Congrats on your exams! Awesome update! So arnav had clots developing in his heart - my prediction was correct. It's related to the heart! It happened due to immense heartbreak and pain due to khushi. It's not medically possible for something like that to happen because of emotional factors (I'm not sure though. If it can affect one's brain, it can also affect the organs too right, in rare cases). But with arnav it has been an exception, as both arshi's love is an exception in this world. Since it happened due to khushi, now she will be the one who can can cure arnav. Only immense trust and faith can restore arnav - he needs to trust khushi if he has to gain back his health.
I can't have enough of Absara. She's just too adorable!
