Kaisa Ye Pyar Hai...

I'm a Maneet fan but last week I happened to watch KYPH on youtube and Angad Khanna is my new crush...and I have fallen in love with Angad Kripa's love story...

I have missed them I must say...had seen a few of the later episodes but then their story is in the first half it seems...I just finished watching all the epis and now re-watching the favorite ones...

So as of now Angad and Kripa have taken over me completely and here I'm with a short story of Angad and Kripa...

I had to pen it down to get rid of them from my system...

Hope you all like it...

This is my version of KYPH...

All the characters are the same as the serial except for a few modifications that I would let you know as the story progresses...

So there is no prologue or character sketches...

Let's just get started...

It's Nainital...15 yrs back...

Mr.Sharma is a music teacher and his favorite student is Angad Khanna, son of his best friend Dilip Khanna...he is just 8 yrs old and he wants to be a rock star when he grows big...his favorite is MJ...

He even perfected the moon walk...

Mr.Sharma is very proud of his little student and he believes that he would make it big one day and he has already started a fan club for little Angad and must say he is the PRO of Angad's fan club...

He keeps praising about his promising student and he confident that his talent would take him to places in future...

His own daughter being born to a music lover is also a keen lover of music and her mother has already begun to teach her some prayer songs...for her music starts with god and ends with god not like her husband who loves to explore all kinds of music...

Kripa is just 3 yrs old and she likes to hear music and tries to copy her mother as much as she could and she is always the winner with her lalabbies...

Mr.Sharma keeps on pestering his wife that it's high time she started learning music professionally...

But her mother knows that she is too young for that she doesn't want to snatch her daughter's childhood from her, she believes that Naina and Dilip are putting too much stress on poor Angad and she always fights with Mr.Sharma that he is blindly supporting his friend and she is the one who treats Angad like a child...though she likes his singing she wants him to enjoy other things too in life...

She takes him for a walk in the woods along with Kripa when they geta break from his classes...

Angad likes those walks and he loves playing with his doll most, yes, he thinks that Kripa is one of his playtime doll and she is his favorite doll, who at times gets annoyed with him bossing her to do whatever he wishes...

When they have a fight Kripa's mother always supports Angad for he is a very good boy and this is the only time he gets to enjoy his childhood...

Little Kripa listens to her mother and she obeys her mother...she agrees to play with Angad though she doesn't like him bossing her always...

But Angad does everything kripa wants, he sings and dances like MJ for her and Kripa too likes that part, little entertainment from Angad Khanna, the rock star...

Kripa sings the songs she learnt from her mother and Angad also wants to learn them, he asks his aunty to teach him too and he wants to beat Kripa, he wants to be the winner always...

Sheetal makes them sing together and they had to do so...

She makes them enjoy each other's company...

Angad really loves his aunty and his doll, he also loves to be a little pampered and also treated his age...

Everyone sees him like a prodigy and fail to see he is just another kid...

At home too only Dadi sees him like a kid, shel loves her potha so much and she also believes that poor Angad is deprived of his childhood b'coz of his extra ordinary talents...

Angad never complains and he wants to be praised and hailed by all, he is thrilled to see all the adults so aww seeing him sing and also he loves the choclates and toys he gets as rewards...

And also he gets to have whatever he wishes and his parents get him anything before even he knows he wants it he has got it...

So he never complains about hours of rehearsing or missing his play time...

He looks forward to the weekends when Sharma's come to visit Khnnas and it's a family union where the topic of the men is always Angad's future and the women are busy preparing the feast...

Angad had to spare his toys and she always loves to play with his new toy only...

He would have kept it still in the box not wanting to unwrap it but the first thing Kripa would do is to get it out and start playing with it while he had to keep watching her till Dadi leaves, the moment dadi disappears he snatches his toy back and Kripa would cry aloud and everyone would come to her support leaving poor Angad to defend on his own...

But still Aagad loves playing with her...

He likes taking care of her and always wants to see her smiling ...

When they are playing with other kids he would fight with other kids and get her want ever toy she wants for her...

The only thing he dislikes is his doll playing with another kid...

She is his doll and he is the only one who can play with her...

As they were happy together as a family Khanna gets an opportunity to start a business in UK and they decide to shift to London...

Sharma was not happy to loose his favorite stucent but he doesn't want Angad to miss the opportunity to learn different kinds of music and also enrich his skills...

Angad would get to learn playing the latest instruments and also learn jazz and other western music...

