Next morning, the boys got ready to leave for their office.

URMILA- sab le liya na.?

Asked Urmila handing Lakshman's bag to him for which he nods in agreement. Ram turns to look at Siya.

RAM- we will return soon.. ready rehna sab..

Siya smile at him and blinks her eyes agreeing with his words. They have to go on a movie at evening as decided. He placed his hand on her cheek bidding adieu.

RAM- bye..

The boys leaves from there while the girls waves a goodbye to them. Shruti turns towards the others.

SHRUTI- dii.. aaj sham ka dress decide kare.?

Asked an excited Shruti while Manvi and Urmila nods at her in agreement getting happy.

MANVI- pehele mere room me chalte hai..

The girls were about to leave towards Manvi's room when Kranti came near, interrupting them.

KRANTI- arey ye.. charo nikal gaye kya office ke liye.?

Asked Kranti looking at the door and then at the girls.

SIYA- ji maa..

Answered Siya for which Kranti smile at her.

URMILA- maa.. hum log upar room me hai.. aapko kuch chahiye hoga to bata dijiye..

Said Urmila while Kranti looks at Siya. She has purposely came near them so that she can have a talk with Siya what she discussed with Dashrath the last night. But now looking at the other girls present there, Kranti was thinking about the words to take Siya with her.

MANVI- maa..?

Manvi interrupts Kranti's thoughts gaining her attention.

MANVI- kya hua.?

Kranti smile at her and shook her head in "nothing". She again looks at Siya who was already looking at her.

KRANTI- aa.. Siya.. you come with me..

Said Kranti holding Siya's one hand for which everyone looks at her in confusion. Kranti turns towards the girls.

KRANTI- tum log jao.. Siya abhi ayegi..

The three of them nods at her in agreement and leaves from there upstairs while Siya looks at Kranti.

SIYA- what happened maa.? Everything fine.?

Kranti streched her lips to give a light smile at her.

KRANTI- aao..

Kranti started pulling Siya towards her room making her more confused. Both the ladies enters Kranti's room with Kranti getting happy and Siya being confused.

KRANTI- ye dekho..

Kranti actioned Siya to turn her sight towards the bed. Siya follows her and found lots of things scattered on bed including kid's dresses and toys. Kranti looks at her expressions and then moves towards the bed.

KRANTI- ye sab.. Ram ke bachpan ki chize hai..

Said Kranti looking at the stuffs and then turning towards Siya.

KRANTI- aao na..

Kranti calls Siya towards the bed and both the ladies settled down in front of each other. Kranti takes the hold of a small dress and showed it to Siya.

KRANTI- jab me Ram se peheli bar mili thi na.. tab Ram ne .. yahi pehena tha..

Siya smile hearing Kranti's words. She looks at the dress while Kranti continued.

KRANTI- Ram ko hatho me lete hi, me to khushi se ro hi padi thi..

Said Kranti remembering the emotional day for her while Siya kept on listening to her words.

KRANTI- that memories are still fresh in my mind..janti ho kyu.?

Asked Kranti looking at Siya for which she lightly scrunched her eyebrows looking confused.

KRANTI- because that was the day.. jab me peheli bar maa bani thi..

Siya's expressions immediately changed as she understood what is the reason Kranti has brought her in her room and what is the purpose behind telling Siya about Ram's childhood.

KRANTI- jab Bharat hone wala tha na.. tab me bohot darr gayi thi.. actually I wasn't ready at that time..for.. something called as pregnancy..

Said Kranti bowing her head down while Siya kept on looking at her without having any expressions on her face.

KRANTI- but.. Ram ki dadi hai na.. unhone mujhe samjhaya tha.. aur dhire dhire.. me samajh bhi gayi..

Said Kranti with a wide smile looking at Siya. She observed Siya's expressions which was looking lightly baffled with her sudden topic. Siya gulped her nervousness and smile at Kranti.

SIYA- maa.. I.. know .. aap kya soch rahi hai.. aur kya chahti hai..

Kranti immediately shook her head in no.

KRANTI- kya chahti hu ye nahi.. I am not forcing you.. it's just.. me kya soch rahi hu..

Siya bows her head down while Kranti smile at her.

