Amazing update. Starting to hate Arnav. Seems like Khushi is the only one putting effort to have this relationship to work. Wonder how Khushi ended up marrying Shyam???

Chapter 12: Tiny cracks are already creeping up. I expected Arnav to be very busy, after all he did just get a promotion and that doesn't come with easy work. Looks like he's doing very well for himself and it's giving him a taste of the kind of lifestyle he has always wanted.

This is where Khushi is losing out because she again is by herself. With Payal getting married and Arnav being distant both geographically and emotionally, Khushi truly is alone again.

Payal's wedding ceremonies and rituals were an eye opening. There is still such a difference between them. I'm surprised that Arnav got so defensive at the idea of marriage. Yes he isn't ready and Khushi knows this so there really is no need to voice it out like that. Also him just brushing off Khushi's thoughts about his current project is so rude. His arrogance is taking over. I can sense him thinking himself more superior as he becomes more successful. And somewhere Khushi will get left behind. This is gonna suck. He broke her once and got away with it easy. I can't believe that he might make that same mistake yet again.

Chapter 13: Well that hurt like hell. How can he say that he loves her while asking her to set them free?! I'm so mad right now. I can't even imagine what Khushi is going through right now. I'm glad she didn't beg him cause I wouldn't be able to handle that. Her sculpture breaking was perfect because now she won't have to look at him anymore although I would have preferred her smashing it into pieces.

I know he will be miserable and repenting and I can't wait to read that. He has brought out the evil in me that wants to see him suffer. I'm sure he'll have lots of success and reach the top but there won't be anyone there to share his joy. Karma is a bitch!

So we are back to present. I'm so curious about Khushi's reaction to Arnav. How will she deal with him. And to top that her husband is dead. Shyam who I have no clue about but hope that he provided some happiness for her. Please!

Chapter 14: Huh? Is she fraying ignorance or can't she remember him due to the trauma. If she was purposely ignoring him I'd still expect her to be shocked to see him. I hope she hasn't lost her memory because...NO! That's not fair.

Well there went my hope that Shyam might have changed and Khushi may have had a nice marriage. Her expression in that family portrait said it all.

Her maami is something else. Although I can't tell who is worse: her or Arnav. On one hand maami wishes for Khushi's death whereas Arnav had already killed her. So he's no one to judge her aunt.

And all that sad story talk from Arnav in the beginning of the chapter is total BS. I couldn't take anything serious and he gets no sympathy from me. Nothing he said about not wanting to hold Khushi back and wanting to be fair to her and have her move on justified his action. Yes people can wait for each other and where there is love, 2 years is nothing. But clearly he wasn't in love with her then or his definition of love is very skewed.

What a beautiful name Sia is! Her attachment to Arnav is adorable because he is technically a stranger.

Chapter 15: This is such a cruel joke life's playing on Khushi. Despite having a daughter, someone to call her own, she's made to think that she's all alone. Yes it's for her benefit and hopefully just temporary but that doesn't minimize the cruelty.

I get that Arnav is at a roadblock. He has to lie to keep her safe. It's all so very unfair to Khushi. But some things never change. Her addressing him as Arnavji brought back memories, not just for him. It reminded me of all that's gone wrong in her life because of his one decision. A decision he couldn't even stand by which makes it that much worse.

Sia's reaction to Shyam was disturbing. She was so excited seeing Khushi's lifeless body wanting to go to her. But there was nothing of the sort seeing her father. That makes me think that not only did Shyam fail as a husband (going by Khushi's expression on that family portrait) but also as a father. Damn, what kind of a life did Khushi and Sia have? I don't think I want to know.

I don't know why but when Arnav told Khushi that he was about to adopt Sia vs her being his biological daughter made me feel better and less angry towards him. Not that he had much of a choice here but I appreciate that little detail. So now I'm assuming that they'll stay with Arnav until she regains her memory. Let's see how that goes. I'm doubtful about this arrangement.

Chapter 16-1: Are Arnav's Dadi and Khushi's Maami long lost siblings or something?! Their thoughts are identical and why so much hatred towards other women? Isn't it bad enough that women have to constantly deal with men and their judgments and expectations for them to turn on each other. I'm so glad his Dadi left. She would have taunted Khushi and Sia without Arnav around and may have even spilled the beans causing severe damage to Khushi's health.

Arnav changing the guest room to Khushi's liking is sweet. He remembers everything about her which makes what he did so bad. Every time he does something nice his memories of their past ignites my anger. At least he is aware that forgiveness is not on the cards.

So I'm NOT liking where this is headed when it comes to Khushi. I'm feeling a deja vu coming on. She was admiring him! No no no. Urgh! 😕 😵
