Because Anami Satrupa escaped from the humilation from reporters because of nurture given by Pandithayen.

Anita, u were saying something I posted as too filmy and hard to digest. But there have been many instances where this serial was filmy. Durga Puja epi to showcase Anami's greatness and women's lib and then Purushottam death. The way Adhi was bashing up villains were Rajnikant or Dharmendra style. So we never know here... And today, suddenly out of the blue BD brings in SS. Is that not filmy? And where is Dhaamo now? Have the producers asked her to leave as the serial is ending? That's not done. I hope they show her in the last epi at least.

We were all thinking this serial will move in some way; it is going in another way. I am ok with that. But missing of brilliant characters has been its bane.

If RS makes a serial in future, let them concentrate on every character. Yes Kamini has always looked good in her role. It had a comic villainous element to it. Remember the tutor scene.
