Part 16

It's the next day, a bright sunny morning. Everyone seems to be busy in their work. Kashish is in her hospital cabin. Kashish is still thinking about the last night event. She is puzzled about her future. Just then someone comes in. It's a nurse. She has a bouquet in her hand.
Nurse: this is for you madam
Kashish: who sent them?
Nurse: sorry…I don't know…a delivery boy just handed them
Kashish: ok
She searches for a note inside the beautiful red rose bouquet. She reads it.

Kashish, you are exactly like you name…there's something in you that attract me towards you. When I look into you eyes I forget all my worries and just keep looking into them. Your lips, I feel they just open to utter my name. Someone told me that one lives to love. I never believed in love until I met you. You are the one who taught me what love is. I don't say that I can't live without you, but a life without you will not be worth living. I won't say I'll kill myself if I don't get you but without you I'll be inert. Do you like red roses? I wasn't sure…hope you like them!!!!!

Your Admirer

Kashish thinks who is this new admirer? Nothing strikes her at that moment. She leaves to check her patients. She is a Pediatrician. She walks in to the children ward. She is really friendly and somewhat attached to the children and they too like her. Kashish goes to the first child.
Kashish: hi! So how are you feeling today?
Child: I am good…this is for you (he hands in a rose)
Kashish: for me…thank you
Child: it not from me…it's from him (pointing to the next patient)
Kashish walks to the next patient
Kashish: hi
This patient too hands in a rose and then points to the next patient. This goes on and on till the last patient.
Kashish: hi…did you…
The girl goes to her and takes her outside to the parking area. A man is standing near her car with his back facing her.
The girl: this guy gave us the roses to give them to you
Kashish (dreamingly): thanks
She walks to that guy. She touches his shoulder and makes him face her. She is shocked to see who it was.

Kashish: did you send me that bouquet too?
Guy: yes…did you read the note?
Kashish: yes I did
Guy: so what do you think?
Kashish: about…
Guy: about…about that girl… she is so cute should we adopt her.
Kashish: Sujal!!!!!
Yes, it's none other than Sujal.
Sujal: you know what I was talking about, then why are you asking me
Kashish: because…
Sujal (eagerly): because…
Kashish: my dear husband aka my admirer… I like red roses
Sujal: roses? Were you talking about roses?
Kashish (teasing): of course…then what? What were you thinking about?
Sujal (depressed): I thought…you…me…argh
Kashish couldn't stop laughing. She was rather laughing at Sujal's innocence. She finally found her way out of that confusion she was battling with. They continued teasing each other for some more time and then they left for home. Sujal had never seen Kashish this happy. He felt really good that he could do something good for her. They reach home. The day passes happily.