Khanna too thinks that this would be the best learning pace for Angad...

The khannas come to bid farewell to the Sharma house...

They are leaving for Mumbai that evening from where they will go to their new home, London...

Angad is excited about his flight and he tells Kripa that they are going to sly in a plane...

He says good bye to all and gets their blessings...

Sheetal takes her to kripa's room and she asks him to take whatever toy he wants...

He runs and catches hold of Kripa and takes her with him...

Sheetal goes after him surprised that he didn't like any toy...

"kuch toh lelo beta, ye sab tummara hi hai"

Angad doesn't let her hand off until they leave and he takes her along when Naina tells him that it's time for Angad to leave...

Sheetal: Kripa Angad ko bye bolo

Sheetal tries to lift Kripa but ANgad wouldn't leave her hand...

Kripa doesn't understand what's happening for she is too small...

Naina: Angad, chodo usske haath, humme jaana haina, warna flight miss ho jayegi

Angad: par mom, aunty ne kaha mein apna favorite doll lekhe jaa saktha hoon, haina?

Sheetal: haan haaan, tumme jo bhi chahhe lelo beta

Angad: she's my favorite doll, sabse favorite, aao Kripa, lets go

The parents had a tough time to convince Angad that they would come and join them the next day as she has no tickets...

After that day Angad slowly forgot his doll as he made new friends in his new school...

Then he had no time for play and he worked hard with busy schedules even during week ends as Naina helped him achieve his dreams of becoming a rockstar...

At Nainital Kripa started learning music professionally from her father when she was 5 yrs old and she was also a gud student...

Hsrma always compared her with Angad and keeps saying that Angad would have learnt it in a jiffy, yes, he has that gift he got from his birth, that genius which only the lucky few have got in them...

Kripa is also equally talented but she has to put that extra effort to perfect it as her father wants...

She also works hard to get her father's praise but she could never beat Angad however hard she tries...

He is obsessed with Angad and eben now he gets his voicemails and keeps admiring him...

Kripa feels a little jealous at times for it's always been Angad for her father...

Then Angad got to sing his own album, his maiden album in English when he was just 14 and it became a super hit...

From then he has climbed up and he is a rock star now...

Sharma: hare sheetal, tumne suna Angad ab Hindi album gaanewala hai

He is so excited to know that Angad is singing in his other tongue...

Whatever it is, language is as gud as your mother tongue, hiana?

Sheetal: patha nahi wahan kaun gaana likega?

Sharma: hare buddum wahan kaunsa Hindi pandit hai, gaane toh mein likhnewala hoon

Sheetal: kya?

Sharma: bhool gayi? College time mein humne kitne kavithayen likhe the tummare liye

Sheetal: ussko tum kavitha kehthe ho?

Sharma: tum dekhthe raho ki Angad ka agla album kya kamaal kartha hai

And likewise it is a huge hit not only in UK but also in India...

Angad ka interview aaj tv pe aaraha hai...r

Everyone except Kripa is glued to the tv...

Her friend Harshini comes...

Kripa is in her room practicing her song...

Harshine: hare Kripa tum yahan kya kar rahi ho? tumne Angad ka interview miss kardhiya

Kripa: mujhe koi interest nahi usske interview mein, waise roz roz rockstar Angad ki kahaani sunke mein tak gayi hoon

Sharna always says that Angad told that " mujhe bade hokke rockstar banna hai" as a kid and here he is, a rockstar, ussne woh kar dikhaya hai jo ussne kaha tha...he is my noy...he is my best student...

Kripa is annoyd hearing this from her father ateast twice daily...

Angad gets a huge fan following in India and he gets a lots of offers here...

The Khannas decided to return to India...

Part - 2

Mr.Sharma is busy with his friend coming home after so many years...

Khanna has given him the responsibility to make all the arrangements for their home coming...

They want to settle in Mumbai, the dream city where Angad can make his roots and settle...

Sharma is flying to Mumbai often and he almost forgot his job and family...

Kripa got her music competition, the last one of her school, as this is her last year...

She has been looking forward to this finals only where she can prove to her father that she is as good a student as Angad if not better...

Unknowingly she always kept competing with Angad, she would listen to his songs for hours to criticize and find mistakes but would herself be drowned in his magical voice and she would forget herself in his songs...

Usko patha bhi nahi chala ki woh Angad ke awaaz mein apne aapko kho jathi aur hamesha yahi samjthi hai ki Angad ke wajhe se usko apni pehchaan apni hi ghar mein nahi milli...

