Recap:Kripa thinks she heard Angad's voice but b4 she cud find out,he was gone.Kripa & Angad were abt to c eachother but a white Land Cruiser cumz in between them blocking their view.
Finally the traffic moves on & Angad & Kripa reach the mall but from different entrances.
Angad & Kripa spend the whole day at the mall but they don't meet until they enter the same shop.
K:(reading the name of the shop)Hallmark..hmmm this seems to be a nice shop.
A:(talking on his mob)ok Aaliya..f9 I 'm srry ke mein tumse mil ke nahin gaya…
Aaliya:nahin bhaiya…this is not fair…mujhe ap se bilkul bhi baat nahin kerni…
A:meri ma mujhe maaf kar de I-
But Aaliya duzn't listen and just disconnects the fone.Angad duzn't know wht to do and really wants to say srry to Aaliya.It was then tht he spotted the same shop as Kripa had entered in…the Hallmark shop.
A:(thinking to himself)yahaan par kuch na kuch to mil he jaayega usse mananay ke liye.
Angad enters the shop…unaware tht Kripa iz here too.
Kripa is looking at all the greeting cards & Angad also enters the same aisle.Angad catches a glimpse of her and she also turns at the same time as she thinks she has just seen him frm the corner of her eye but suddenly due to a power failure,the lights go off.
K:(softly)SHIT! Is light ko bhi abhi jaana tha?woh bhi U.S.A mein?SHEESH!!
After abt a few seconds the light came back & Kripa looked here & there but there was no sign of Angad…he had left.
On the other hand,Angad had strolled out of the shop and had entered another shop…the Car Company…to get Aaliya a card which said tht he was srry.
Kripa shopped a looong time & then headed for the hotel.
Angad,on the other hand had gone to a RENT A CAR type place where he rented a black sports car just like the one he had b4 in India.
As he rented it and drove it outside,he rememberd how he and Kripa had met and how he had given her a lift to the airport.The thought made him smile and wonder at the same time if he would ever meet her.What did destiny have prepared for him…he was unaware.
The next day flew by for Kripa in the preparations for the university.She had all her books etc reday and had also picked out a cool outfit for herself.
UNIVERSITY
The next day….
Kripa got out of the taxi,paid the driver and stared in amazement at her university.It was awfully huge and seemed more of a haunted mansion frm a horror movie than a mere studying place.She wondered how this university wud luk in the dark,after all,it was awfully scary even in the day time.
She spotted lots student abt her age…some sitting on the stairs,some in the garden of the university and some in the halls,They all chatted away happily and Kripa wondered how long it wud take her to adjust to this place and make new friends.She was really afraid of getting lost in the university as she entered it.
Since Kripa was new here in the here,she went straight to her class even though most of the students were outside in the halls waiting for the bell to ring.Kripa was sitting in the class when two ppl approached her
Girl:(in a bratty tone)So,ur new here huh?
K:y-yes
Boy:(playing with her hair)ahaan,wht r u doin here?
K:im here to study…wht r u here for?
Boy:(bringing his face close to hers)to torture new students!
Both the girl and boy laughed at her and gave eachother hi5's.
Kripa found them a bit strange but thought tht the boy was a bit cute and handsome.It was evident tht he worked out…his muscles proved it to be so.
G:(interrupting her thoughts)where r u from?
K:(still seated in her seat and luking up at her)from India
The boy was hsocked tht they had sort of insulted her and bothered her but she was still answering their questions and didn't seem tht scared.
Girl:(smiling)me 2
The boy was quite touched by Kripa's innocence.
Boy:(softening his tone)me 3
K:(relieved)I thought u guyz were gonna pound me.
Girl & boy:(laughing)we were just kiddin around.
Kripa:(laughing)so r u guyz in my class?
Girl:ya(extending her hand)my name is Mishty
Kripa:(shaking her hand) my names Kripa.
Boy:(shaking Kripa's hand)& I'm the 1 & only…Prithvi…Mishty's bro
K:oh wow tht's nice.
Prithvi:(lost in Kripa's eyes)ur ….beautiful
Mishty nudges Prithvi really hard & he comes out of his trance whereas Kripa says
K:xcuse me….did I miss sumthing?
M:nopes….nuthin at all.
P:waise meine suna hai ki eik naya professor a raha hai.
M:haan pata nahin kaisa hoga…I hope kharoos na ho…baaki khair hai!
K:(smiling) I have a feeling we r gonna luv him.
P:(quiet shocked at how Kripa was positive abt everything)
P:(thinking & smiling)I think I'm in luv with her simplicity.
M:(tapping him on the shoulder)Bro…yeh itni bari smile kis chakkar mein hai??
P:(blushing)kuch bhi to nahin.
