Fresh tears flow from his eyes as he enters their home. He could see the happy pictures of him with Roli and Roli's and Sid's pics on the wall. His hear wrings in pain as he sees her cute, innocent face. He takes one of her smiling pic from the wall and keeps it close to his heart. "How will I ask sorry to my child??? In a way all this happened because of me...She just had an infatuation..If it reached the present stage, it's all because the words I told to her...if I have at least enquired about Sid before marriage nothing like this would have happened...Anandlal said it right...I was a fool in believing him...my god...my child...she even don't know that, that idiot is backstabbing her...She loves him so much,...how will she bear the truth...No...she can't bear it...And I won't tell her too...I know...I know...It won't be a real life...That idiot will just act before her...but if that keeps her happy, I will prefer that only...I don't care about the property...I don't care about anything..I just need her happiness...My Roli's happiness..." he cries as he hugs the pic. His gaze then falls on the pic of Sid with Roli. He quickly keeps Roli's pic aside and moves to that pic. In a swift move he grabs the photo and throws it on the floor. There it falls and breaks in to pieces. Rithik goes to the broken frame and takes the photo form it. He tears apart Sid's photo from it and crushes it under his feet. "if at all I didn't want to think about my sister, you would have been a dead body by now you rascal...I will never reveal anything to my sister because I can't break her happiness...but remember, will never forgive you for what you did...never ever..."



There Sid enters the house carelessly and presses the calling bell. Roli who was working in the kitchen all the while comes running to the door expecting Sid to come with Rithik. She opens the door with a beaming face. She looks at Sid with a smile and that sincere desire to see her brother fills her face. She looks around to see were Rithik is. "Don't look...he didn't come..." says Sid. Roli gazes at Sid shocked at his words. "What you mean by he didn't come? You went to pick him only na?" she enquires. Sid is left with no words. "Come on Sid...tell me where is Bhaiyya...Oh...You both are lying to me..i know this is all your plan..." she walk away from Sid and looks around. "Rithik Bhaiyya...Come out...see...you'll regret for joining this idiot in teasing me okay...Bhaiyya..." calls out her. Sid reaches her and holds her hands bit fiercely. "I told na he didn't come..." he says again. With his look Roli understand that he's serious."Then where did Bhaiyya go without seeing me?" she asks with tears forming in her eyes. Sid darts his eyes back and forth as he understands that she's gonna cry. He takes her in and quickly cups her face in his palms. "Ae Roli...Nothing...actually he got some work with the club...He told he'll have to deal it as the extended conference was shortened .So...listen... he told he will be busy and even told me to tell you that you shouldn't be sad...he has to engage himself in work for one more week..Then he told he'll come to meet you...understand?" he asks her. "But Siddhant...then come...let's go to him..i just want to see him..." says her. Sid is in a fix now, what can he do now. Allowing Roli to meet Rithik would be fatal. Already the guy is burning in anger and sadness and if he meets Roli, what if he tells the truth to Roli? Everything will be over...everything... He quickly tries to cover up his tension and looks at Roli. "no Roli...he told he's going to Delhi..." he lies. "Delhi???' asks Roli. "haan...Delhi...work na..." says Sid. "then why didn't; he tell me yesterday when he told...He told me he will come today..." ask Roli. "Actually Roli...how will he tell you when he too came to know today only...just listen...he might be busy now...once he's done, he'll call you...get it?" asks Sid. Roli is really sad now. What all she did to welcome her brother. "you're okay na?' enquires Sid. "Hmmm..." says Roli as she falls on to Sid's chest for a support. "Aahhh..." screams Sid all of a sudden as her weight choked his chest and gut. Roli is startled. "What happened Sid?' she enquires as she sees him squirming holding his chest. "Nothing..." says Sid as he tries not to show her. But Roli moves closer and clutches his shirt. "What happened? Let me see...Why is it hurting?' she asks as she opens his shirt. Sid tries to protest but Roli gives him no heed. She just concentrates on the buttons that she removes. But as the shirt is removed revealing his bare upper body to him, Roli's eyes widens in shock. There it was...A large blue colored mark on his chest extending up to his abdomen. "oh my god!!! What is this..." cries her as she looks him for an answer. Sid is startled. What he can reply her? That her brother has hit him black and blue for cheating her? He dares not to look at her. "Sid...I'm asking you something...what happened to you...what is this bruise?" questions her as ears sprints form her eyes. "Ermmm.,..woh..i accidently got hit by the car's door when I opened it...that's why..."lies Sid. "My lord...Sid where is your eyes when you do things man..See...it's looks like if someone hit you hard on chest...See..." she slightly touches the area when he hisses. "it's hurting na?' she question with tears. Sid nods no. "No!!!Then what are you hissing you idiot...come sit here..." she makes him sit on the couch and disappears to the kitchen.

Moments later, she returns with a cloth and some hot water in a basin. She carefully dumps the cloth in to the hot water and squeezes it to remove the excess water. Sid watches with his tender eyes. Why does she care so much for me, thinks him. She inches close to him and slowly keeps the hot cloth in the bruised area. "aaah,..." cries Sid as it hurts like anything. "Shhh...nothing...it will be okay...please..." says Roli as she runs her soft fingers all over the mark. Sid just watches her and that's the most he can do. One side he's cheating her just on her back and here she loves him to the fullest. Caring for him, crying at his pain. Roli repeats the same a few times and then reaches for a pain balm in the drawer. She squeezes the tube and applies the ointment very softly on the mark making sure she doesn't hurt him. "It's nothing okay..i wont; hurt you..." she says as he closes his eyes in pain. She blows softly at the mark to ease him . Sid feels that his heart will break now. How long will this go on? how long? How long can I keep her in dark? What will happen when she comes to know my truth, Wonders him. But Roli is not noticing, she's still busy in easing her husband's pain.