No one took her seriously, Angad always comes first for her father and even Gayathri is nowadays becoming Angad fan...

Kripa prepares hard for her competition and she misses her father's guidance who is out of town now.she wishes he comes for her competition to see her perform...

But to her surprise he misses her competition too, and Kripa wins the award that year...

Gayathri is so glad that her daughter won the award and she is so proud of her daughter...

But still Kripa is upset that Shrama is not here to celebrate her success...

Sharma returns and Gayathri informs him about Kripa being upset that he missed her competition and that she is angry with him...

Sharma too felt bad for missing his daughter's most important competition but he was struck at Mumbai, he got a beautiful Ganpathi for her, which is her favorite...

Seeing the gift Kripa forgives her father...

Kripa: papa

She goes and hugs him...

Sharma: Gayathri ji dekha meri beti ko, mein toh pehle hi jaantha tha ki Kripa hi jeethegi

Gayathri: haan haan, mein dekh hi rahi hoon

Gayathri is so surprised...

Sharma: aakhir beti kiski hai?

Gayathri: ho ab ye aapki beti ho gayi hai?

Sharma: ye meri beti hi nahi meri student no.1 hai

Ye sunke toh Kripa bahut kush ho jaathi...kam se kam ab toh Sharma ne apni beti ki talent ko appreciate kia hai...

Kripa couldn't control herself from asking about Angad...

Kripa: toh Angad?

Sharma: Angad ab mera student nahi raha, woh toh rockstar ban gaya hai, aur patha hai Angad agle hafte India aaraha hai, aur abhi se usske saath kaam karne ke liye log taras rahe hai

Kripa: phir se uski kahaani shuru mat karo papa

Gayathri hints to stop for Kripa will be upset again...

Sharma: Gayathri, chalo hum aaj meri beti ki jeet ko celebrate karthe hai

Gayathri: kya?

Sharma: aaj hum dinner Kripa ka favorite restaurant mein karenge

Kripa: love you papa

Sharma: love you beta

They hug it out and Kripa is so happy...

Sharma wants the whole family to go and receive the Khannas...

Kripa is not willing to miss her classes for that Angad Khanna...

But her father wouldn't even listen to her, she has to go...

Harshini is so excited that Kripa is going to meet Angad...

Harshini: Kripa, tum sach mein Angad ke live concert dekhne jaa rahi ho

Kripa is not interested...

Kripa: it's not a big deal, so chill

Harshini: Kripa, you are so lucky, you get to see him

Kripa: so what? he is just another singer

Harshine: what? jaathe ho tum kiske baat kar rahi ho?

Kripa: haan haan wahi Angad jo mere papa ka student tha

Harshini: no Kripa, he is the Angad Khanna, the rock star, the heart throb of every girl

Kripa: tum pagal ho gaye ho

Harshini: haan Angad Khanna ki pagal deewani

Kripa: chalo chalo, ab apne sapne se bahar aao, warna humme class ke liye dher ho jayegi

Harshini: Kripa, mere liye Angad ki autograph zaroor lekhe aana

Kripa: what? no no, ye nahi ho saktha

Harshini: pls kripa, mere liye ye bhi nahi kar sakthi?

Kripa: achcha mein koshish karoongi

Next week they go to Mumbai...

The khanna family arrives...

Dilip, Naina, Dadi, Karthik and Alia...Alia is Angad's cousin and she is here as a guest and return afer a couple of months back to UK where her family stays...

Sharma is shocked to see Angad missing...

Even Kripa was eagerly waiting to see him, but he has not come with the family...

Sharma: welcome back Dilip

Dilip: hmm it feels so gud to be back, haina Naina?

Naina: haan bhai sab, Dilip missed India so much

Dadi: humne bhi bahut miss kiya tha, tum logon ko, aur ye Kripa hi haina? yahan aao beta

Kripa goes and gets dadi's blessings...

Dadi: tum bilkul bhi nahi badly

Dadi hugs her...Kripa smile, she is happy to meet the khannas specially dadi...

Sharma: Dilip ek bar tum ghar ko dekhthe toh hum deal final kardenge

Dilip: tum ne dekha na?

Sharma: haan, lekhin

Naina: lekhin kya bhai sab, aap ko pasand hai toh humme bhi pasand aayega, Dilip, lets go with it

Dilip: mein bhi yahi kehne wala tha, toh hum seedhe ghar chalthe hai

They go to the house and Dilip likes it very much...

