"Bhabhi, plz pass me that cushion Tara asked Arohi who had just entered living area. Arjun covertly looked at her hiding behind some magazine. As Arohi moved to pick the cushion, Tara indicated Rashi who kicked the juice bottle in Arohi's direction. That made Arohi trip in her steps and she was about to fall and Arjun was quick to reach her but not as quick as Jai. Arjun grunted inwardly as he saw that douche holding Arohi. Though Arohi pulled away from him quickly with a grateful smile but those few seconds did something to him in worst way possible.

Arjun was as usual standing at his window when he saw Arohi coming to pool area. A smile graced his lips and he quickly left to go there. He was happy that he would be able to spend some time with her and just talk like they did few nights back.

"Seriously! U sketched them allMy god they are fantastic his smile dropped as Jai's astounding voice fell on his ears. He stopped in his tracks and watched both of them sitting on tea table.

"Thank u Arohi politely replied and took her file back from him...what are u doing here at this time?

Jai stretched his arms "ye mausam mastana he smiled making Arohi smile along with him...u are so damn good yaar! he pointed at her file...I suggest u should not let ur talent go waste

Arohi smiled "I am planning to take some professional training. It's my dream to open my art gallery some day

"Wow! That's nice

Arjun silently left from there leaving them alone.

Resting on his bed Arjun was shuffling between channels trying to find anything to distract his mind. He stopped at one particular music channel which was playing soft melodies. He listened the song carefully...It was the same song he had heard Arohi humming many times...Although it was not his kind of music but he found himself leaning back, keeping remote aside.

Within few seconds he found himself drowning in the song...there was something about the song..maybe it was associated with her that is why.

Arjun looked around sipping water from glass. He adjusted his collars and glanced at his Daddu. He was here only for him. He was not at all interested in this whole thing but his daddu sure knows how to manipulate him. He looked above when he heard jingling of bangles. A petite girl wearing a blue salwar suit was coming towards them holding a tray which he assumed had tea and snacks.

He took in her appearance and she was very different from girls he interacted with on daily basis. They all were very professional and mostly wore western clothes. And to be honest he wanted someone like them as his life partner. Who understood his business. A woman who has goals and ambitions along with beauty. The girl in front was one Indian beauty. For a sec he couldn't take his eyes off her but there is so much he wants from his life partner.

What a judgmental idiot he had been! He never tried to know her. Her dreams, goals!

He walked towards window to see if Jai was still sitting with Arohi and much to his relief she was there alone. She was engrossed in her sketching. Her tresses were falling on her face which she was continuously trying to push back. She looked so adorable. He leaned on window pane admiring her. Whatever she was sketching made her look so passionate and happy.

It started drizzling making her stop sketching and close notebook immediately. Packing her stuff up she stood up to go inside and for a brisk moment she looked in his direction and their eyes clashed binding them together. There was something in that moment. There was magic and Arjun could feel it in his veins

They stood staring at each other few seconds. A fear passed through his spine. He felt shaken and without a second thought his hands reached for windows and he closed it!

Arohi stared at closed window drenching in rain before she walked away!

Tara and Rashi were sitting in their room discussing their further plan to make Arjun jealous...

"let's make Jai bhai propose Bhabhi! Rashi suggested..

"no a third voice rang in their years, they looked at source to find their dearest Bhabhi standing there...tum log aisa kuch nhi krogemain janti hu jabse Jai aaya h yhn kya chal rha h..pr ab bas!

Arohi sat beside her "I know Tara...and I am very thankful for that but Arjun aur mere rishtey ko bachane ki responsibility tumhari nhi h na hi kisi aur kiCheezon ko chahe kitna bhi samhal kr rakh lo pr jisna tootna hota h vo toot hi jata..

"bhabhi we can't give up like this...Bhai is getting affected! I am sure a little push and he will confess his feelings...

Arohi softly smiled "feelings dil se aati h..aise plannings and movie tricks use krke zor zabardasti se nhi she patted Tara's head left from there.

On her way back she collided with Arjun...he held her shoulders stabilizing her.

"Tum theek ho?

