Prologue:

Doctor Riddhima Gupta wished she didn't have to spend Valentine's Day tending to emergency patients in the hospital. Bad timing to be a doctor. But when a gorgeous stranger was brought in after being shot, she thought maybe it wouldn't be so bad. She wished too soon. One conversation with him and she hated him with so much spite, she thought she'd explode.

Mafia overlord Armaan Mallik was shot and wounded by his rival when he chopped up his brother in 27 pieces, to be precise. His men brought him in to the hospital and in to the life of Doctor Riddhima Gupta. After he gained consciousness, all he could see was Riddhima and her catty attitude made him want her more than anything he's ever wanted. Armaan knew that when the thing he wanted didn't come to him willingly, he'd bend all the rules and break the law to have it. Riddhima Gupta just signed her death warrant by slapping him and he was sure to make her death sentence the most pleasurable one in history.
