Part 23

Only few days were left for nupur's delivery. Everyone was very happy and excited.

One day nupur was in her room watching her favourite movie ddlj. Mayank mother comes there with glass of milk for nupur. Nupur make face seeing the milk.

Mayank's mom- shakal na banao aur jaldi se dhudh khatam karo tumhare aur bache k liye bahut aacha hai yeh. Bilkul bhi mat chodna warna bahut dant lagaugi.

Nupur- ok mummyji. (shaking her head like innocent kid)

Mayank's mom sits next to her and rubs her head.

Mayank's mom- ek baat batau tujhe maine aaj tak kissi se nhi bola. Mujhe sheena mayank k liye hamesha se sahi nhi lagti thi. Par mayank ki khushi k liye is rishtey k liye man gayi thi. Mujhe khushi hai bhale hi der se sahi par mayank ko tum jaisi aachi Jeevan saathi mili hai. Kush kismet hai mera beta aur hum sab. Tune sirf mayank ki zindagi hi nhi savari balki is ghar ko bhi savar diya hai.

nupur gets emotional.

Nupur- khush kismet toh mai hu. Maine sapne mai bhi nhi socha tha ki mujhe mayank jaisa aacha pati milega. Aaplog jitna pyaar karne wala parivaar milega jo mujhe hi nhi gunjan ko bhi apnayega. Maa papa k jane k baad hum dono toh jaise kafi akele hi ho gaye the. (tears rolls down from her eyes)

Mayank's mom- na meri bachi. (wiping her tears) aisa na bol hum sab tere hi parivaar hai. Mai aur mayank k papa hamesha se hi ek beti chahte the. Gunjan ko paa k mano jaise hume humari beti mil gayi ho. Samaj nhi aata bhagwaan ka kaise shukariyada karu jo tumhare aur gunjan k roop mai mujhe itni sanskari beti aur bahu mili hai.

Nupur hugs her and cries.

Mayank's mom- aare bas bas. Ab rona band kar warna agar maaji ne tujhe rote hue dekha toh meri class le legi. Ab yeh dudh jaldi se finish kar aur breakfast k liye aa jaa. Samrat bhi aaya hai.

At breakfast table.

Dadi- aare gunjan. Tu aur samrat jab itna hi ek dusare ko chahte ho toh shaadi mai late kyun kar rahe ho.

Nupur- maine kaha bhi dadi. Par yeh log meri sunte hi nhi. ( sipping her juice)

Gunjan- dadi mai di ki delivery ka wait kar rahi hu. Phir aap log jab kahoge tab shaadi karne k liye tayar ho jaugi.

Samrat- nupur ab jaldi karo taki mai tumhari behen se shaadi kar saku. (he winked at her)

Mayank's mom- bhakk badmash. (she scolded samrat)

Mayank's dad- waise tab tak tum log toh engagement kar hi sakte ho na.

Dadi- bilkul.

Mayank's mom- theek hai toh tay hua kal hi hum tum dono ki engagement karwayege.

Mayank- great. Mai abhi sari tayari karwata hu.

Next day all were busy in preparation. Nupur was sitting in her room with sad face. Mayank comes there.

Mayank- aare kya hua aise kyun bethi ho?

Nupur- toh aur kya karu. Meri behen ki engagement hai aur mere pass kuch nhi pehene ko. (she pouted)

Mayank- itne sare toh kapde hai tumhare pass. (tucking her hair behind her ears)

Nupur- hai par mai sabpe moti lagti hu. (she gets up and goes near her cupboard)

Mayank- toh kya hua.(he goes near her) Ek baat kahu tum aise pehle se bhi zada sundar lagti ho. (cupping her face)

She blushed. Mayank takes out pink and silver sari from her cupboard.

Mayank- yeh lo. Tum ispe zada aachi lagogi.

She smiled at him and suddenly screamed in pain.

Mayank- kya hua. (he gets worried)

Nupur- shayad lath mara.

Mayank- dekha baby ko bhi yeh sari pasand aaya. Chalo ab jaldi ready ho jao. (he said with smile)

While getting ready nupur experienced little pain.

At engagement hall.

All were posing for photographs. Mayank made nupur sit on chair.

Soon engagement ceremony began. Samrat and gunjan were about to exchange ring when nupur scream in pain.

Mayank- kya hua nupur. Tumhari tabyat toh theek hai na. (he was getting worried)

Nupur- mujhe dard ho raha hai. ( she cried in pain)

Gunjan- jiju di ko jaldi hospital le chalo.

Nupur- nhiii. Pehle tum dono ek dusare ko ring pehnao.

Samrat- kya?

Nupur- jaldi (she shouted)

Sajan exchanged their ring.

Samrat- chalo ab.

Nupur- aare koi inki pehle photo lo.

