Bombay High Court acquitted Salman Khan of all charges in the 2002 hit and run case. I remember you rejoicing when he was sentenced by the Sessions Court and I said that he will file an appeal and get away. Looks like I was right when all I wished for was to be wrong on this count. I can't find any technical fault in the clippings of the judgement which have been released. That is why they say Kanoon is andha because judgements are based on hard core evidence and many times even knowing that justice...as we see it is not being meted out, one can't do much. My rant is not with the judgement but if the defence can manipulate evidence, why can't prosecution because clearly he's guilty!