KRANTI- you are a mature girl Siya.. Ram aur tum.. dono bohot understanding ho..apne decisions ache se le sakte ho.. iss bare me bhi, I guess tum dono ki bat ho chuki hogi.. I know..

Siya looks at her and smile lightly agreeing with her words while Kranti continued.

KRANTI- me tumhe.. bas wo bate batana chahti thi.. jo mujhe meri saas ne batayi thi.. jo ek maa.. apni beti se karti hai..

Siya looks at her getting startled. The nervousness on her face was getting dissolved slowly hearing Kranti's soothing words.

KRANTI- maa.. ek aisa role hai na Siya, jo banne ke bad ek lady complete feel karti hai.. it's a second birth of a woman..

Siya's eyes started getting moist hearing her. Kranti looks at Siya's hands which were lightly shivering. She envelopes her hands in her hold and looks at Siya.

KRANTI- ek maa ka uske bacche se rishta, sabse special hota hai Siya. Nau mahine jyada ka hota hai.. For the world, the baby is born after nine months, but for a mother it already does, in her womb..

Siya pressed her lower lip trying to control her tears to fall down. She was feeling way too emotional hearing Kranti's words, and she don't know the exact reason of this.

KRANTI- I'm not trying to manipulate you or talk some emotional lines in front of you..

Siya again motioned her eyes to look at Kranti. She forwards her hand towards Siya and wipes her tears from her eyes.

KRANTI- I just want you.. to feel something.. as a woman.. mamta har aurat ke andar hoti hai, it's just we have to feel that feeling..

An automatic smile crept on Siya's face hearing her words. Kranti read her face and bows her head down with a smile.

KRANTI- the feeling you are experiencing now, is called motherhood..

Siya immediately blinks her eyes feeling surprised. She could not believe what Kranti said to her. Kranti looks at her having a wide smile and nods her head lightly while Siya still kept on looking at her.

KRANTI- I want you and Ram to think about this without any hesitation.. without any pressure.. mera motive bas tumse bat karne ka tha, not to force you into this.. believe me..

Siya shook her head in yes. She wipes her tears completely and smile at Kranti.

SIYA- I know maa.. you'll never force me into anything. Specially into something like this..

Kranti sighed hearing her words. Siya takes the dress in her hold and continued.

SIYA- bat yahi hai maa.. that.. I need some time.. to prepare myself.. me darr nahi rahi, it's just to get completely confirm..

Kranti placed her hand on Siya's head and nods at her in agreement.

KRANTI- that's what my motive was.. you take your time.. jo bhi lage, feel free to have a talk..

Siya nods at her and gave keeps the dress back on the bed. She looks at Kranti who started showing her other things related to Ram while Siya smile looking at them...

At night, the siblings were back from their movie and were resting on the couch in living area.

MANVI- sab sogaye kya.? What's the time.!?

Asked Manvi to Bharat who was sitting beside her.

BHARAT- 11:30... Shayad maa papa and choti maa so hi gaye honge..

Said Bharat looking around to find no one.

SHRUTI- movie kitni achi thi na.? Mera to mann kar raha tha ek aur show dekhne ka..

Exclaimed Shruti while Urmila nods at her in agreement.

URMILA- mera bhi.. mera hero kitna hot lag raha tha na..?

Said Urmila in an excitement for which Lakshman's eyes grew wide in shock.

SHATRUGHAN- kya lag raha tha bhabs.?

Shatrughan asked her one more time just to tease Lakshman.

URMILA- H-O-T... Hot..

Urmila repeats the word, more precisely with its spelling, and everyone laughs at her.

SIYA- sshh.. sab sorahe hai..

Siya controlled her laugh and actioned everyone to talk slow.

LAKSHMAN- aaj tak kabhi mujhe hot nahi bola tumne Urmila..?

Lakshman complaints folding his hands for which Urmila nods at him in disbelief.

URMILA- ha to aap hot honge, tab na bolungi..

Shatrughan burst into laughter hearing her words making Lakshman to look at him getting angry.

LAKSHMAN- bohot hasi arahi hai na.?

Lakshman moves towards him and holds his back of the neck..

SHATRUGHAN- aauu.. bhaiya...

MANVI- hey bhagwan.. shor mat machao tum log..

Manvi scolded them lightly after which Lakshman leaves Shatrughan's hold. He caresses his neck lightly.