Mayank- aare tu jaldi in dono ki photo le na ( mayank said to the photographer)

Mayank picked nupur up and rushed to the hospital. Doctors took nupur to ot and asked everyone to wait outside.

Mayank- mai uska husband hu kya mai ander aa sakta hu. (he asked the doctor)

Gunjan- mai unki behen hu please mujhe ander aane dijiye. ( she pleaded the doctor)

Doctor let mayank and gunjan in.

Gunjan- di ghabrao mat sab theek hoga. ( rubbing nupur's head)

Mayank- dekho nupur. Relax. Lambi saanse lo. ( he said holding her hand)

Nupur- mujhe dard ho raha hai aur ab mujhe relax hone ko bol rahe ho. (she shouted)

Mayank- sach mai bahut zada pain ho raha hai.

Nupur looked at him as if she is gonna eat him.

Nupur- main hi janti is admi ko nikalo inko yaha se bahar. (she screamed)

Mayank- aacha aacha sorry.

Doctor- ab tumhe push karna hai ok. Push.

Nupur tried hard to push. Mayank was getting very excited.

Mayank- come on nupur push. You can do it push!

She screamed in pain.

Gunjan- sab theek hoga di bas thoda aur zor lagao. (wipping nupur's sweat)

Mayank- kya kar rahi ho nupur aur zor lagao.

Nupur gets more mad at mayank and she slaps him.

Nupur- toh mai kya yaha kabbadi khel rahi hu. Push hi toh kar rahi huna.

Mayank- yeh baat pyaar se bhi toh bol sakti thi (rubbing his cheek).

Doctor- bacha bahar aa raha hai bas nupur thoda aur push karo.

Nupur with all her energy push and the baby comes out crying.

Doctor- congratulation!!! It's a boy.

Nurse clean the baby and gave him to mayank. Mayank and gunjan comes out of ot with the baby.

Mayank- it's a boy!!!

All the family members were happy. They hugged each other.

A nurse comes there.

Nurse- hume bache ko adhe ghante k liye icu mai rakhna hoga.

After half an hour she returns the baby to them. By that time nupur was also shifted to her ward.

Mayank's mom- bilkul apni ma ape gaya hai dekho. (she said holding the baby)

Mayank's dad- ab kya tum hi sirf isse godi mai logi mujhe bhi do. (he takes the baby from her) hi baby mai aapka dadu hu.

Samrat- ab meri bari (taking baby in his arms) hi baby mai tumhara chahu.

Gunjan- aur mai tumhari masi!! ( kissing baby's forehead)

Dadi- naam kya socha hai tum dono ne bache ka. ( she said looking at mayur)

Nupur looks at mayank.

Mayank smiles and takes baby in his arms.

Mayank- NAYAAN. ( he kiss on baby's cheek)

After two days nupur got discharge from hospital.

As they came out of hospital few journalists surrounded them.

Journalist- sir aapki wife sheena ka kehna hai ki aapne unhe chod k kissi aur se shaadi kar li kyunki who aapko bacha nhi de saki. Kya yeh sach hai?

2^nd journalist- bataye sir aap chup kyun hai.

Mayank makes nupur sit in car.

Mayank- haan ab puchiye kya puchna hai aap sabko.

1^st journalist- jo statement aapki wife ne diya hai kya who sach hai.

Mayank- haan. Par usne aap logo ko adha adhura statement diya hai. Sheena kabhi maa nhi banna chahti thi kyuni usko dart ha uska figure kharab ho jayega. Usne humare bache ko bina mujhse baat chit kiye bina abort kara diya. Uska record aapko is hi hospital mai mil jayega. Aur rahi baat nupur ki toh sheena ne hi khud hum dono ko ek kiya hai. Aur kuch janna chate hai aap. Agar janna ho toh aap hospital walo se baat kar sakte hai.

At mayur's room

Nupur was watching news on tv. She had tears in her eyes. Mayank comes there and off the tv.

Mayank- itni khushi k mauke pe yeh sab dekhne ka kya matlab hai.

Nupur nods her negatively and wipes her tears.

Mayank- bhul jao yeh sab aur mil k nayaan k saath new life start karte hai. (he kissed on her forehead)

At night.

Mayank gets up to drink water and find nupur missing. He looks for her in whole house but she was not there. He comes out of house and see her near the gate with her suitcase. He calls her.

She turns to face him and he slaps her. She falls on ground. He kneels down before her and holds her by her shoulder.

Mayank- kaha jaa rahi thi haan? (he yells at her)

Nupur- aapko bacha chahiye tha. Maine who aapko de diya ab mai aapke liye aur problems create nhi karna chahti.( tears flow drom from her eyes)

Mayank kiss her tears.

Mayank- please mujhe aur nayaan ko chod k na jao. Mujhe sirf nayaan nhi uski mummy bhi chahiye. I love you nupur. Please na jao mujhe chod kar. (he joins his head with her)