After they settle Sharma asks about Angad, he is the one missing him too much...

Moreover they have the concert in a week...he must be here practicing...

Sharma: Dilip, ye Angad kahan hai?

Dilip: ohh he just missed the flight, wahan isske itne sare friends haina

Naina: friends? Girl friends kaho

Dilip: it'll take some time for him to say good bye to all of them, he'll be here tomorrow

Naina: patha nahi ye ladhka yahan aake kaise sambalega, mujhe toh bahut tension hothi hai, Dilip, tumne ussko sab samjadiya haina?

Dilip: you don't worry, he is not a kid, ussko bhi sab patha hai

Sharma: babhiji, Angad hummra bacha hai, aap usski chintha karne ki koi zaroorat nahi

Naina: bahi sab aapka bacha wahan jaake bahut bigad gaya

Kripa listens to this conversation and she gets a bad image of Angad, already she never liked him much...

Meanwhile Dadi is setting Angad's things in his room...Kripa goes to help Dadi...

Dadi: Kripa, tum toh bahut badi ho gayi ho, tum toh itni choti thi jab hum Nainital mein the, tumme yaad hai tum donno hamesha jagadthe the

Dadi is talking about Angad...

Kripa doesn't remember anything, she was too small...,

Dadi struggles to unpack the things and Kripa asks Dadi to rest as she'll take care of the rest...

Kripa: Dadi, aap ye juice pijiye, let me help you

Dadi is happy to see Kripa so responsible...

Dadi: tum toh bilkul bhi nahi badli ho Kripa beta

Kripa wants to clear her doubts...

Kripa: par Angad toh bahut badal gaya hoga

Dadi: tumme kaise patha?

Dadi is surprised...

Kripa: woh Naina aunty keh rahe the

Dadi: uff ye Naina bhi na, yahan aake bhi shuru ho gayi, ussko toh hamesha Angad ki fikar hai, kya Karen, maa haina usski?

Kripa: kyun Dadi? Angad ?

Kripa is scared that Angad is a spoilt brat...

Dadi: woh kuch nahi beta, thoda shararathi hai, I mean little naughty, what to do? He works hard, misses his school life and friends, so parties a lot, we can't stop him from hanging with friends late night, he only gets time then, it's his time to enjoy life, haina?

Kripa feels bad for him, he had to sacrifice a lot to get to this position and she was thinking that he got there by luck...

As the servants get Angad's things in Dadi asks them to place it at the right places...

One servant is careless and is about to miss a Guitar, luckily Kripa gets a hold of it...

Dadi: sambalke, ye Aangad ka favorite guitar hai

Kripa: isse kahan rakhoon?

Dadi: here, right behind his bed, patha hai, isse tummare papa ne gift kiya tha

Kripa thinks that he is not so bad as she thought...

And then they bring in Angad's portraits...

Kripa helps them put the pictures on the wall...

And she is hooked by his looks...as Harshini said, he does look good...not bad...

Dadi: kya dekhthi ho? haina handsome?

Kripa just smiles...

Part - 3

Kripa finishes her job and Dadi is very happy...

Kripa just stares at Angad's photo with suspicion...

Looking at his portrait yo would be deceived, that mischievous smile and the twinkle in the eyes, anyone would easily be carried away by those innocent boyish face but not Kripa, she knows all this is fake and the real Angad is what Naina portrayed...spoilt brat...

Actually Kripa is frowning at him, Dadi is surprised...

Dadi: kya hua beta? Tumme ye pic achcha nahi laga?

Kripa is caught...: woh Dadi, it's some dirt

She quickly pretends to dust it with her hand and when her fingers move across his lips she feels electrified as if he is there for real and she takes off her hand immediately...

Whatever it is she is hooked by his looks yet she is scared to hell that he is a big bad***...

Dadi: thank you beta

Kripa: hare Dadi, aap mujhe kyun thank kar rahe ho? ye toh mera farz tha

Dadi is confused...is this girl into something?

If so Dadi would only be happy...

After dinner Dilip gives the latest album of Angad to Suryavan...

And the Sharma family is excited to see Angad in his latest album...

At the out house where the Sharmas are staying they watch his album and Kripa says she is tires and is going to dozz off...

But as she starts to leave she hears Angad's voice and stops to listen to it...

She goes back and joins her family as they go on and on praising him...

Kripa wants his father to feel proud of her too one day like he always does when he sees him singing...

