Very well written update. 👏

Aparna, quite a controversial Khushi you have imagined here.

Each one of us is different and no two individuals are alike either in looks or in behaviours.

So Khushi should stop comparing all men to her father and herself to her mother.

Even after all this talk with Arnav, she still does not get it right.

She should stop playing the "I am the victim " game. Fine life was unfair with her, but who gave her the right to be unfair with others.

Being suffered quite a lot in life, if there was one quality which she should have learnt was being humble, unfortunately she did not learn that biggest lesson in life.

So she is flawed, whats the big deal about it. Everyone is flawed in one way or the other. No man or woman is perfect.

She really needs to think beyond herself. She should understand that she is not the centre of the world and not every person she meets will be like her brother Shyam who would overlook or forgive all her tantrums and idiotic behaviours.

Grow up Khushi !!!!!!

Khushi just doesn't know how to apologize does she? God she just made it worse, bringing in her self respect amidst a relationship.. She thinks she did a favor by saying yes to marriage and admitting herself she doesn't deserve him, so he should take whatever she dishes out at him?😕

Say what, Arnav should just hang out with his lady/guy friends and stay away from her for sometime.

I'm glad you didn't try to hard to justify her. It wouldn't have made sense to me. To me, she is just being a child throwing tamper tantrums with her excuse of an unfortunate childhood. Grow up woman.. Yes I know your father ditched you and all that but consider yourself fortunate compared to so many ill-fated ones..molested, assaulted, murdered or worse trafficked.. At least you had a loving brother and the presence of a mother..

Archi, you are doing a fine job with your characters.. I love how they feel so real!!

Hmmm. ... interesting update and something for Khushi to introspect about - not just her self focused, self indulgent pity mode but also what Arnav said. Read behind the words.

If Khushi beleives she went against her better judgement and said yes to marriage, she should stop and actually listen and not just hear what Arnav said - he went against everything that he beleived in to be with her. Despite her flawed logic & reasoning and lack of commitment to the relationship, he never questioned her cos he wanted to give her time.

So it is not just her who wondered about this relationship on account of who SHE was. So did Arnav. But he loved her enough to get past that and trust his feelings for her. And she did not...

To me Khushi is yet to really love Arnav. She found him v attractive - rich, powerful, masterful at work - and most importantly unattainable as she was his brother's girlfriend. He rudely shattered her bubble when he decided to move away from her for his brother. ... and that is the only excuse I can find for her. The only place where I think Arnav is somewhere to be blamed. ... she already had abandonment issues and guess what, even Arnav abandoned her. ...just like her father abandoned her mother! So if she beleives that he may turn out to be her father, he has, just that one given her reason to think so! And while she may have forgiven him, it will take long for her to trust him again and there will always be a fear that he may let her down again. ...

But that's where strength of character comes in. Strength of character is not being strong minded and stubborn, it's the ability to do the right thing no matter what. Arnav has apologised a million times, had shown her in countless way how much he loves her and will never leave her. But she chooses to be weak and cling on to her fears and somewhere hearing her triade, I also beleive she holds back because she knows that gives her control and leverage over Arnav. Underneath all her insecurity Khushi is sharp, she knows Arnav has guilt relating to this one thing and that gives her something to hang onto.

Except that Khushi forgot that every piece of elastic can stretch so far and no more! !

Khushi deserves this treatment from Arnav. Now Khushi is feels that how unreasonable and pathetic she was towards Arnav. She should stop taking Arnav's love for granted. It is better that she should compose herself before speaking to Arnav next time.

wow, my inner sap expected arnav to forgive khushi. I guess I'll have to wait. I enjoyed this update. glad arnav got to say his part. khushi needs to realize she's a little wrong
