spoilt brat who never gets tiered of showing of his dad's money. He's an
extremely pessimistic guy, which is the result of him being neglected by
his father all his life. Apart from his mother Tanya and step sister Bhoomi
the one person Manthan can talk to openly is Baa his great grand mother
who at the moment is extremely sick and has been told by the doctors
that not many days of her life remain. However when the family learns
that an operation can save her life they immediately agree. It's a huge
success and she soon returns home to her family but requires full care
and attention.

with Angadplayed by Iqbal Khan and Ria Khanna is his darling baby
sister. ButRia andManthanaren't even acquaintances let alone friends.
They've never met. But what will happen when Ria who's in desperate
need of a job starts working as Baa's part-time nurse at the Virani's. Will
it be love at first sight?Even if it is Manthan being the Playboy he is will
just consider it infactuation, lust and wellbasically anything but love.Will
Ria be able to change Manthan for good or will it be the other way round.

Part 1

"Baa it's so good to have you back. You can't even imagine how I managed on my own. With no one to talk to." Said Manthan in a calm and sweet tone.

"Haan Haan. Don't butter me up Manthan. You know it won't work" Replied Baa

"Ugh! Baa you always ruin it" He whined!

The two of them continued to chit - chat about the things they usual spoke about in Baa's room, which was situated on the second floor until Tulsi barged in her face filled with great excitement like she had accomplished a huge goal.

"Are Tulsi kya hua? Tum bhaag rahi thi." Questioned Baa to an out of breath Tulsi.

"Baa I'm going I'll see you later" Said Manthan leaving the room without turning back once to see what she had to say. He hated his so called Tulsi Dadi and tried to stay away from her whenever it was possible. He knew it hurt Baa but he just couldn't help it.

Tulsi sat besides Baa on her bed and told her the good news. She had found a nurse for her. The one at the hospital had only agreed to stay with Baa in the mornings and refused to do a full time job. She had said she had a life and better things to do. Nurses these days! They're so cold - hearted. But Tulsi had found a young 21-year-old girl studying Medicine who was willing to do the job in the evenings. She had done a full first - aid course and was in desperate need of a job. Her mum was also a doctor and she used to live in London with her. You're probably wondering why she needed a job right with a mum who's a doctor? Well read on! When Ria the girl had expressed her wish to return to India where she could complete her studies as well her mum had told her she wouldn't pay a penny for her journey, accommodation and anything else she required money for. Ria had arrived in India - Mumbai to be precise 3 months back using her life savings for the plane ticket and was living with a friend. Ria left a letter for her mum before leaving. It wasn't that she didn't love her mum she just wanted to be independent. But due to an unfortunate incident - the death of a family member her friend who was also from London left last week leaving her to pay the full rent of their room every month. Unable to do so Ria had now been looking for a part-time job for the past week. If she hadn't met Tulsi in the mall today she would have been homeless tomorrow as it was the last day of the month and she had no money at all to pay the rent. So she couldn't have even requested the Landlord to pay in installments. She basically had no money. No money whatsoever!

As Tulsi narrated the whole event at the mall today and Ria's Story to Baa she had tears in her eyes and was happy that they had helped someone in need.

Ria would be starting the job from tomorrow - everyday she would come to Shantiniketan straight away from Uni and her job would be to take care of Baa not leaving her alone for a second. Even though the Virani's were fully capable of providing Ria with her own room she would sleep with Baa, as they didn't want to take any risks. The doctors had informed them that her health could get worse and so someone would have to be with her 24/7 just to make sure nothing like this happened.
