The next day, Saanjh meets Arjun. she said, "They say that if you get a dream at 4 am, it will be true."

Arjun: What is the dream?

Saanjh: You proposed to me for marriage.

Arjun: The dream will remain a dream. You are my best friend & a companion but I cannot make you my life-partner. I am in love with Maya & have committed myself to her. You are beautiful & educated. You can get many Arjuns but for Maya, I am the only Arjun. Yes, she is rich, she had the class, she has got grace, beauty & intelligence but you & I know very well how bad her temper is. If anyone could control & pacify her, it has to be either Jhanvi aunt, you or me. I am not marrying her out of sympathy or doing her a favor but because I have fallen for her & accepted her as she is. I will call you later. Maya will be waiting for me.

Saanjh: I am glad that you have accepted her as she is. I'm proud of my Duffer. If you need any help, I am always there.

Arjun leaves.

He meets Maya go to the park.

Maya: I had begun to love you when you stood for me against Ashwin. But I thought that I am not worthy of you.

Arjun: Never think like that. I know you very well. I also know you have temper issues.

Maya: There is something more to that. Ashwin keeps threatening me regarding the crime I have committed. If I don't tell this to you now, I will never be able to tell you.

Arjun: Past is past. I don't want to hear anything about your past. I am only concerned about your present & future.

Maya: If I had committed a crime in the past, would you accept me?

Arjun is shocked. He asked, "What crime?"

Maya: It was before you came in my life. Ashwin wanted to snatch my business by proving me mad. He had almost done that. No one else was willing to take up my case. I could not get Dusky's contact number. If I had got her she would have taken up my case. I didn't have any other alternative. I had to resort to my childhood friend Rajeev.

I thought he was a good person. He agreed to take up my case but he wanted me to spend one night with him. I didn't have any other option. I had agreed but thought of a plan wherein I don't have to give away my purity. He took up my case & we had won the case. We had got back our company shares. I asked him where should we go but he said that he does not want anything from me but was only testing me. But he had some other plan in his mind. We went to the restaurant to chill out. He had already spiked that cold coffee. I told him to put off the a/c. When he had turned his back, I quickly swapped the glasses without his knowledge. He drank it & was unconscious but he had not gained his consciousness. I didn't know there was a poison. If I had drunk that I would have lost my life. The blame had come on me. I was taken to police custody but Shivaay bro bailed me out. Even the judge could not refuse him as he is a very powerful guy. It is now left to you whether you want to go ahead with this relationship.

Arjun: It is not your fault. You didn't know that coffee was poisoned. You are right in saying that if you had drunk that, you would have died. As for continuing with this relationship, I will never leave you. Though it gave me a lot of pain I'm happy that you mustered up the courage & told me the truth.

Maya: But this much is true that it happened in my hand, though I didn't know it. I am surrendering myself to the law. I will face whatever comes.

Arjun: I won't let anything happen to you. I won't let you lose. I will do something for you.

Maya surrenders herself despite the Inspector telling her, "I cannot arrest you. If I keep you in the cell, your bro will get me suspended."

Maya: But if I committed the crime, no one can save me.

She forcefully goes behind the bars.

The Oberoi's go to the police station to confront the commissioner. But Maya said, "I've surrendered myself to the law because I've really committed the crime."

Shivaay: But you didn't know that the coffee was poisoned.

Arjun & Saanjh enter the police station. Saanjh gives the bail application. the commissioner goes to Maya and said, "Sorry, I cannot keep you in the cell. If I do that, your bros will kill me.

Maya gets released. Saanjh goes to the restaurant where Maya & Rajiv had spent time. She goes to the manager for the cctv footage & finds out that coffee was poisoned by Swetlana."

A + S: Can I get a copy?

Manager: Sure.

Arjun & Saanjh meet Maya. They said, "Good news, the murder didn't happen in your hands. You had not mixed the poison."

Arjun, Maya, & Saanjh insert the flash drive to the laptop & play the video.

Maya: So it is Swetlana's work. She is my biological father's mistress.

Saanjh: I am sure we will win the case.

Shivaay goes to visit Maahi at the hospital & sees Anika spending time with him. The background song is O Jaana...

He gets mesmerized by her beauty and smiles. He goes to Anika & said, "Thank you for taking care of my brother."

Anika: It is my pleasure.

Omkara goes to the art gallery exhibition. He sees Gauri designing dresses. Omkara had made Ganesha sculptor for which he wants a small cloth. He goes to Gauri but ends up staring at her.

Gauri: What do you want?

Omkara: Can I get a cloth for the idol?

Gauri: Sure

She takes out different varieties. Omkara is unable to decide what to take. He purchases all of them.

Gauri: If you want to buy anything for your mom or sister, please do come.

Omkara: Sure.

Shivaay thinks about Anika. Omkara thinks about Gauri.

Kabir goes to Prem & Suman's place waiting for Saanjh who comes home. She goes to Suman & said, "I am ready to marry Kabir."

Suman: Did you tell your feelings to Arjun?

Saanjh: Yes, I did. He is not my Duffer. He loves Maya but I am happy for her.

Suman: I am proud of you for understanding Maya & wishing well for her. But don't take hasty decisions about Kabir. You guys spend time & know each other.

Saanjh: He was studying in my college.

Suman: That is really great. Why don't you go for a date?

Saanjh: After the court case.

The court case begins. Saanjh presents the evidence to the court.The judge dismisses the case on Maya & orders to find Swetlana.