Arohi nodded not meeting her eyes with him. Arjun felt something fishy and he forced her to look at him tilting her chin...

"tum ro rhi ho?

She pushed his hand away "Main theek hoon...apko meri fikr krne ki zarurat nhi h

"Tum ro kyu rhi ho? he ignored her statement "Kisine kuch kha tumse? "kon h vo btao mujhe? he held her shoulders but she freed herself jerking his hands

"Maine kha na...main theek hoon!

This was a total new side of Arohi that he was witnessing. She looked so upset and bothered about something and he was hell bent on knowing it...She tried walking away from him but he held her wrist.

"kuch toh hai Arohi! u can tell me...I am ur husband

Her face broke into a smile which was amused and sarcastic at same time...she kept her hand on his to free his hold "jab apne kabhi mujhe apni biwi mana hi nhi toh aap aaj ye pati hone ka haq kaise jata rhe h she pushed his hand with a jolt...

Arjun watched her going away from him and at that time he felt his heart break. He felt a little of something Arohi has been feeling every single day since this marriage.

"Arohi! mujhe tumse baat krni h Arjun stood in front of her.

Arohi sighed "Arjun mujhe apse koi baat nhi krni...

"u had been ignoring me for days now... he whined like a baby...we need to..

"aap samjh kyu nhi rahe mujhe apse baat nhi krni...aap plz mujhse door rahiye! she told him calmly but in firm voice.

Not knowing what to do or what to say Arjun left from there giving Arohi what she wanted. After all she has also asked something from him for the first time...how could he deny it! That's what he did for rest few days...he stayed away from her.

There was deafening silence in whole Singhania mansion. It was the most gloomy day. Tej Singhania was sitting in his room with a heartbroken face, he did everything he could to save this relation but he failed. He failed terribly. Today is the day, he never wanted to come.

"Daddu Arohi entered inside...he didn't have courage to meet her eyes so he sat looking down. he was culprit of this innocence soul.

"aaj breakfast nahi karenge?

"Arohi puttar chali jaa he said in low voice.

Arohi kneeled in front of him "apke favorite khana haaj k baad pta nhi kab apne hath ka khana khila paungi apko

He looked at her finally "mujhe maaf krde puttar. I am sorry! Ye sab meri galti h...mene ek baar nhi 2 bar tera dil toda h

Arohi smiled "aap is trf sorry bolker mujhe sharminda mat kijiye...jo bhi hua isme apki koi galti nhi...na hi kisi aur ki h...Kuch rishto ki umar hoti hi choti h. Dilon ka milna kisi k hath me nhi hota. Jinhe milna hota h vo khud mil jate h aur jinhe nahi, vo lakh koshish pr bhi nhi milte...

Arohi stood up "ye sab yhi khatm kijiye aur breakfast k liye chaliye...mujhe sabko bulana bhi h

Everyone was sitting at breakfast with sad faces. They all were so miserable. Arohi couldn't take this anymore...lgta h khana kisi ko bhi pasand nhi aaya!

"nahi Bhabhi khana bhaut acha h Rashi said'

"aisa h toh koi kha kyu nhi rha h? she folded her arms "mane itne pyar se bnaya h sbke lye par aap log itne sad-sad bethe h

"Khushi ka occasion nhi h na Bhabhi Tara replied "we are going to miss u so much bhabhi she sobbed.

Arohi stepped towards her and pulled her in a hug "Tara! I am not going somewhere far...I am always there for umine and Arjun's relation have no effect on the bond I share with u all

Rashi too came and hugged both of them...

Arjun coughed making them pull alert "Arohi we are getting late! Let's go

"aap chaliye! Main driver k sath dusri car me aa rhi hu

"Driver ko mene kisi kaam se office bheja h

Arohi frowned "pr kyu?

"mera sath chal sakti ho..hmari manzil ek hi h Arohi... he said staring in her eyes.

Arohi narrowed her eyes and looked at Arjun suspiciously as he took wrong turn. Instead of going to court he was taking her somewhere else...

"Where are we going??

"There is somewhere I want to take u he replied not moving his eyes from road..