SHATRUGHAN- kya bhaiya ? Pehele hi mere hath dard kar rahe hai.. and now you are giving me "neck ache"...

Said Shatrughan frowning at Lakshman.

BHARAT- hath kyu dard kar rahe hai.?

Questioned Bharat in confusion.

SHATRUGHAN- Shruti ki shopping bags uthake..

Shatrughan answered him immediately pointing towards the n number of shopping bags of the girls. Bharat giggles looking at him.

SHATRUGHAN- do dresses ki baat hui thi.. shayad madam ginti bhul gayi hai..

Shatrughan taunts her making Shruti to look at him in anger.

SHRUTI- bhai.. kyu gardan chod di aapne inki.. tod deni chahiye thi..

Said Shruti looking at Lakshman for which Shatrughan looks at her in wonder. Ram shook his head in disbelief.

RAM- koi bat nahi Shatrughan.. kaha hum roz roz bahar jate hai.?

Shruti gets happy hearing Ram's words and then gave a look at Shatrughan.

LAKSHMAN- but bhaiya.. ye ladkiyan na, kabhi kabhi hadd kar deti hai.. itna kya shopping karna hota hai inhe.?

Lakshman takes Shatrughan's side and taunts Urmila indirectly for which she fumes at him.

BHARAT- wohi to.. wo bhi itni der.. matlab ek dress kharidne ke liye, duniya bhar ka permutation and combination apply karengi ye log .

Manvi scrunched her eyebrows looking at him in confusion.

MANVI- kya matlab.?

BHARAT- ab ek dress liya, to uspe matching konsi konsi accessories hai ye sochne lagti hai aap..

Said Bharat to Manvi for which she folded her hands saying nothing further.

SHATRUGHAN- true.. fir agar wo accesories na ho unke pas, to uski bhi shopping karengi.. aur jyada time waste..

Shatrughan completes Bharat's sentence and immediately got a pat from Shruti on his back.

SHRUTI- that's why we are girls na.. tum logo ko kya hai? Tumhare pas hota hi kya hai choice ke nam pe.?

Said Shruti defending themselves for which Urmila nods in agreement.

URMILA- jitne kapdo ki variety hoti hai inn logo ke pas, utne to lipstick ke shades hai hamare...

The girls chuckled hearing her words while the boys nods in disbelief saying nothing

MANVI- and that is the only reason, hume shopping me time lagta hai..

Manvi completes Urmila's words pointing towards Bharat. He looks at Siya who was sitting quietly listening to them.

BHARAT- bhabhi.. don't you want to take our side.? Boliye apni beheno ko kuch..

Said Bharat to Siya, but giving a smirk to Manvi. Siya takes a deep breath and said.

SIYA- me kya bolu ? This time they are right.. aap sabhi pati ek jaise hote hai..

Ram's eyes grew wide in shock while the girls smile in relief.

SHRUTI- ye hui na biwi wali baat..!!

Shruti gave her a slow clap while Siya smile at Ram.

RAM- areh.? Siya when did I said anything like that to you.?

Asked Ram making a puppy face for which Siya giggles at him.

SIYA- ha lekin pura time apne phone me busy the na.. office timings ke bad bhi Ram.?

Siya complaints folding her hands, as Ram was busy in his phone with Sumant at the time of their shopping.

RAM- important nahi hota to thodi na aisa karta..

SIYA- mujhse bhi jyada important..?

Siya immediately questions him making him baffled. Others looks at each other and then at Ram and Siya with a smile.

SIYA- aap ne apne laptop, files ya phone se shadi kyu nahi kar li..?

The boys burst into laughter hearing Siya while Ram gave a look at them.

SIYA- sshhuu..

Siya again actioned them to keep quiet while Ram smile at her in disbelief.

URMILA- leave it na didi.. ye log to aise hi hote hai..

Said Urmila in disbelief looking at Lakshman.

URMILA- shadi ke pehele hamari yahi shopping wali bate inhe achi lagti thi..

Lakshman gulped hearing her and didn't said anything further.

MANVI- aisa hi hota hai na.. Jab tak hum ha na bolde tab tak to duniya bhar ka interest rehta hai inn logo ko hum ladkiyon me..

Said Manvi looking at Bharat for which he looks at her in confusion.

