Don't worry he will understand a lot going ahead.

He knows she craves family and thinks there isn't anyone else who can give her that. Basically, her being an orphan is what makes them so confident with everything they do without thinking about repercussions and consequences they might face. For them it's like who is going to fight for her she has none, if not for them.

Now,lets come to this update.

It was amazing and awesome. Loved the bonding of Aryan and Riddhima. Aryan is truly changing into a good person. Nice to know that Rudra chachu and Aryan stood up for Riddhima.

Aryan is changing but still a long way to go. Chachu and Aryan are going to be loved I feel if they keep this up.

Mohan came to record the statement of Riddhima. He also wants happiness for Riddhima.

Mr. Chauhan came with divorce papers and Ridz also signed it. Vansh has developed feelings for Ridz,now,as he feels he will be miserable once Ridz leaves him and VR mansion. That reality check of Siya given to Vansh was bang on. It was a much needed one,though.

At the moment Siya is the only sensible and reasonable being in the entire RS clan.

Loved how Ridz questioned Daadi and made her realise her folly. Vanshu baby,didn't you realise your feelings a bit early (note the sarcasm in it).

Dadi I don't know she had disappointed me a lot even she is selfish and does not love Riddhu truly and sarcasm is duely noted😆

Aryan has started to like Sejal,if i am not wrong. They would make a crackling pair. Please do show some bonding between Ridz-Aryan and Sejal-Aryan.

Maybe early stages. In the future we will😊

Where is Uma Maa?? I want to see her and know her reactions as well,about Riddhu going away.

Chapter 44

"A chapter is needed to be closed for another to begin.

A journey is needed to end, for a new one to begin."

Riddhima moves to Vansh and stands before him and asks,

"Now tell me what is that you wanted to say apart from declaring what you want?"

while Vansh was left tongue-tied and not knowing where to begin with.

He looked around and saw everyone looking at him. For the first time, he was nervous. Wait, was he nervous? Vansh thought surprised with the realization and felt his racing heart.

“I ah I Riddhima be ready at 7 we are going out for dinner to talk. It’s going to be a huge talk session”

Vansh said in a go and rushed out of there hurriedly without giving a chance to reply or deny to Riddhima leaving her surprised along with everyone else.

Among all this, there was one person who was watching everything unfold with an unreadable expression on her face. After Vansh left, Sia too left from there quietly.

She saw the woman in front of her. She did not know what to feel, there were so many emotions going on inside her right now. There was so much going on inside her, so much to be said yet words were lacking.

“Riddhima”

“Come here, where were you?”

The woman in front of her said with a bright smile.

“I was just around the corners Uma maa.”

Riddhima said coming in with a smile on her face.

“Oh okay. I wanted to talk to you it had been so long. You have been busy.”

Uma complained with a frown while Riddhima kept staring at the woman with some unknown emotions in her eyes. Then without saying a word and giving any warning hugged the woman in front of her tightly and closed her eyes.

Confused Uma put one hand on the back of Riddhima while the other on her head and patted her in that moment something happened that both women felt but did not know what.

“Thank you maa”

Riddhima said to her with her eyes closed and hugging the elder woman.

“It's okay but what for?”

Uma asked her innocently.

“You'll know one day.”

Riddhima said detaching herself away from the woman with a smile playing on her face a couple of tears sliding down from her eyes through her cheeks, holding both Uma’s hands in her own, and adoration and an unknown pain in her eyes for the elder woman.

“Maa, how do you like here? It had been a few days you have been here.”

Riddhima asked the woman with a genuine smile on her face.

“I like it here Riddhima. Thank you for bringing me here. I like Sia. She is a nice girl. I like Vansh too. He is nice but too stubborn. I don’t like that but then he had been that way since he was young.”

Uma said with a smile with a lost look on her face.

“That’s good so you are okay here right? So if I go you would be okay without me and I need not worry about you?”

Riddhima asked looking at her observing her trying to gauge her reactions and emotions with the news that caught the older lady's attention towards her immediately.

“Where are you going?”

Uma asked straightening up alerted, hearing the girl seated in front of her.

“Maa I am leaving and I came to say bye to you.”

Riddhima scooted forward and held the lady’s hand saying each word slowly to make the other woman grasp the words without her losing calm.