Kripa must admit that whoever this Angad Khanna maybe, Angad the Rock star really rocks...

But that doesn't mean that he could do whatever he wants, it's not important that how well you succeed in your life, it's only important how gud a human being you are...

That night Kripa keeps thinking of Angad and she is confused why is she bothered about him while she always ignored him for he has been the reason her father never appreciating her, for him Angad should be Kripa's Idol, not only her's but he keeps giving his example to all his students...

As Kripa gets to know Naina and DIlip she likes them...they eagerly listen to her songs and they are pretty impressed with her talents, they suggest Kripa somes to Mumbai for her future is here, in the music industry...

Suryavan also thinks Kripa would get better oppurtunities here, she could join music academy and learn a lot...

He says that he'll think about it after Kripa finishes her studies...

Angad comes back after a couple of days...

Both the families are waiting for Angad while Angad is as usual late...

Naina: Angad, come on, get off the bed

Angad: mom, please 10 mins

Angad pulls the quilt and covers his face

Naina takes it off: aaj nahi, neeche sab tummara itrezaar kar rahe hai

Angad pretends to be sleeping...

Naina leaves...: ye ladhka bhi na

Dadi just comes in search of Angad...

Dadi: Naina, Angad kahan hai?

Naina: aapka ladla abhi tak so raha hai

Dadi: tum jao, mein ussko lekhe aathi hoon

Naina leaves it to Dadi...

Dadii: gud morning angad

Angad: gud morning Dadi darling

Angad jumps off his bed and hugs dadi and is about to kiss her

He had not met her last night as it was too late when he came and dadi was sleeping...

Dadi: aaise nahi, pehle brush karke aao

Angad: ohh dadi I missed you so much

He still kisses her cheeks and then rushes to the wash room

Dadi: missed you too mera pyaara bacha

Angad comes out...dadi is clearing the mess and arranging his things...

Angad: ohh dadi, you are amazing

He hugs her again...: you know me so well, I just love my room, look at me, he shows his portrait...

Angad: Angad rocks

Dadi: haan haan my Rock Star, jaldhi nahakke aao, all are waiting for you only

Angad: waiting for me? Who? My Indian fans? Lovely

Angad thinks that it's his female fans waiting for him...

Dadi knows what'sin his mind...

She catches hold of his ears and warns him...

Dadi: Angad?

He is in his track pant

Angad: sorry

He grabs his vest and puts it on

Angad: ab mein jaoon?

Dadi: you naughty boy, neeche Suryavan uncle and his family are waitng for you and mind you this is Mumbai meri jaan

Angad: woh ya haina Dadi, mein toh itna popular hoon ki mere female fans just keep chasing me even here

Dadi: achcha?

Angad: aap jannthe nahi, subhe subhe two girls came and disturbed my sleep

Dadi: hare Angad, come out of your dreams

Angad: seriously Dadi, these two women keep drivng me crazy always, patha nahi unkko meri kar baat kasie patha chal jatha, abhi abhi mein yahan aaya hoon aur woh log mere peeche peeche mere bed room tak aagaye

Dadi is shocked, did he bring some one along with him here too?

Dadi looks around in doubt...

Angad: you won't believe Dadi, I just don't know what to do with them?

Dadi: Angad? Who are they? Where are they?

Dadi is worried that this boy will make a mockery of himself infront of everyone...

Angad: yahi hai, ek cahli gayi toh dusri aagayi

Dadi: what? shaitan ke bache, yahan bhi?

Dadi is shocked...

Angad: Dadi, I'm just talking about mom and you

Dadi: Angad, tum bhi na? jaldhi neeche aao

Angad comes and meets everyone...

Angad: ohh hi uncle

He goes and hugs Suryavan and then Gayathri...

Kripa keeps looking elswwhere...

She is so scared and his presence makes her feel awkward...

She tries hard to ignore him and pretend as if he doesn't exist for her...

Suryavan: tum bahut bade ho gaye ho, dekha Gayathri, mera Angad kitna bada ho gaya hai, Angad, the Rock Star

He feels so proud...

Angad: uncle, you have also grown old

Suryavan: you are right, hum toh budde bhi ho gaye hai ab

Angad: lekhin aunty is still looking so young

Angad then eyes the girl standing next to aunty...

He is intrigued, who's she? And he couldn't see her face clearly as she is looking at the floor...

Angad is like...who's this Mother India?

He thinks she is the bharathiya nari, Mother India for him, that Dadi was talking about...

