Ab Ke Baras

Ab Ke Baras is the story of true love which transcends all boundaries of the physical as well as the metaphysical world. Gauri's Family

Aryan Thapar: Aryan Thapar is Gauri's grandfather, who raised her after her parent's death. Aryan lives in London with his wife and his grandchild Gauri.

Meera Thapar: Meera is Aryan's wife and Gauri's grandmother.

Gauri Thapar: Gauri is sweet person, who never been to India, but never wanted to go India because she is a modern girl with Indian culture value, who can't live without parting all night long with her friends.

Shiv's Family

Mehan Kapoor: Mehan is married to Nikhila, father of three kids and best friends with Rahul Thapar, who is no more, but Mehan desires to see Rahul's daughter Gauri.

Nikhila Kapoor: Nikhila is married to Mehan, mother of three kids and best friends with Anjali Mehra.

Shiv Kapoor: Oldest son of Mehan and Nikhila; loves his parents and family members, never can tolerate any tears in his sister's eyes. Shiv doesn't believe in love anymore after Ipshita's death.

Rahul Kapoor: Rahul is second child of Mehan and Nikhila; also loves his parents and family members. Rahul is kind of sweet, loving-guy, who can see dead people meaning… … … … … Rahul is saviour of all good souls who are trapped in this world. Some people thinks Rahul is gone mad, but Rahul can understand the pains of all people who died without wanting to die.

Priya Kapoor: Priya is third child of Mehan and Nikhila Kapoor; who believes in modern life-style.

Hey guys here is small intro of the characters, but soon as I return from shopping i'll post the first part cause I know you guys will love this Gauri I made up... Enjoy😛

Part One

Everyone is gathered on a huge cruise for a surprise party that only the host knows. For the first time Kapoor family has thrown a surprise party without anybody knowing for a special occasion. Entire people on the cruise has one question what is the surprise party about and why isn't on this cruise because Kapoor Family never gave a surprise party on a boat.

Ten minute later there was announcement made that this surprise party is held in the occasion of Shiv's return from American after completing his education?

Few minutes later there was announcement made, that this surprise party is held in the occasion of Shiv Kapoor's return from America after completing his MBA.

Everyone clapped for Shiv's success on the other hand there is a figure lying in bed, sleeping like an innocent angel. Shiv walks down the stairs while everyone is congratulating him; while the figure keeps on twisting and turning. Shiv bends down taking blessing from his elders while a lazy girl gets up from her bed looking around for her bed-tea. Ten second later an old lady walks in Gauri's room handing her bed-tea to her; Gauri smiled and took her bed-tea with a massive hang-over. One the other hand Shiv danced with his friends while having his favourite drink coke with ice because he knows when elders are around youngsters can't have hard-drink cause its bad manners.

"Shiv, why aren't you having any hard-drinks?" Said by his friend

Shiv answered back saying – because is family members are around them and its bad manners to drink in-front of them.

"Oh really… … … Shiv I never knew you were sweet-innocent-child-who-doesn't-drink-in-front-of-his-paren ts." Said by his other friend

Shiv smiled at his friend than said he can do whatever he wants behind his parents' back, but that would be wrong. But sometime if I really carve for a drink than I have few sip in-front of his father because his father doesn't mind, but his mother does so I respect her feelings… …. … understood Robbie and Arjun.

… … … … understood Shiv anyways let go out in the deck area and catch up for the past few years. Said by Robbie and Arjun

Shiv led the way toward the garden while the elders talked about their kids. On the other hand Gauri gets out of bed and takes a small shower than gets out dressed in her black kurta and blue jeans with matching sets of earring and a scarf.

"Hey Shiv… … lets play truth or dare" Said by Robbie

"Come' on Shiv lets play truth or dare like we use to play in childhood." Said by Arjun

"Fine… … … … lets play true or dare and I get to start first so Arjun truth or dare" Said by Shiv

Arjun: I pick dare

Shiv: I dare you to kiss anyone who enters from that room either it's a guy or a girl. (Shiv points at the room right across them)

Arjun: Are you gone nuts.

I can't kiss anyone or else your, soon to be sister-in-law is going to kill me. (Arjun looks at Robbie for help)

"Dude, don't look at me for help cause dare is a dare… … … so good luck. And nice one Shiv (gives each other high-five)" Said by Robbie

Inside the party some one asked Mahen if he is planning to get Shiv married because he has a nice proposal for Shiv's marriage.

"Sorry Mr. Garewal, but we aren't planning to get our son married now anyways thanks for your concern Mr. Garewal" Said by Mahen's wife

Mahen: Mr. Garewal, Nikhila is right we aren't planning to get Shiv married now and if we do than it's going to be my friend's daughter Gauri, who I never saw since she was a kid.

Mr. Garewal: As you wish, but witch girl I was talking about was none other than my sister's daughter Esha, who recently granulated from St. Peter's University.

Nikhila: That's nice, but as we said we aren't planning to get Shiv married and if we do than it's going to be Rahul's daughter Gauri, who is raised in London by her grandparents after Rahul and his wife's death.

Arjun was saved by his soon to be wife, who came out of the room Shiv pointed at know it was Robbie's turn who was dared to steal a girl's ring off her finger by Arjun. At first Robbie hesitated than got up and slipped off a girl's ring from her finger (who wasn't paying attention). Afterwards Robbie asked Shiv the same question "truth or dare".

Shiv: umm… … … … umm… … … umm, I go with truth.

Robbie: Than tell us witch type of life-partner you want?

