Interesting. She had to do something about it. Not a convenient time to switch but is there ever a convenient time for switch overs.
On most occasions it happens when you are unhappy with your job and even more when you are unhappy with your manager. Yes more often than not people change managers than jobs.
Will be interesting to see how this pans out for her with her new status. And dude is also thinking and considering his options. And this is how changes happen, isn't it? Most times , we are forced to act to escape the rut that we are seemingly in.

I am chuckling to myself now. II did a happy dance with the request replacement approved.
If II takes the plunge , I am wondering when Ritu will get to do the 'happy dance' with regards to II's replacement request.

And yes professionally Bally and II are drifting apart while they are appearing to remain casual about it on a personal level. I so can connect to this. So real.
