Ab Kya Kare?
RECAP: Kripa recalled the scene that day. It was at a restaurant. Dilip, Naina, Angad, Prithvi and Kripa had gone there for dinner.
Kripa sat there crying. There was no doubt now that Kannan had given the photo to Angad, she must have somehow took a photo.
'Prithvi, Angad ko please kuch maat kehna…' Prithvi got angry at Kripa and stood up, she stood up, he shouted at her 'Kripa what the….Kripa what is wrong with you. Angad bhai saab kehte rahe ge aur tum bas sunti raho gi. Bhai tumhare baare mein aisa soch bhi kase sakh the hai. Kannan ko…' he was leaving, his back was facing Kripa, Kripa hold his arm to stop him and interrupted him 'Prithvi aap Kannan ke baare Angad ko kabhi nahin kuch kahe ge…' Prithvi turned his head to the left (he didn't turn totally so that he could see Kripa, he turned his head sideway) 'Kripa, you want me to do that then I will and I have been doing that before too but after this one I still will but let me tell you 'I can't promise you.'.' With that he left for his room. Kripa stood there stunned, a little scared about what if Prithvi wouldn't be able to hold it back. She knew that at the moment he wouldn't say a thing but if matters get worse than……she couldn't bring herself to think about everything. She had calmed a little down but tears still streamed down her cheek. It was hard for her to open her eyes completely as they were swollen. She started to wash the dishes.

Part 18
After washing up the dishes Kripa quickly went upstairs and locked her room and ran towards her bed and dug her face in her pillow and began to cry uncontrollably again, she couldn't hold it back anymore.
It was 10 pm when in Kripa's room everything was silent, she had stopped crying but tears still streamed down her cheeks.
The door connecting Prithvi's and Kripa's room was not locked from either side, in fact it was open but Kripa hadn't noticed it, Prithvi had seen her like that for a while then had gone and sat on his bed.
Prithvi entered Kripa's room. He went to her; her face was still dug in the pillow. He sat on her bead and patted her back. Kripa instantly looked up then helped herself to settle down on the bed, she sat next to Prithvi. She was staring no where at the floor while he spoke.
Prithvi: Kripa, tum kyun nahin bhai ko batana chati? Mujhe aaj tak samaj nahin aya? Tum kyun unhe apne baare mein aisa sochne deti ho? Kyun? Why?
Kripa slowly began to speak 'Prithvi, Angad ko agar main saab kuch batadoon gi toh kya hoga? Mujhe toh yahan aaye hui che (six) maheene (months) bhi nahin hui, Kannan aur Angad toh ek tu-jai ko kab se jaante hai. Agar main Angad ko Kannan ke baare main kuch batayoon gi…..shakayat karoon gi toh Angad ko toh aise hi lage ga na ke main un dono ki dosti ko torna chati hoon……..unki dosti se main jalti hoon, Kannan se jalti hoon.'
Prithvi didn't know what to say or how to make her understand, he stood up and kneeled in front of Kripa. He cupped both of her hands.
Prithvi: Kripa main tumhe kuch batana chata hoon. Main kaab se ye batana chata tha lekin maine socha ke shayad zaroorat nahin pa-re gi toh no need batana, lekin aaj jo hua hai mujhe lagta hai ke mujhe batana chaiye kyun ke agar maine Angad ko bataya tumhe bilkul nahin acha lage ga.
Kripa didn't react; she kept staring at the floor.
Prithvi didn't know how to start: Kripa woh….actually…..woh uss din….uss din jab mom ko hospital lege the uss din maine Kannan ko dekha tha ussi restaurant mein…
Kripa interrupted, she was still staring at the floor: Maine bhi dekha tha.
Prithvi looked up at her stunned but then recovered: Kripa jab maine usse dekha, mujhe kuch theek nahin lag raha tha, kyun ke jaise woh wahan aayi thi….woh wahan aa-hi nahin sakh thi thi. Uss restaurant mein sirf kuch type ke lok (people) aa sakh the the aur Kannan jis tarha se aayi thi mujhe thora shak hua uspe toh maine socha ke main uspe nazar rakh tha hoon.
He waited for Kripa to say something but she didn't then he continued. 'Ek baar maine dekha ke woh kisi ki tasweer le rahi thi. Main dekh nahin paya kiski….'
Kripa had a flashback of her shaking hands with someone then the time when Angad had held the photo in front of her.
