Tanu : Hello and a warm welcome to all the members of IF! You all must be confused on what this is about, to all members who clicked on the thread thinking it was some Harry Potter thing I'm sorry, it's not. It's something much more different and interesting.

Sam : We IF members are part of a big diverse community. We sometimes are known as part of a particular fandom, a particular show viewer, as writers, as graphicers and much more.. However at the end, we together are a big family of IF. Amongst all the members of different groups are the members of a non lader group also known as the Development Team (DT) of IF.

Tanu : You all know us, have seen us around. Some of you like us, some of you don't. 🤷‍♀️ Sometimes you ping us for help, sometimes refer to us for advice while sometimes you come with complaints to us. Whatever it might be, many believe that DTs of IF are entirely different community and different part of IF. And even if you want to, you don't get to know your DTs. Maybe cause you were a little apprehensive to ask them or maybe cause you've never bothered.

Sam : Keeping that in mind, we have brought to a golden chance to you where you can get to know your DT!

Tanu : Every week, we will interview one DT member of IF. The questions will be about their work on IF, their interests and much more.

Sam : And not only that, at the end, all members will have the chance to ask questions to the DT in spotlight and get to know them better.

Tanu : I am Tanu popularly known as BilliCat in IF. I am channel moderator and one of the host for the evening.

Sam : And I am MsChanadlerBong, a Viewbie and am called Sam.

I would now like to invite our first guest of the show. She is a Viewbie and part of a very active forum. She is a big IPKKND fan and is an admirer of Barun Sobti and Hritik Roshan.

Tanu : I would like to jump to the introduction first and ask the question we all are curious about, how did you land on IF?

Dushtkanya: I landed here thanks to the I P K K N D There actually was the beginning of this fanfiction that had been posted on Facebook and on trying to read the next part, I was being directed to some random india-forums site 💁‍♀️ So I went through the fateful link and then saw that it was a Members Only post, but then my curious ass wanted to know what happens next so I made an account. And then the rest is rich history Had the time of my life here.

Tanu : And the first forum you moderated?

Dushtkanya: Bollywood Forum.😎

Sam : Wow. Right into the war zone. *coughs* Moving ahead, I'm very curious about your username which seems very unique, is a there a story behind it?

Dushtkanya: Okay so "Dusht Kanya" is actually how Barun Sobti jokingly calls Shahana Goswami in Tu Hai Mera Sunday in a very quirky and interesting scene, aaaand it so happens that I'm a Virgo (and a girl lmao), hence Kanya is pretty much appropriate, so I adopted that as username

Tanu : That's very creative of you. Which is most crazy forum you've moderated and one adjective to describe it.

Dushtkanya: Bollywood Forum for sure. I mean the answer's in the question - crazy But I'd say "fun"!

Sam : Interesting, Very Interesting. 🤔 🤣 What would be the one thing that is popular among the masses that annoyed you?

Dushtkanya : Honestly, Ishqbaaaz *avoid chappals* 🤭

Tanu : What about your weekends, how do you like to spend your weekends beyond IF?

Dushtkanya: Under the blankets, watching a horror movie with my mom/group of homies over popcorn!

Shreya : I had been searching for a WU for Rakht Sambandh and found out about IF.

Tanu : And which was the first forum you moderated?

Shreya : My first 2 forums were CID and IPK.

Sam : I remember those days when you used to moderate IPKKND. Moving on, you have been part of this journey since a very long time. How has it been? Any good memories to share with us?

Shreya : It's been a good journey so far. Nothing specific. The forums I moderate currently all have many hilarious memories and I can't choose one over the other.

Tanu : Come on, you should have a memory or two.. backstage batana phir.😉

Shreya : Phele mere mojito k paise dedo..🤓

Tanu : Never mind. 🤔 What would you rather be, powerful or popular?

Shreya : Powerful. If you're powerful you can get a lot more done than if you're famous. Instead, if you're famous, every move of yours is scrutinized to death.

Sam : That's a smart answer. Also Tanu, this question wasn't in the script 🤔

Tanu : I was bored of the same old questions 🤷‍♀️🙄

Sam : Coming back to the script and sticking to it, You are one of the senior members in the DT and have shared forum responsibilities with lot of new DTs. As a senior what steps do you take to ensure new DTs learn and grow?