“Why? Don’t you love me? I won’t let you go.”

Uma asked feeling uneasy at the thought of letting the young woman go away from her notable to understand the reason behind the young woman going away from her. Uma started feeling hyper when a voice came from the door of the room.

“She needs to go maa and we should let her go if we love her.”

Sia’s voice came from behind and she came wheeling her wheelchair in. A half-smile was playing on her face.

“It would be selfish of us to ask her to stay here for us. We love her so we need to look for her happiness as well which is not in staying here but going from here.

Sia said looking at her mother stopping near the bed and coming near to the two women. Her eyes landed on Riddhima while saying her last words with a sad smile forming on her face.

“Are you angry with me? Do you feel I am being unfair to your brother?”

Riddhima questioned the young girl with her brows scrunching up and a thoughtful look taking over her.

“No, why would I be? I understand where you are coming from. Though I know my brother loves you a lot and he will suffer if you leave however he, himself does not realize it and it will not be fair on you to suffer because of him more than you already did. His sufferings are his own doings, not yours. Yes, I love him but I love you too. You need a break maybe even he does to realize your worth and most importantly his mistakes.

In fact, I am sorry knowingly or unknowingly we all took you for granted, your goodness, your loving nature, your compassion, your forgiving nature. Every time someone wronged you, you forgave out of your goodness and love for us, and people in this house started believing it is your duty to do so. No, it isn’t. Before when you said your identity here had been reduced to as just being the wife of Vansh bhai by people here I guess you were right.”

Sia said with a sad smile and a pensive look on her face.

“Then go and find your identity bhabhi because you surely are not just Mrs Vansh Rai Singhania. There is more to you and you have all rights to be your own person, be the whole of you.”

She continued and finished with fierceness and a determination flashing in her eyes.

“Thank you”

Riddhima said overwhelmed with tears moistening her kohl-filled eyes.

“I'll miss you.”

Uma spoke innocently watching the two young girls with her making a smile appear on their faces.

“I'll miss you too.”

Sia added with a warm playful voice.

“I'll miss you both too so take care of yourselves and each other for me.”

Riddhima conveyed with a warm happy smile playing on her own lips.

“Okay”

“Okay”

Both mother and daughter replied simultaneously and hugged the other younger woman who returned it with equal affection.

“So packing things up?”

Aryan voiced out his question leaning on the door frame of the room with his legs crossed and palms in his pant pockets.

“Yup”

Sejal answered without looking back at the source of the voice engrossed in packing her things up. Stopping midway realizing she turned around

“What are you doing here loser?”

She asked frowning at him.

“I came here to propose you tomboy proclaiming my everlasting love for you.”

Aryan replied sarcastically while strolling in with an eye-roll making the girl in front of him staring at him scandalized.

“Dude”

Sejal spat disgusted with the mere words that befell on her ears.

“Relax I just came to apologize to you. We started on a wrong note but now that you are leaving I thought let's at least say goodbye and depart on a good note.”

Aryan expressed nonchalantly with a shrug surprising Sejal.

It was a surprise when she found a beautiful gift wrapped up box lying on her bed. She had been returning from Uma maa’s room remembering that it won’t be long before they that is she and Sejal have to leave from here. After meeting with Vansh over dinner tonight she would get his signatures on the papers hence confirming the divorce and both of them can move ahead with their respective lives with that thought she went to Sejal’s room to meet her.

After meeting her and having some usual talks she asked her to start packing her stuff and came back to her room to start her own packing. It was then she found a package. Opening it she found a beautiful maroon dress which fell a little below her knees with a note written in his handwriting.

Please wear it for the evening at 7.00, will be waiting.

Vansh

She did not know what to think of it or what to expect from tonight. Though to be honest she was feeling a certain kind of nervousness at the moment to some extent a bit of excitement was also there. She could feel her heart's beats were rising in the anticipation of the evening. Shaking her head at her own crazy thoughts she looked at the clock hanging on the wall in front of her bed. Seeing she still had time she started to pack her luggage.

It was two hours later when she was done with just last-minute things to be finished leaving it for later. She once again looked at the clock and started to get ready for dinner. After half an hour she was done with a slight makeup, a pair of ruby red studs, maroon colour heels, and hairs cascading down with slight curls giving them a little bounce with her every move she stepped out of the house.