SHRUTI- aur ek bar ladki ne ha bol di, fir to kya, kar li duniya mutthi me..

Said Shruti in a taunt while Shatrughan looks at Lakshman.

LAKSHMAN- how can we forget.? Behes me hum kabhi jit payenge.?

Shatrughan nods at him in agreement while the girls giggles at them giving a winning smile to each other.

SIYA- chalo abhi.. so jao sab.. it's late..

Said Siya while others nods at her getting up from their place.

RAM- areh ha.. one more thing..

Ram interrupts them gaining everyone's attention.

RAM- tomorrow is Sunday.. to.. breakfast hum log banayenge..

The girls looks at him getting amused while the boys nods in agreement.

SIYA- aap log.?

Asked Siya getting confused while Ram gave a light pat on her cheek.

RAM- itna to kar hi sakte hai hum apni biwiyon ke liye..

Ram winks at her while Siya smile at him. The girls too looks at their partners who was smiling at them.

URMILA- that means kal hume late uthna hai.. thank god..

Said Urmila and sighed in relief. The girls started moving towards their room while the boys nods at them in disbelief...

Next morning, Dashrath was settled on his place at the dinning table. On his right side, Urmila Shruti and Manvi were standing while on his left side, Lakshman Shatrughan and Bharat were standing respectively. Others were settled down on their respective seats at the dinning watching them. Dashrath looks at the plate of paratha kept in front of him, then at the boys and then at the girls who were staring him already, waiting for him to say anything.

KRANTI- uffo.. kya aap bhi..?

Kranti interrupts the long silence between them gaining everyone's attention.

KRANTI- itna kya suspense badha rahe hai.?

Said Kranti frowning at Dashrath while Sumitra nods in agreement.

SUMITRA- wohi to.. bhaiya.. you just have to taste the breakfast prepared by these boys and tell about its taste.

Said Sumitra pointing towards the plate. Dashrath takes a deep breath and looks at everyone around him.

DASHRATH- ye log mere sarr par khade rahenge.. to me kaise kuch bolunga.?

Said Dashrath to all the six of them.

RAM- chalo sab log.. betho apni jagah par..

The boys looks at Ram and shook their head in no.

SHATRUGHAN- nahi bhaiya.. inn ladkiyon ka kuch bharosa nahi hai. Papa ko apne side kar lenge aur unse kahenge to dislike our food..

Said Shatrughan frowning at the girls while Dashrath turns to face the girls.

SHRUTI- same goes to you people.. hum log yaha se hat jayengi na, to you people will manipulate papa to take your side..

Said Shruti looking at Dashrath who nods at her in disbelief.

MANVI- ha papa.. aap taste kijiye aur bata dijiye apne beton ko.. that we girls prepare better food .

Said Manvi with a confident smile looking at the boys.

BHARAT- no papa.. rather tell these girls that we prepare better than them..

Bharat gave equally pointing his finger towards Manvi. Her eyes grew wide and she looks at his pointed finger.

MANVI- how dare you point a finger towards me.?

Bharat immediately takes his hand back looking scared while everyone laughs at them. Lakshman takes Bharat's hand and again actioned his finger towards Manvi.

LAKSHMAN- aap kya darr rahe hai.?

Lakshman looks at the girls and continued.

LAKSHMAN- aap log hume ghuse mare, thappad mare.. sab ok hai. But we husbands can't even point a finger towards you..

Said Lakshman getting angry on the girls. Dashrath sighed in disbelief and placed his hands on his head hearing their banter.

URMILA- chup rahiye.. don't change the topic and confuse papa..

Urmila interrupts in between, scolding Lakshman. Kranti and Sumitra too looks at each other in disbelief.

LAKSHMAN- when did I changed the topic.? Mene to bas bhaiya ka side liya kyuki bhabhi unhe dara rahi thi..

Said Lakshman taking Bharat's side while Manvi looks at him in disbelief.

MANVI- mene kab daraya.? Bol to ye rahe the..

Said Manvi indicating towards Bharat. Ram nods at them in disbelief and started having his juice.

BHARAT- me..? Me nahi. Ye dono..

Bharat points towards Shatrughan and Shruti who looks at him in shock.

SHATRUGHAN- me to kabse chup hi hu.. kisine suna mujhe kuch bolte hue.?

