- hmmm not bad armaan…I must say a lot of girls will be looking at me tonight , Ar- it's okay hun…I'll try not to look back …just for you he replied pinching her cheek, grinning to himself as usual. Kripa rolled her eyes and sat back down waiting till he was done checking himself out in the mirror… guys she thought…
"okay you ready for tonight" armaan asked kripa as he wrapped his arm around her waist, as the both made their way into the restaurant where angad and neeve were waiting…so they had gotten a little late due to him, but hey at least they could make an entry.
Kripa breathed in and out, she didn't know why she was so nervous… when her thoughts were broken by armaan…. "omg" kripa looked at armaan who instead was looking straight ahead, curious she followed his gaze which ended upon a girl in a red dress sitting right next to angad and neeve , her heart sank…who was she. K- great who is she, Ar- damn I was going to ask you … she's hot huh he said smirking as he continued to look at the mystery girl. K- armaan she said pinching his arm that was around her waist, Ar- ouch…what was that for, K- oh sorry I was trying to get my fianc's attention who was too busy gawking at some girl, Ar- sorry I couldn't help it…oh crap smile, K- huh , Ar- they're looking at us, K- oh she said plastering a smile upon her face…Ar- kripa, K- hmmm she said as they walked over , Ar- aren't you glad you wore the dress tonight, K- yes …thank you armaan ….i love you, Ar- and I love that girl he said laughing until kripa pinched him again, Ar- chill yaar…I was joking and yes I love you too …no need for the thanks…after all what are friends for right, K- no not friend, Ar- uh ouch kripa, K- not a friend …but like an elder brother she said smiling him, when he smiled back… taking her into an embrace….
Ar- hey guys …sorry we were running late , actually what can I say I couldn't stop staring at kripa, kripa blushed…she was going to kill him later, Ar- I mean come look at her…doesn't the dress look stunning on her, K- well honey …you do have great choice she replied rubbing his arm as they both seated themselves. N- oh yeh by the way I hope you didn't mind but actually my sister arrived today and so I brought her along…so armaan and kripa meet riddhima…my sister. R- Hi she said smiling at the two while kripa just smiled back armaan couldn't help but shake her hand. Ar- very nice to meet you, R-like wise oh and congratulations, Ar- on what , R- umm you're marriage she said looking confused at neeve…K- oh uh thanks, kripa interrupted her glaring back at armaan who continued to look at riddhima until kripa pinched his thigh, Ar- OUCH, N- huh …you okay , Ar- oh yeh Kripa's heels just hit accidentally he replied glaring back at kripa who smiled… mouthing a very fake sorry a few seconds later. R- well I must say , kripa you do look beautiful tonight, K- oh thanks I can say the same about you tonight, "yup damn right she…one stunning creation by god" armaan thought to himself. N- yeh I got to agree with rids you sure do look beautiful, K- thanks she replied smiling while she felt her cheeks redden slightly…she wasn't used to this much attention and that to because of her looks. Ar- ooh neeve are you trying to hit on my wife…well soon to be wife he asked jokingly while kripa rolled her eyes , N- sorry can't help it, Ar- hey chill I was only joking and I know kripa is beautiful he said taking a sip of wine the other three had ordered while they waited… "that she is" angad said grinning at kripa who stared back at him expressionless , armaan on the other hand choked on his wine , N- whoa you okay, Ar- yeh I um…just got shocked he said glancing at angad who was to busy looking at kripa. Kripa looked away …not knowing where to look…but anywhere apart from Angad's eyes was good. R- how about we order, Ar- sounds good to me…
N- Well I don't know about you guys but the food was just amazing , Ar- oh I second that he said licking his finger while the others laughed. Kripa sighed to herself…could he get any more embarrassing…K-darling why don't you lick the plate she sad laughing , armaan got the point when he noticed her angry eyes …wiping his hands when riddhima suddenly laughed. Ar- what, R- no it's just that you really make an adorable couple, Ar- why th… "Anyone want some more whine" angad asked interrupting armaan. Armaan grinned at angad, Ar- no thanks bro and thank you riddhima, what can I say I just love her to bits he said kissing Kripa's cheek affectionately. N- hmm maybe we should leave you two alone he joked , Ar- hmm not a bad idea huh kripa he said smirking at her while she smiled elbowing him in the chest, K- sorry but you'll just have to wait till our honeymoon darling she said grinning back at him while she thought of kicking his a** when they got back into the room. Ar- ooh I can't wait baby ….oh yeah she was kicking his A**. Ar- so what do you guys think about having some more drinks and a bit of dancing, R-OOHHH sounds like fun she screamed in joy…R- sorry I just really like to dance, Ar-no need to be sorry he said laughing at her while she smiled. N- Okay so what are we waiting for …let's go …….
Armaan dragged kripa to the dance floor while riddhima dragged angad. K- so what the heck where you doing at the restaurant she asked as he turned her around Ar- what are you talking about, K- oh I don't know maybe the fact uh ooh I can't wait baby, Ar- oh just chill kripa…you know I'm saying all that for your benefit and mine too, K- huh, Ar- don't worry I'll tell you later he said pushing her into angad who let go of riddhima to catch kripa…before she was on the ground….Ar- OH I GUESS IT'S PARTNER SWAPPING TIME he said laughing as he shrugged , grabbing riddhima's hand …to dance with her, as he winked at kripa who responded with her evil eye…boy was he going to get it tonight.
Kripa turned around to face angad when her heart flipped. Why the heck was he looking at her like that…okay she couldn't stand his gaze anymore, she had to move before she'd do something she'd regret. She turned around to leave when her heart did a flip again as she felt his hands on her waist. He turned her around, bending down to her ear …A- dace with me he whispered. Kripa tried to breathe fiddling with her hands until he grabbed them …only to place them on his shoulders, placing his hands back on her waist . kripa looked down…she wasn't going to look at him, there was something wrong, why was he acting so strange…so not mean to her , was it because he felt guilty or…… "kripa" he called her name while she looked up at him instantly…A- "you know" he said tucking her hair behind her ear "that you look better in my arms than you do in his" …..
