It was mehandi today so everybody were busy as usual but naina's mum and dad called raj and naina to their room. Raj n naina went their room and sat their.
R: mama aapne hume bulaya!
Mama: haan beta…who hume kuch puchana tha!
R: ya ask me?
Baba: beta hum soch rahe the ki tumhare ghar se koi aayegha marirge main..tumhara koi bhi relative.
Raj's face fell down. he knew that this question is going to come..
R: who…mere parivaar main sirf do log hain who hain mere godfather aur unki beti.
B: tob kya who tumahri shaadi main nahin aayenghe1
R: who maine unhe bataya nahin.
Mama: beta who tumahre goffather hain…tumhe unhe bata dena chaiya tha!
R: who main aaj hi bata dungha. (saying this he went to his room and naina who was their seeing the scene went behind her, giving her parents resuring look)
Raj was sitting there with his face on his hands. Naina came beside him and sat near him. She gazed her fingers through his haor. He looked up and saw naina their smiling at him, he smiled a bit.
N: raj kya huva?
R: ku..kuch bhi nahin.
N: toh tum itne pareshan kyun ho!
R: main..pa (naina cuts hm)
N: mujhse jooth bol rahe ho?
Raj smiled and said: jaan main nahin janta ki who yeh khabar janke kya react karenghe
N: raj….tum unhe bata ke toh dekho. (she said lovingly) he will understand it. He loved you.
R: par….(he was still not yet convinced)
N: np par sar….call him right now..
R: now..bu…(naina raied her eyebrow) okay okay…(he dialed the number)
V: hello!
R: kaise hain app?
V: are beta tum…kaise ho…kahan ho.
R: main meri shaadi aatend kar raha hoon sir (mr rai, his uncle)
Their was a silence for a movememtn. Raj was scared for a movement. He didimt knew how his incle is going to react. Naina sensed that and held his arm for support. Raj looked a t her and held her hadn tightly.
Mr: raj…I am disappointed.
R: I am sorry uncle. It all happened so fast that…
Mr: okay okay…so is it love marriage
R: yes…
Mr: and when is yor marriage
R: day after tomorrow
Mr: am I invited
R: uncle what re you saying…ufcourse you havr to be their.
Mr: oh I thought that if you don't bother to tell me that you have foxed your marriage then why will you invite me.
(raj was sad, angry at himself for not telling him, but he wa scared ashis unle wanted a bahu from big family)
R: I am sorry uncle…I it happened so fast that I didn't had time…(he left his sentence incomplete)
Mr: it okay….so where is my bahu…whats her name.
R: her name is naina.
Mr: can I talk to her..
R: ya just a minute..(he glanced at naina nervously and gave her the phone)
N: namesta uncle1
Mr: main bilkul thik hoon beta aur aap kasie ho?
N: main bilkul thik hoon! Hum aapse sorry kehna chate hain ki pehle is shaadi key baari main nahi…
Mr: I am feeling bad but I understand so I forgive you both
N (smield): thanks uncle..
Mr: okay….so where is raj?
N: just a second.
(naina gave phone to raj who was listening the conversation silently and talked to his uncle and ten kept the phone at last)
N: kya huva….
R: mujhe aapne apap pe ghussa ah raha hain? Maine unhe nahin bataya…(saying this she sat in bed)
Naina came to him and cupped his face in her hands.
N: raj, main manti hoon ki humne galti ki hain par isme hum kya kar sakte the. Yeh sab itna jaldi ho gyaa ki hume kisi ko batne ka time bhi nahin mila. So now ceer up as uncle ne tumhe maaf kardia hain. (raj smiled and naina and hugged her)
R: pata nahin ki agar tum na hoti toh main kya karta
N: tum high BP ki vajah se hospital main hote…(saying this both burst out laughing)
Later raj informed to naina's parent that his uncle will be attending his wedding. He would't come before that b/c he is in abroad for some work so he can't come any earlier.