"we will be late for our hearing

Arjun smiled "we won't be late

When they stopped, they were in outskirts of city. The place brought an instant smile on Arohi's face. It was very beautiful and peaceful place away from all the chaos of city. There was some construction going on in far corner.

Arjun held her hand in his and lead her to that site...this is my dream project...my dream homeI have worked hard for this one...and now seeing it getting to life gives me immense happiness

Arohi was confused as to why Arjun was telling him all this.

"tum soch rhi hogi main tumhe ye sab kyu bta rha hu? she nodded making him chuckle "I have been a very conservative person...kbhi kisi se kuch share nhi kia but today I want to share everything with u Arohi!

Arohi stepped back pulling her hand away from his hold.

"Arohi Plz listen to me once...there is so much I want to say today! "and if I didn't say it today...I would never be able to say it againplz he pleaded with his eyes.

Arohi folded her arms "kahiye

Arjun sighed before starting "I am sorry Arohi.. I have been a world class idiot to u. I have only wronged u in this marriage. I never gave a chance to us. When we got married to only thing in my mind was Divorce! But when I finally got what I wanted, it made me feel every other emotion but happiness. Even though u signed divorce papers without any fuss and Daddu also agreed but I wasn't happy. U know when Arohi u signed those papers, in that moment itself I had an urge to stop all this but I couldn't because this was something I had wanted from such a long time. Have u ever undergone something like this? U want something so bad and when u get it u realize this is not what u want!

He held her both hands in his "Then u quite literally abandoned me from ur life. I started having these weird sensations in my heart. My body was like out of my control. It was all so overwhelming. There was this whirlwind of emotions and then that Jai came. It killed me and made me so angry to see u with him! I wanted to be there at Jai's place. I wanted to be one making u laugh, the one with whom u shared ur thoughts, interests, ur ambitions.

"U remember that night when it was raining...we were having such a beautiful moment but then I had to ruin it by closing that window. I was scared Arohi, I have never experienced these feelings. Nobody has ever stirred so many emotions in me. I feel so connected to u that it shakes me. I have never been with any girl whole my life and I have no idea what this feeling is! I still don't know what love is...but if someone will ask me...I will take ur name! For me Love is u! Because whatever an inch of it I have felt, it's because of uI don't want to let u go..I can't! Give us a chance!

Arohi shook her head "apne bhut der krdi Arjun! I don't have it in me to put myself again in a situation where u can destroy me. She pulled her hands but he held onto them...

"trust me Arohi! I will do everything right this time like I should have done when we got married

"I can't trust u she tried pulling her hand...few days back if u had said this I would have happily compiled but now...I can't I can't go through all this again, it's too painful

"U won't have to go through all this again...I won't let us go through all this again "it was painful for me as well

She pushed him and turned her back to him "I don't know Arjun...today u are saying all this but maybe one day u will meet someone and realize she is ur one true love. Then u would want out of this relation...everything will repeat and I won't be able to take it "mujhse nahi hoga Arjun...ye pehle hi bhut mushkil h aap plz ise aur mushkil mat bnaiye

Holding her arm Arjun turned her to face him "Tum janti ho mere liye tum kya ho? Pta h jab bhi tum aas pass nhi hoti ho toh alag si bechaini hoti h aur jaise hi tum samne aati ho rooh ko sukoon mil jata h...Tum mera sukoon ho. I feel so deeply for u that I can't even express it in words. U are my one and only and u will be my one and only

"u can't trust me...then don't! All I am asking for is a chance U give me a chance and I will work hard to build ur trust in me

"I don't know.. a tear made its way through her eyes...she had been trying too hard to not cry in front of him but that traitor tear...

Arjun cupped her cheeks...u know Arohi...U know! Ur heart knows..

Her lips quivered and staring into his eyes she broke down into tears...if u broke my heart this time..I swear I will die Arjun she sobbed.

Arjun caged her into his arms as his own eyes became teary "Kbhi nahi Arohi! Kabhi nahi...thanku so much for giving me a chance...giving us a chance

"maine abhi apko maaf nhi kia h...apko mera trust firse jeetena hoga she told him between her tears...
