Life is a teacher Nisha. It is strange may even makes a bad Mom or a senile old lady but there are moments when I forget my Daughter is gone. I convince myself she's there in spirit. Then There are times that one can barely breathe. Things move on. Coping with loss - Like many many things this past 20 years I have learnt from Asma and her family. She is away for the next couple of days Long weekend in Singapore she has gone off to spend time with her RnB they got together some 23 years ago this time of the year 😊 and I missed you guys. So sorry for not being regular. I can't seem to cope with reading about this virtual Neel. Blame it on my old age 😉

She had flown to India to take care of him after knowing of his illness.

OH god, just heard about jas's loss. My sincerest condolences has. Can't even begin to imagine what you would be feeling at this time. All I can say is that our prayers are with you. Only time can perhaps fade the grief.

Thanks Pritee for sharing Jas' loss. It has been a terrible news for me personally. I have known uncle for a long time. Her parents were planning to come in summer to attend Jas' daughter's arangetram. Am in touch with Jas often. She is coping well!

Choices and decisions in moments of loneliness

Had landed her in a quagmire ,accepting it and the fresh responsibilities

A harsh hostile society she faces each day with a smile

Her pain accentuating the ability to sense another's suffering

She can feel for the person but not take away their suffering...

She alleviates it by being there and cooking up and carrying a dabba

Creating Narain Noodle to distract a pining child

Lending a shoulder or reaching out with a hand !

He tries to be the reason for her smile

Drawn by her charm her form her quirks

Drawn by the void in their lives that make them soulmates

Not ready as yet to be the anchor of the other their growing ease and comfort with the other

Private thus far visible to the discerning now

Will be fodder for the gossip mills but solace to them and theirs.