Questioned Shatrughan looking at everyone while Siya nods at them in disbelief.

SIYA- hey bhagwan.. you all are impossible..

Siya interrupts them gaining everyone's attention.

SIYA- tum logo ko to aajkal bahana bhi nahi chahiye ladne ke liye.. hawa tez kyu chal rahi hai, ispar bhi tum log ladd sakte ho..

Said Siya in a complain while the elders laughs at her words.

RAM- ab bas.. papa.. you have the breakfast..

Said Ram forwarding the plate towards Dashrath. He gulped looking at the plate and took a bite of the paratha. Everyone watches him keenly and were waiting for his words. The boys looks excited while the girls looks somewhat scared.

DASHRATH- wah..!

Dashrath immediately said the words making the boys to jump in excitement.

LAKSHMAN- yaayyy...

The three of them runs towards Ram and hugs him from back while the girls make a face looking at them.

KRANTI- kya bat hai.. I'm proud of my babies..

Said Kranti giving a flying kiss towards the four of them.

MANVI- ha.. kitne chote babies hai maa ke..!

Said Manvi in a taunt while Sumitra giggles at her.

URMILA- kya papa..? Jhut hi keh dete apne bahuyo ke liye..

Said Urmila in a complain while Dashrath looks baffled at her.

DASHRATH- areh ab.. jaisa bana tha.. waisa bol diya..

Said Dashrath in a genuine tone while the girls pouts looking at him.

SHATRUGHAN- something is burning I think.. hai na.?

Said Shatrughan in a taunt while Siya giggles looking at the girls.

SHRUTI- dii.. dekh rahi hai na aap.?

Siya rolls her eyes in disbelief.

SIYA- koi bat nahi.. achi bat hai jo khana acha bana lete hai ye log.. because from now onwards. Every Sunday, these four are going to cook..

Said Siya giving her decision making the girls happy and the boys to look at her in surprise.

LAKSHMAN- bhabhi.? Aap to hamare side hai na.?

Questioned Lakshman while Siya gave a smile to him.

RAM- theek hai.. bana lenge.. not a big deal..

Said Ram agreeing to Siya's words.

KRANTI- achi baat hai.. isi bahane inn charo ko ek din ki kitchen se chutti mil jayegi..

It was now the girls'turn to jump in excitement while the boys frowns looking at them.

BHARAT- hum log to hamesha phas hi jate hai..

Said Bharat in disbelief while the girls teases them more.

LAKSHMAN- ha theek hai. Meherbani kar li tum logo pe.. jao khushi manao..

Said Lakshman moving towards his place to sit while others too settled down at their places.

SHATRUGHAN- waise bhi. Shruti ke hatho ka khana khake bore hogaya hu me..

Shruti's jaw drop hearing him while everyone laughs at them.

SHRUTI- I hate you cookie .

Shruti pats his back frowning at him.

LAKSHMAN- arey.. hate se ek sher yad aya..

Said Lakshman in an excitement while everyone's expressions changed showing annoyance.

URMILA- bilkul bhi nahi..

Urmila warns him while Lakshman made a face looking at her.

SUMITRA- why.? Hume sunna hai. Come on Lakshman.. irshad.

Said Sumitra taking Lakshman's side while he blows a kiss towards her.

SHATRUGHAN- choti maa.. aap pachtayengi dekhna..

Shatrughan warns looking at Sumitra making her confused.

KRANTI- chup.. bolne to do usko.. come on Lakshman..

Kranti too support Lakshman boosting his confidence. He cleared his throat and said.

LAKSHMAN- to arz kiya hai... Station par train aksar hoti hai late..

Lakshman started with his first line of the shayari while Urmila keeps her hand on her ears.

चरित बहुत बिधि कीन्ह चहै।
कहि कथा सुहाई, मातु बुझाई,
जेहि प्रकार सुत प्रेम लहै॥

माता पुनि बोली, सो मति डोली,
तजहु तात यह रूपा।
कीजै सिसुलीला, अति प्रियसीला,
यह सुख परम अनूपा॥

सुनि बचन सुजाना, रोदन ठाना,
होइ बालक सुरभूपा।
यह चरित जे गावहिं, हरिपद पावहिं,
ते न परहिं भवकूपा॥
