Kalpana, if cucumber poha falls flat, blame it on American cucumbers and not my recipe. Please note this disclaimer-this version of poha works best with desi veggies😆, any other variants might throw up surprising results😕

Prathima you are so cute Disclaimer for a recipe😉 Specify that cucumber must be the sowthekai...the ones we get in Chennai/ tamilnadu not as huge and less gaseous😃
