First dsay of school
"Hum pack karke de tumaara school ka pack?" Suvi asked a sullen Nihar softly
"No... no... its a BACKPACK" he hissed breathlessly, trying to stuff his books in
It was the first day of school
Aadhya was beyond thrilled she had conjured up many many scenes in her mind as to how she would walk into school holding her "Nihaad hand"
"te apalacya vadeelace, annna... annna shakkara" she cooed to her daughter
"Aai tumhala vaatate ki to mala aavadato?" she asked her mother sadly
"Khoop" Suvi sighed... "Khoop" she repeated trying to convince herself
"Soyi nahi aap?"
"Aadhya ko sula rahe hai mein"
"Rahe nahi rahi" he winked
"Mera Hindi ekdum perfect hai Neel" she smiled
Aadhya sat up curiously
She was sure her mother had feelings for this man. It piqued her interest, they were together all the time. Aai looked very happy AND they lived in NOIDA now

No mosquitos in this house
The bed was great too
Neel sat on the edge of the bed
"Yeh meda BAD hey" Aadhya waved her finger
"Sorry" he stood up
"Aadhyaaa" Suvi scolded
"Kalaji karu nakka" Neel's eyes twinkled
Suvi smiled shyly
"Yeh barobar nai haan? Bata rahi hei tumhe... tum Mumbaiich 30 years rahe, main khaali dilli ek saal"
"Barabari karengi?" he asked softly his eyes roving over her form
"Neel" she warned
"Aai...to ooncha maanus aahe" Aadhya reminded her mother she cannot be "barabar:
Suvi chuckled at her daughter's innocence
"Nihar ko unifrom pasand aaya?"
"Pata nahi... kuch bola nahi mere ku"
"Aapne poochha?"
"Khaate time bola nei... Umm umm... umm.." Suvi sighed
"I am sorry Suvi" he said defeatedly
"Neel aapko sorry nei khene ka hei... Nihar apni Aai ko miss karenge na?" Suvi was trying to be brave
With each passing day she had less and less reserves to tap into sadly
"Hum subah chhod dete hain... aap le aayen afternoon mein?"
"Main subah bhi leke jaayegi na?"
"Umm..."
Please Neel... aapko dilli bhi jaane ka hai"
"Umm" Nee got up swiftly
Aadhya was asleep now
Suvi picked up her toys from her bed
"Subah baat kar lenge" Neel stalled
"Neel pehle DPS phir office... phir shaam ko ghar... kitta driving"
"Umm"
He pulled the curtains to close it
Sat on the couch, she went on to rattle off everything about what a first school day should be and how she would make it fun for Nihar and what all she would do in the morning,
and how she will wake up early and make sheera
Suvi sat by him and rubbed his back soothingly
"Tension hai koi?"
"Nahi..." he fake smiled
"Chalo theek hai main chhod degi jaake sotey hain apan?" she asked
"Umm... Suvechha... Nihar humko kahe... aap ke saath nahi jaayenge first day of school" he said
Waves of gried swept over her, she controlled it... or tried to, her tears flushed out
"Umm... barobar" she nodded and got up turning away
As he leaned on the couch weakly shutting his eyes
