The air was biting cold and the chill was pushing in thru the great layers o clothes...but Naina dint seem to care....she shivered in the cold,but she didn't want to go back inside..not just yet...she needed to recover...recover from that outburst...Raj....watching him in that dining room took her back to the days at KMA...the military trial...where he spoke up for her...the way he ALWAYS stood up for her no matter wat..it seemed..that after all that had happened..he still hadn't changed...his feelings hadn't changed...n nor had hers....why...oh WHY di she luv him....she knew wat pain it had brought her before...but yet....it seemed as if her heart wasn't ready to accept defeat...

Raj walked out into the chilling night air...even from a long distance...even with all that fog,he knew that Naina was standing there...he walked upto her..his heart beating luder with each step...his pulse racing...he wante to turn back..but he knew wat he had to do..."Naina..." he called from behind..n Naina whipped around to face him....an awkward silence prevailed...but raj finally found his voice..."i know...main jaanta hoon...ki yeh aasan nahin hai....magar...."

"jung mein sipahi ko bas ek cheez ki parvah karni chaahiye...apne desh ki suraksha ki..kyunki jung mein woh pehle ek deshvaasi hai..aur phir kuch aur.." naina continued his sentence..."kaise bhool sakti hoon yeh baat main sir? aapne hi toh mujhse yeh kahaa tha..yaad hai na aapko?" how culd he 4get..raj thot back to that day wen naina wanted 2 leave the academy...hearing about her father's ill-health...she wanted 2 forget about navin..that day in front of the KMA flame..raj had sed this to her....he nodded his head at nainas question...then spoke.."naina...hum abhi sipahi hai...main nahin keh raha ki beeteen huyi baatein bhool jaao..lekin haan...kuch der ke liye apne dil se nikaal toh sakti ho...desh ko humaari zaroorat hai.." naina luked up into his eyes...she felt that same feeling...that blush cuming to her cheeks...her thots drifting to anuther land..she thot she had bin able to control it...but no...with raj infront of her..it always happened...."Colonel!!! EMERGENCY MEETING!!" shalini came running out...n naina was shaken to reality...raj luked one las time at her..n she nodded..he turned away....

All the soldiers assembled inside the main tent...."humaara shak sahee nikla.." sed raj..."pakistan ne hum pe war declare kar diya hai.....humein Peak 963 ko capture karna hai...au iski strategy yeh hai.." the strategy discussion went on 4 hours..n finally..every1 knew wat they had to do...

as the soldiers filed out 2 get ready..huda sed in a loud voice 2 ali.."tu kyun jaa raahaa hai usool..yeh toh tere hi log hai na?" ali stared..hurt..."eh huda! apni bakwaas bang kar tu...warna..main tera talktime kaat doongi.." pooja burst out...evry1 turned 2 stare at her..."haan...samjha tu....?? mujhe aise bakwaas ki aadat nahin hai....sab jaante hai ki ali kiski taraf hai...." but ali stopped her.."rehne dijiye pooja...abhi ladaaye karne ka samay nahin hai..." n he walked away..

pooja went into her tent n saw dat naina had already gt ready...a few minutes of silence later.."aisa kyun hota hai naina?" she asked..naina luked up surprised.."kya? kaisa?" she asked..."yehi..yeh ladaai...yeh war..yeh sab karke kisiko kya milta hai?" naina knew sumthing was wrong..she gently held poojas shoulders n turned her around.."kya aat hai pooja? kya hua?" "mere ghar ke paas ek mithaai ki dukaan ha..jalandhar main...wahaan ke maalik..ek pakistaani hai...unke pakistan ke gaaon se bahut saare rishtedaar aana chaahte tha...magar aa nahin paate the..kyunki...india mein unki entry nahin thi..main ne unki poti se chitti se dosti kar li..internet ke baare mein jaanne ke baad..hum online milte the....uske dost mere dost ban gaye...aur mere dost...uske dost...humne toh kabhi yeh nahin dekha ki hum kis desh se ha...wahaan ke log bhi hum jaise hai....kya difference hai...unke bhi toh mobile pyaar se recharge hote hai..unka bhi mann karta hoga apne rishtedaaron se connection karne ka...toh phir...yeh ladaai...yeh jung...isse humein kya milega?? humaare dost kya badal jaayenge? naina....do desh is tarah kyun ladte hai..?" n pooja burst into tears...

naina tried to comfort her....."pooja...yeh ladaai..yeh hum nahin chunte...aurpakistan ke log bhi nahin chunte...yeh toh do deshon ke leader chunte hai...." "kyunki unhe power chaahiye hota hai..." naina n pooja tuned..n saw raj..he enterd d room sat down..."kuch log, do deshon ka bhavishya bigaad dete hai....magar woh ek cheez nahin bigaad paate...logon ke dil...aaj bhi hindustaani aur pakistaaniyon ke dilon ke rishtein waise hi hai jaise pehle the...yeh pyaar kabhi kam nahin hua....lekin humein yeh ladaai ladni hoti hai..apne DESH ki seraksha ke liye..yahaanpe rehne waale deshwaasiyon ke liye....kyunki ek sachcha sipahi wahi karta hai..aur aap bhi wahi karengi cptn pooja ghai...ek sachche sipahi ki tarah apne desh ki raksha karengi...." pooja gave a small smile....a loud hown sonded n she gt up,gathered her things n turned round "chal naina.." "tu jaa..main abhi aayi"..sed naina..pooja left..

"thnk u sir..." sed naina slowly...raj smiled..his first tru smile 4 naina...n he sed.."naina....maine jo baat pooja ko samjhaayi...woh baat tumhe sabhi soldiers ko samjhaana hog..." naina luked a bit surprised..but raj turned n left widout anuther word....n then naina realised.....