He was standing with his back turned to the entrance of the mansion when he felt a sudden soothing and calming sensation pass through him. Turning around his world came to a standstill seeing a beauty like nothing else he had ever seen before. A beauty that had a certain kind of innocence, along with elegance, and a charm hard to escape with a heart of gold no one can deny of that. His breath hitched for a moment looking at the little woman in front of her.

“Vansh”

She called him out once again bringing him out of his thoughts. She suddenly felt conscious about herself feeling his intense gaze at herself. Not being able to bear it anymore she called out to him which went unanswered. She called him again grabbing his attention both feeling nervous looked around everywhere but each other though sneaking side glances when the other wasn’t looking.

“Sh…Shall we?”

He asked getting a little Hmmm in reply from her. Moving further they both got into the car to get to their destination.

It was after two hours of the drive with silence only being the talk between them they reached a place. Riddhima was about to come out of the car when Vansh stopped her. Quickly coming out of the car he went towards her side and opened the door for her. Coming out she thanked him and was about to move ahead only to be stopped once again by him. Not answering her when asked about it he simply turned her around and blindfolded her and simply said it’s a surprise.

After a walk of fifteen minutes, she felt them both stopping at a spot. She could feel a cold breeze around her could hear water waves and smell the salt in the air as if they were near a beach? She asked for him and felt his hands on her blindfold and the next thing she knew was her blinder being removed from her. Opening her eyes she came to a standstill seeing the view in front of her while Vansh stood next to her looking at her nervously.

Looking around with tears forming in her eyes she grasped the view in front of her.

They were indeed on a beach an isolated one at that. She took a step forward there was a gazebo with curtains, underneath it was a table set for two decorated beautifully surrounded by few lanterns illuminating yellow lights from them and spreading its beam around it. The sun was setting down in the background with its rays reflecting in the water ahead giving it a beautiful setup for a romantic date from any travel magazine image. She turned towards him with a questioning look in her eyes.

"Let's have dinner first. We'll talk and I'll answer your questions later"

He offered which she excepted with a nod. Pulling a chair for her he offered her which she took with thanks and took his own seat. After having dinner with few casual talks and little smiles and laughs she looked around taking everything in. The scenery the atmosphere around everything was so surreal that overwhelmed her with the realization that had things been different this evening would have been perfect and nothing less than a beautiful dream She turned towards him from her seat.

“What’s all this and for what? Why?”

She asked with unshed tears that were forming in her eyes.

It was very rare for him when he is left tongue-tied or does not know what to say. It was one of those moments when he has no idea what to say and or where, to begin with. So strange when he was lying to her proclaiming his love for her to her he never had this problem now that he really mean it and want to convey the same to her, he is unable to express the same in words. Though he can’t stay quiet could he, with her looking at him with those enchanting eyes with questions in them. Taking a deep breath he began

“Riddhima when we got married it was for all the wrong reasons both of us made numerous amount of mistakes. Marriage is an institution of commitment, trust, respect, understanding, friendship, honesty, loyalty, and love. We had all of this but in bits and pieces never in its entirety. Along the way we lied, betrayed, and hurt each other god knows how many times and in how many ways.

You came in this house, in our lives to destroy me, to spy on me for Kabir. Whereas me, well I was no better even I have hurt you in the ways that I never thought I would. I became and did to you exactly what I hated the most betrayal. In between all this, I don’t know how or when but I want to give us another chance Riddhima. I don’t want to let you go. I do want to start afresh with you. This time I want to do this right.”

Vansh took a deep breath and went down on his knees. Taking out a small box from his coat’s pocket he opened it forwarding it towards Riddhima he said

“I love you Riddhima and I want to marry you. Will you marry me?”

He looked up at her with expectant eyes, a nervous half-smile playing on his face while she looked on with unshed tears in her eyes.

With a smirk playing on her face she forwarded her right hand forward towards him fora handshake.

“Well, mister Aryan Rai Singhania it was fun bullying you though I must add you were no less.”

She said with a smirk when Aryan took her hand for a handshake with a half-mile and a nod of his head.

“Good luck with your future.”

She wished him with a genuine smile

“Good luck to you too.”

Aryan returned with an awry lopsided smile.
