I think Satyen is well intentioned. He probably wants to get Raanav settled in life too.

I think he is probably unaware of is Smrita’s direct behavior with Viveka and the marked difference with her behavior with Lekha. Also let’s keep in mind, Lekha is known to them for some years and Viveka and her family are relatively new entrants into their social circle. I am not approving of Smrita but I can understand it.

In any case, the reason things got out of hand was because of Naina and Inder. And the scope for pitfalls in the marriage is because of Naina and Inder and the 2 massive egos of Raanav and Viveka.

Nisha, when do we get the next update. I hope you get ample of time during the day and no one ever pesters you at work like we do for update.

On the contrary. Satyen is VERY HAPPY with Smrita. He wants both his sons to have the good life he has with his own wife. Like I said before Satyen is not disgusted that Smrita is a college drop out neither is he angry that his wife places so much value on status

He loves her beyond that, despite that

Hats off to Satyen if he still loves Smrita. However her walking away from a critically ill husband didn't leave an impression that she loves him equally.

No one should be more aware about Smrita's opinion than Satyen. She was quite vocal in one of updates I guess with Satyen. Though by mistake. Viveka will face major problems coz of her. Only time will prove if she is better human being than what we are presuming now.

Even Viveka and her family is being judgmental about Rannav and Rakshit even though he proposed marriage. So Rich people are doubting middle class and vice versa. I think Anu and Akash have hand unknowingly in breaking Viveka engagement. They should have asked Viveka to leave Naina matter aside and think about her and Rannav relationship.

Satyen knows Viveka and Rannav love each other and trying to make use of situation to bring them together again.

You are right. Both the parties, (probably except Satyen) are judging each other without getting to know each other.

Yes to an onlooker, Smrita's actions are reprehensible

But objectively she has to go home to shower change and rest for a bit. She is not the only family. She has two sons who are keeping a watch on him. I try to make every character real. Making Smrita a heartless cruel arrogant b--- would be unrealistic I thought. How can she be mean to the outsiders and hate her husband? I thought that would make her a caricature

she is not indifferent to him or uncaring towards him. There is no dearth of love. Its how she treats people outside her inner circle that requires lots of behavior change
