But his phone call earlier with his partner seemed cool before going on to make out with his wife. So I did not quite know what to make if it though there was a hint of something to the whole thing. So waited for Nisha to give something more on it.

Obviously Ranjanji is fidgety and clued on to it. Though II has zilch on it yet. When this breaks, it's pandemonium I guess with all the Iyers jumping into it

Now its more than two years and its long time you need to consider your sil as your family!!!!its not such a hard thing taking the fact that ii never created a pblm at mm and morethan that,bcoz of her,mm is close to a normal family...atleast she could hav all her family together around a table which was close to a dream few years back...thankless and hurtful is what i feel about manny...
She needs a good answer from someone...and i really want ii to answer manny once...its really painful to prove your stand about your marriage and the GOAL behind your marriage to your inlaws...😲

Seriously Manya??? For a few seconds I almost thought Manya could finally be non judgemental. but to be so suspicious of her own brothers wife of almost 3 years .. wow which world is she livin in and is she such a poor judge of people that she can't tell right from wrong. I understand she has not been lucky in her relashipships, and this could have contributed to her scepticism over too good to be true relationships but now I am leaning towards believing that her strong opinions, her being judgemental and completely naive about relationships could have contributed to the debacle of previous relationships. Anyhow what I am now interested in is SEEING Rb's reaction to this accusation. He needs to defend his wife and defend her well.

Have felt sorry for manny, many times.
Was happy for her.
But she is seriously sick.
I agree with Shruthi. Coz of her scepticism and negative mind set she is where she is.

Some people never change, as their capacity to understand without being affected by their own prejudices is not possible. Such is the case of Manya. She just cannot understand II's complete lack of interest and avarice for the Bhalla' wealth. Manya is a lost case. But I don't think many of us really care what Manya thinks of II. We win some and we lose some. Losing Manya at this point in II' life is no big deal

It's Family...,

Friends, hobbies , interests , Family ...even including own children are double edged swords to the stability of a married couple. One end is the need for these relationships because some of your needs that your spouse cannot meet are fulfilled by their very presence in our lives and on the other end we have these same influences fall in to the 'outside' category that intrude by in to the couple's space.

These external intrusions need no invitation and the pressure they exert is at times painful...and at times without a limit. But there's a difference to these intrusions. Not every intrusion is by design ...not on purpose at all times , do they intrude into space reqd by the couple , but then there are very much some that intrude by design and strategies of Triangulation.

Some intrusions like that of Athai and venkat , embarrassed over the situation happen ... though not on purpose, they just happen to show up themselves which still need a balancing act by the couple involved. But some intrusions like that of emotionally unhealthy Manny trying to triangulate are by design. A third person trying to get the space that's due to the spouse .

But all I feel is sympathy for her at her naivety for choosing Dude of all people, whom she is trying to manipulate to get him to acquiesce or substantiate or reinforce her opinion. Cos Manny doesn't realize that triangulation as a manipulative tactic can work with anybody but not Dude. The design you are drawing is in first place is a flaw , it's a manufacturing defect in itself . No ... Manny, it ain't working .