Shiv closed his eyes and remembered Ipshita than said a girl, who knows how to respect elders and youngsters. (Gauri is walking down the stair and hugs her Dadi afterwards help her Dadi sever breakfast than gives her Dadu the morning newspaper) also she as to be modern-type girl with Indian culture, Indian tradition who has interest in puja-path also having her own self-respect who can answer back to others for her rights and freedom. (Before going to college Gauri prayed to Tulsi-Ma, than Ma Kali afterwards went to college with her two friends Tina and Mike. On their way to college some black guys come up to them and starts talking rudely, Gauri gets up from the driver seat and yells at them for the heck of it. Afterwards she looks at them with anger and slaps them hard across the face saying – girls aren't weak that they can tolerate bullshit from anyone… … …understood guys. All the black men gave Gauri a helpless look; Gauri even gave them a mean look.)

Is Gauri, Shiv's dream girl or image of Ipshita?

Part Two

Recap: Entire Kapoor Family throws a surprise party in Shiv's return.

Soon as Gauri enters the college she is called down to the principle's office. Entire college looked at Gauri, who never gets call down to the office, but Gauri walked down the hallway with confidents because she knows she's right. Gauri enters inside the cabin without any permission Gauri sits down on the chair with a smile because she knows nothing will happen, but she was wrong. Soon as the principle enters hell yells at Gauri for skipping Ms. Mary's class, Gauri just sat there listening to him without care because she hate's Ms. Mary's class because of Alex (her class-mate and Katie's boyfriend, who tried several times in seducing her). After Mr. John ex-spelled Gauri from the college Gauri ran home telling her Dadu that Mr. John ex-spelled her from college and he told me that I can never get my law degree – Dadu, how can they do that? (Gauri burst out in tears)

Aryan consoles Gauri saying whatever happens… … … happens for good reason because last night I and your Dadi were talking about moving back to India for good.

Gauri: What? How can this be possible? How can it?

"Gauri I understand your feelings about staying in London, but it's been ages since I met my mother or my family" Said by Meera

Gauri: But Dadi, how can this be possible? I can't leave my life-style and be part of another life-style? Dadi

Aryan watched his two ladies go back and forth afterwards he said its final that we are going India in three days, but with one condition if Gauri doesn't like India than she can return back in six weeks. Fine with you Gauri and Meera

Meera: It's fine with me

Gauri: Same here but Dadu, if I don't like India than I'll return back to London in my apartment. Fine

Aryan: Alright with me

Meera: Same here, but Aryan you should call Mehan Beta and give him the good news.

Dadu…who is Mehan Uncle? Said by a confused Gauri

Beta… Mahen Beta is your Dad's best friend who lives in India with his family Said by her Dadu

Gauri: Oh! I see… … … … … so are we planning to stay there or somewhere else?

Meera answered back saying we are going to stay with Kapoor family until six weeks afterwards going to my mother's place…. ….. … … alright

"Yes Dadi, its fine with me; But Dadi please let me know by tonight so I can start packing my bags and know what to buy."

Meera: Of course Gauri

Next day Shiv woke up 12 in the afternoon asking for his bed-tea from Ragu Kaka.

Ragu Kaka: Beta, how many sugars?

Shiv: Kaka only two tea-spoons full

Ragu Kaka: As you wish, but can I ask you one question?

Shiv: Kaka, you don't have to ask me for permission

Ragu Kaka: Beta, are you dieting? Since you came back you cut down all your sweet-dish.

Shiv is getting out his outfit for the day – Kaka nothing like that, but just watching my eating habits because no girls want a fat husband.

Both Shiv and Ragu Kaka are laughing at Shiv joke; while Gauri arguing with a sales man for making her dress wrong.

Gauri: How many times I told you not to make a belly-top because I hate showing off my belly than why did you make this top.

Sales Man: Sorry Madam, but give us three days to make you another top – Three days… …. …. …. … I don't have three days cause I am leaving out of country in two days. (Said by Gauri)

Sale Man: Sorry Ma'am, but please don't complain to the manger or else I will get fried (Starts crying) – Fine, but may I have my money back or else I am going to complain…said by Gauri

Sale Man: It's against our rules to give back money, but it's my mistake so I'll give your money back from my account.

Gauri: Thanks and keep this dress for your wife it will fit her fine.

Sales man was about to tear up when his wife called him and starts yelling at him for taking out money from their account. Gauri felt sorry for him but he deserved did.

Shiv was working in his office for past six hours that he hardly had time for lunch when his father came and saw his food untouched he called Shiv into his cabin. Shiv walked into his father's cabin saying – Did you call? Dad

Mahen: Yes my son…

Have a seat?

Shiv sits across his father and asked him – why did he call him?

Mahen: Beta, I understand your passion for work, but you also have to pay attention on yourself because nobody is going to come and feed you until you are married…

Shiv: Dad…I understand your feelings about my marriage, but I can't forget my past. – My son I understand your feelings for Ipshita, but she is your past and you have to move long with life for example, your cousin Samar, who left his birthplace and friends to live with us. – Dad, I understand… … …but whatever happened to Samar is totally different than whatever happened to me. – Shiv my son please try to understand; my point-of-view because I can't see you suffer each day without sharing your feelings with anyone.

Shiv left his Dad's cabin without saying a word because he didn't want to break down in-front of his Dad. Shiv gave rest of his work to his friend Robbie and left for a long drive. On the way he remembers all his sweet moment he spent with Ipshita (in the background we here – Juda hoke bhi tu mujhmein kahi baaki hai palkon mein banke aansu tu chali aati hai juda hoke bhi…)

Shiv walking on a deserted beach remembering the time he was throwing flowers at Ipshita at a friend's wedding.

"Shiv, what are you doing?" Said by Ipshita

Shiv: Ipshita I was getting back at you for throwing water at me first thing in the morning to wake me up.

Ipshita: Very funny!

Shiv: What's funny? Instead of throwing water at you I rather throw flowers at you because you are my love of my life.

Ipshita blushed than hugged him back saying how sweet of him.
