I have still not gotten over the days when bikanerwala as soon as they open winter mornings, or at chandni chowk people in wait in big family groups each waiting to order Garam kesar doodh in kulhas and at least 200 gms of jilebi each!!!

It's a sight to see people who enjoy to eat
and live life to the fullest!!! I will add Malaiyo to my list now

Yes! Srikhand is made out of hung curd and this one seems to be like hot milk allowed to form froth... a much more laborious process dependent on winter weather .