'…lekin phir thori daer ke baad maine dekha ke woh kuch keh rahi thi John ko. Usne ek bottle bhi di thi usse. Jab woh chalhi gayi maine dekha ke John us bottle ko dekh raha tha, mujhe lag ta hai woh kuch par raha tha, phir maine dekha ke us bottle mein jo liquid tha woh saara ka saara usne ek dish mein dal ke mix kiya. Maine nahin dekha usne kis ko serve kiya lekin jab woh wapis aaya tha Kannan phir wapis aayi thi aur usne around 100 pounds diye the John ko, jaha tak mujhe lag ta hai main 100 pounds hi sune the. Mujhe zyada kuch samajh nahin aaya toh main wapis table pe gaya tha. Jab main waha pauncha (reach) tha thori daer ke baad mom ko kuch hone laga. Jab case hua tha, court main John ko saza milli thi for mixing poison in the food. Lekin ussne Kannan ko kabhi bhi nahin trouble mein aane diya…'
Kripa looked up at Prithvi slowly 'Prithvi…kya Kannan ne…kya ussne aunty ko zaher diya tha.'
She didn't ask but Prithvi still said 'Haan mujhe kuch aisa hi lag ta hai. Issiliyeh to main Angad ko batana chata hoon lekin bhai nahin mane ge. I need proof which I don't have…'
Kripa lowered her gaze to stare at the floor again 'Aur Kannan ke paas woh saab proof hai jo Angad ki nazroon mein mujhe……I'm the one who tried……….in Angad's eyes it's me….it's….' Kripa shut her eyes closed and sighed.
'Kripa main jaan ta hoon ke tum nahin chati ke un ki dosti toote lekin Kripa tum samjh thi kyun nahin ke unke beech mein dosti to hai hi nahin. Kannna ki hawas hai yeh saab bas aur kuch nahin…'
Kripa interrupted.
'Lekin Angad ke nazroon mein toh woh rishta ek dosti ka haina. Angad apne jaaga mein sahi hai. Woh sirf aise hai kyun ke woh apne doston pe pora wishwas karte hai itna ke woh jo bhi kahe, Anagd maanle ge…'
Prithvi cut her pointing out the fact 'Exactly. Bhai itna wishwas karte hai apne doston pe ke unhe kabhi pata nhain chalta ke woh jhoot kab bhol rahe hai or sach kab…'
'Aap ka kehne ka matlab hai in Kannan's case lekin…'
'Haan Kripa haan. Yes Kripa in Kannan's case only.'
He signed 'Tum baat kyun nahin maan ti, bhai ko batana zaroori hai…'
'Aur aap batao ge kaise?'
Prithvi remained silent thinking.
Kripa continued 'Humare paas sach ko sach sabit karne kille kuch bhi nahin hai lekin Kannan ke paas jhoot ko Angad ki nazroon mein sach sabit karne kille sab kuch hai. Prithvi Angad jaise hai, jaise soch the hai ustara theek hai…'
Prithvi looked at her as if she has gone completely mad, once he heard her last word he screamed a little too loudly then intended to 'THEEK HAI? Kripa kya theek hai? Tumhare kille theek hai lekin mere kille nahin hai. Tum meri dost ho aur mein nahin bardaash kar sakh tha ke koi, aur woh bhi mera apna bhai, mere doston ke baare mein itni geeri hui cheeze soche. Aaj tak mein sirf chup tha kyun ke tumne kaha tha lekin Kripa tum bhai ko kyun nahin batana chati, unki dosti toot thi hai toh tootne do, us dosti mein hai kya jab kisi ek…'
Kripa sighed 'Prithvi please…bas aaj nahin. Main thak gayi hoon. I want to sleep.'
Prithvi started 'Kri…' but stopped. He took a deep breathe. Prithvi asked her to think about telling Angad again.
Prithvi thought for a while then said good-night to Kripa and left. Kripa sat on the bed thinking about what would happen next…what would happen in the morning. The incident had happened a few weeks back, when university hadn't even started yet but this thing…….she had no idea how to handle it. This was different, now Angad thinks she's a murderer.

I hope you all liked it I hope you all comment…!!Yah well I'm still on the 10-comments thing…lolz….I hope the part was fine……I wanted to do something but I don't know if it came out the way I wanted it to be…I'm sorry if it didn't but really this part, I wanted it to be present and the other thing is that I didn't know how to explain all, I mean I can't get the right words out. I'm really sorry if it was boring but I really need your comments…….You know what, I kept editing this part (I mean editing before it was posted here), seriously, I had no idea how to make it sound good and serious and all…..one of the reasons is why because I was thinking about a few scenes which I want to have it in the fanfic like in a few next parts so I didn't concentrate much on this part but I kept changing….I even deleted 3 whole paragraphs, they almost took 1/3 of this part….so that's why the part is smaller now because I deleted it. Anyway hope you all tell me your true feelings…SMILE!!
