Part Seven

We reached home and by that time we had become quite good friends. When we reached home the adults had already reached because we got a red light. When we reached home, mum said that lunch would be ready in 15 minutes. Angad's parents had already freshened up. So Angad wanted to freshen up. I and Kanan showed Angad his room. Kanan's mum called her downstairs for something so she went I told Angad to freshen up and as I was about to leave, Angad stopped me and asked me, "Kripa, I know we are friends but do you mind if I say something to you? You can take it as a friend's point of view, a stranger, a person you know but he is not your friend or someone who is … more than a friend." I told him, "don't worry just tell me what you want to tell me." He came close to me I got very nervous and whispered, "Kripa, you are beautiful, you are looking really nice. Kripa I always remembered you in London." Right then my mum called me downstairs I was going when Angad held my hand and stopped me from going down my mum called me and told me to hurry up. I was getting scared what if someone saw us like this and then Angad pulled me towards and whispered, "And I know you remembered me too." And he left my hand I ran out of the room, my heartbeat was so fast.

Part Eight

I ran downstairs. Angad came down behind me. I went into the dining room and sat next to Kanan; Angad came and sat on the other side of Kanan. Then Kanan asked me, "Kripa I can smell men's cologne from you. What happened?" I got so nervous everyone was looking at me, "Then I said the first thing that came into my mind and said, "Oh what happened I tripped over something on the floor and fell onto Angad, right Angad?" He said, "Yah that is what happened" after we ate all the adults were feeling tired so they all went to sleep. Angad wanted to see our old school. Kanan had some work to do so she told me to take him. We were in the car when I asked Angad, "When I was showing you your bedroom you asked me if you could tell me something why did you say, 'you can think someone who is more than a friend is telling you this'?" Angad was about to answer me back when we reached there. He got off. I thought I will ask him later if he doesn't want to tell me now. He saw the whole place. Then he offered to drive I said fine. Then we came to a crossing where if you turned left you would go to the house and if you turned right you would go to where the hills were. That place has always been my favourite place. I expected Angad to go left. But instead he turned right. I got amazed.

Part Nine

I got amazed and said, "Angad where are you going the house is on the left." Angad answered me back and said, "I am going to a place where I can answer your question. I was hoping that Kanan won't come with us so I could tell you this." We reached the hills, Angad drove onto the top of the highest hill and it is really cold there and I was wearing a really thin top with full sleeves but the sleeves had a slit going till my shoulder so when we got out of the car I was feeling so cold. Angad was a bit away from me so I shouted, "Angad why have you brought me here? It is too cold here." He moved towards me and I moved back because I was scared if he is going to hold my hand again. I reached to the end if I walked back anymore I would fall off. I stopped but Raj didn't. I shouted at him, "Angad, why did you bring me here?" while walking towards me he took off his denim jacket. I got so frightened that why is he taking off his jacket. He came to the side of me and put it on my shoulders so I won't feel cold. I felt like such an idiot, what was I thinking and what did he do. "Thanks Angad." But he already started walking back. I asked him, "You brought me here to answer my question, so are you going to answer it?" suddenly he stopped in his path and came back. He finally answered my question, "Kripa you want to know why I said me being more than a friend. The reason I said that was the same reason why I remembered our childhood, why I remembered you. I remembered you because I, I…" I was waiting eagerly for his answer and said, "I, what." He said, "I, I, I LOVE YOU!!! There I said it I LOVE YOU!!!"