Shreya : Any time a newer DT is added, I try to step back and let them take the forefront. People will learn when they get their hands dirty and ask a lot of questions. Additionally, if the DT is completely new to moderation, then I will also share the tools and tricks available to DTs through screenshots.

Tanu : That's amazing. We seniors are such amazing people and are so helpful.. (looking at Sam) if only some junior knew that. 😳😆

Sam : Moving on...

Tanu : You know how MIDs have increased in IF. Shreya, you deal with such IDs on daily basis, what are your thoughts about the same?

Shreya : MIDs have increased drastically over the past many years and somewhere it has to do with the rise in trolls online in general. But the problem is that nowadays any newbie is considered a MID and that isn't right.

Sam : That is true. Not every ID out there is a MID.

Tanu : These questions are kinda boring me, so I'm gonna get to entertainment. Which is your favourite ITV show and favourite Bollywood movie?

Shreya : Oh favourite ITV show....there are so many. Mostly all comedies or thrillers. But if I choose my top favourite it would have to be a close tie between Sarabhai, Hum Paanch, and Dekh Bhai Dekh. My favourite Bollywood movie of all time is Andaz Apna Apna!

Sam : Let's get onto our next segment, where you would be given choices and you would have to.. well choose..

All the years have passed since you blessed the earth with your presence, and we are still lucky af to have you 🤗 I'm so glad that we met and even happier that we became friends and still are friends. About some years ago I used to interact with a girl, a girl who claimed to be my sautan! From endless discussion of our supposed husband to sharing stories and ideas, we had the time of our life! One day she PM-ed me some creations of her own. As creative as she could get as a beginner, her work were beautiful. Months from then she opened her gallery, I can still remember the first set of siggies she made. She asked me to PM all my buddy and share her gallery. A year later (maybe?) she joined on the FFG team. Rest as they say is history..

Koeli : Had seen her in the AS forum first then in CC I guess.

Leena : First saw Kalyani in A/S Forum and first interacted with her after joining FFG. I felt that she was a very talented graphicer!

Nabila : I think it was the time she applied for CC. Her entries were creative although she was really quite and sombre.

Sam : Sombre (😆)

Koeli : Even I thought she was timid, serious and no nonsense girl.

Sam : I don't know about that 🤷‍♀️🙈 Ankita what was your first impression of her?

Ankita : I got to know she's the FFG head. I thought she'd be a strict head. Lol! (Cause heads are supposed to be strict) LOL.

Sam : 🤣 Well she isn't that strict right? 🤓 Or I think so. Maybe she is.

Sam : Sorry I kinda got distracted. I don't know about strict but I know that Sans is helpful. Ever encountered a time when you had some FFG related problem and you contacted her?

Ankita : Yes! When I needed time to study for exam, I troubled her and she granted me leave

Leena : Oh yessss I mostly eat her head most of the time with my FF shop doubts Of course she helped! Leaving me feeling stupid with my questions every-single-time <33

Sam : Unless you ask her how to log in and out of IF I don't think any of your question is stupid. You didn't ask her that, did you? 🤭

Koeli : She has been active and I found her pretty level headed. Also she has knack of solving issues without getting into any problem.

Sam : What about you guys, what makes her a great head?

Nabila : She has been a dedicated member of the team for long, I think her consistency makes her a great Head. 👏

Sam : True that Nabila! What do you feel Anikita?

Ankita : To answer that, well. She’s an awesome graphicer (no surprises there) also she checks up on everyone in the team. I think, its important to stay connected to team members and she maintains that.

Sam : Finally, last but not the least, can you all share one piece made by Sanskruthi that you've liked the best.

Nabila : This one here! I love the text style, it blends in with the whole cover, is apt for the theme and kind of enhances the whole signature. ⭐

Leena : Me too. This is my fav from the shop because I personally love dark edits (I went WTHH when I first saw it)The dark coloring, the text with smoke along with torn paper texture <33 This is a masterpiece!

Sam : What about you Ankita and AppyD?

Ankita : Though I like the above one too, my favourite has to be

Anikita : I love this cover so much.The blending of images goes so well with the theme. The face on top actually came out as surprise when I looked deeply. ❤ If I’d ever write and publish my book, that’s the kind of cover I’d want on my book.

Koeli: For me, it has to be this one.

I feel this is too sexy and has a suspense element which will make readers want to read it.