As decided today was the mehandi and everybody was putting mehandi on naina. Her legs were pull of mehandi and her hands were full too. They have made mehandi upto her arm and it was really pretty. Raj was looking at this and smiled. He went there after everybody went for dinner.
N: raj tumhe meri mehandi kaise lagi!
R: hmm….bahut aachi (he smiled at her)
N: accha tumhe pata hain ki isme kahin tumahara naam likha hain!
R: aacha!!!!
He started looking for it but naian pulls her hand for raj's surprise.
R: are dekhne do na…mera naam
N: abhi nahin kal dekhna.
R: are kal kyun mera naam hain main jab chahu dhund lu tumeh kya hain….auryeh kay kal dhund lena kal main tumare saath busy hingha (he winked at her and naina blushed)
R: kaun kambakat apni khubsuarat biwi ko chod kar aapna naam dhunde ga….bahi main toh nahin kum se kum.
N: raj…bas mujhe kuch nahin suna (she was blushing)
R: aare yeh kya main toh sirf planning kar raha hoon.
N: raj agar tum chup nahin rahe toh kal raat tum aur tumari planning ek saath puri raat bethkar discuss karna.
R: nahin…chup ekdum chup rahungha (he got silent)
N: raj I am hungry
R: toh pehle kehna chaiye tha na…main le aata hoon… (he went and got some food for her)
R: here ….he gave her the plate
N: dummy I cannot eat…I have mehandi in my hands.
R: oh sorry…lao main kihla deta hoon
N: yahan nahin…chalo na terrace pe chalte hain.
R: OKAY…(they both went to terrace where winds were high and it was a romantic mood)
They both sat in swing and raj started feeling naina while playing with her. After dinner was done both raj and naina sat. Naina was sitting with her head on his lap and raj was brushing his hand on her forehead. Raj was looking at naina lovingly who was continuely talking about marriage, her mehandi and etc..suddenly she looked at raj who was staring at her lovingly.
N: raj kya huva. Asie kyun dekh rahe ho?
R: naina yeh sab sapna jaise lag raha hain….darr lagta hain ki agar aahe band karungha toh yeh san bikhar jayegha.
Naina got up and sadi: raj this is reality and we made it happen…we worked hard to get to this point and we are not going to ruinit by thinking the opposite. Okay
R: okay…
R: So naina tumeh kya lagta hainki hume kahan honeymoon ke liye kahan jana hain?
Naina blushed at his question and didn't said anything.
R: what about paris, London, Switzerland?
N: raj I want to go to rajasthan at your childhood house.
Raj suddenly got silent and looked at naina with shocked eyes.
N:kya hum jayenghe!
R: naina!!!! Kya tum sach much main wahan jana chao ghe!
Naina nodded…
R: okay…
N: jaan do you have nay problem, plz tell me b/c then we can go anywhere.
R: no honey!!!! It is just that u haven't been their after moving to London. (raj uncle took him to London after his parents death so he lived their for a long time and then he came India and joined army but still never went to rajsathan)
N: why? (she was confused)
R: because I have many memories joined to that place that I know if I go their I wll break. I was born their, my half of the childhood I spent their, my parents…(he had tears in his eyes)
Naina took his face in her hands (her mehandi was dry) and made him look at her, she also had tears in her eyes. She kissed his tears and said: mujhe nahin pata tha ki mere patiji itne rona dhona karte hain (he tried to make the mood light and raj smiled at her joke)
N: raj mujhe pata hain ki tumahri yaadein wahan se judi hain par tum har waqt un yaadon se bhag toh nahin sakta? Raj those were happy memories not sad and trust me when you go their you will find your childhood back. You will love it. You would't like to go to your parents place (raj nodded). They would be happy to see their raj their, wont they (raj nodded)SO…
R: so we are going their.
N: par ek hi shart pe?
R: aur who kya hain madam?
N: who ki tum un yaddon ko kaid kar ke nahin rakhoghe!
Raj smiled and hugged her tightly and said: nahin karungha, kabhi nahin…
N: that's like my patiji and kissed his neck