Dilip: this is Kripa Angad, Surya ki beti

Naina: Kripa, you know Angad

Kripa is all reserved and shy...

Angad goes out to her and is about to give a hug as he always does...

Naina stops him...: aaise nahi Angad, I told you na

Angad:OK OK, bye everyone, got to go

Angad leaves staring that dirl, what a specimen...

Part - 4

After Angad left everyone is still talking about Angad and his launch in India...

Naina is so excited and she wants the best launch for her son...

After all it's his dream and they are here to make his dream come true...

He has had a positive response so far and is not used to failure after those initial hic cups before he got the first offer,though Dilip helped in financing most of it's shoot, Angad has rather had a smooth ride, though it's not like instant hit he has been progressing slowly and steadily...

This is the next big step in his career and his language is a problem for him now, he is not use to many of the words that iyricists use and has to get to know the meanings for him to get the feel of the songs...

Luckily this time around Surya is doing the writing and he knows what's best for Angad...he'll keep it simple...

Dilip has contacted Anu Malik to do the music...and the response is positive...

They should finalize the deal today...

Surya is also accompanying Naina and Dilip as the writer...

The elders leave and Gayathri takes Kripa along with Dadi to the temple...

Kripa is still awe struck after meeting Angad in person, though she had a not so gud boy image even before she came here, Naina's comments turned it into a bad boy image now...

And his attitude this morning didn't help much, he didn't get the elder's blessings or not even bothered to give them respect, he took them for granted, that's what Kripa thinks...

And this so called Rock star had time for his so called GIRL friends but not enough time for them, maybe Kripa yearned to know him more subconsciously or maybe it's her curiousty to find out who this Angad really is, is he a flirt as Naina aunty said, is he a real Rock Star? And what about Angad, the man...what's hidden behind all that hype, behind that Rock Star image?

She is actually eager to meet only that Angad, the real Angad and not the Rock Star, the Angad that her father loves so much, that Angad who used to be her childhood mate though she had only heard from her parents about it as she doesn't remember anything...then too he was naughty and selfish, he wants everything for himself, go getter, he had to get anything he wished for and he'll not give up until he gets what he wants...

His parents pampered him fulfilling all his wishes and yielding to all his demands form his childhood and they have given up their own life and done so much for him...

Does he even know how much they have sacrificed for him?

Dilip had risked everything when he went to UK and luckily he managed to settle down pretty soon but Surya had been his back bone, he is there for Dilip whenever he is in need...

Now Dilip wants to return the favors and he also has plans for that...

Angad has also worked hard to get to this position and he is ready to give his best for he believes that it's his music that makes everyone around him happy including his family...he also loves his work and worships it...'

Dilip has taken the responsibility of her and it's he who persuaded his friend to send Kripa here...

Dilip believes in Kripa's potentials as a singer and he wants her to get the best of the opportunities like Angad...

And this time Kripa has company at the OH, Dadi has made it her home...

Kripa misses her family initially and Dadi makes her feel at home...

It's Kripa's first day of class, she is ready to leave, she goes and gets Dadi's blessings...

Kripa shows the police man standing before them checking the vehicles...

Angad looks into his wallet and takes out his license...

Kripa is still laughing...Angad wonders why she is laughing like a fool...

The police officer comes and knocks the window...

Angad opens it and shows his licese...that man is in no mood to look...

It's month end and he is looking for something else...

PM: tum kya india ka prime minister ho? bahar nikhalo

Angad gets off the car and shows him the papers...

PM: ye kya hai?

Angad: issko license kehthe hai

PM gets angry...: ye yahan ka license nahi hai

Angad has only got his UK license...

Kripa understands the situation and she comes to Angad's help...

Angad takes a note and gives it to her and asks her to leave...anyway he didn't like how the policeman looked at her...

Kripa gets off and walks away without even looking back at Angad...Angad just had to follow her...

Angad is amused to see her undeterred faith in God, though he does believe in God, he thinks one should take care of his own life and don't wait for God to come and help every time...

Krip offers her prayers and sings the song her mother taught her...

Angad is reminded of the song, yes, he is very familiar with the song, he still remembers the lyrics...he joins Kripa too...Kripa does like the fact that Angad still remembers his childhood in Nainital...Gayathri would be so happy to hear it...Kripa will inform her when Gayathri calls her in the evening...

But Angad doesn't remember any particular memories of his childhood...but he needs to know about it, he will find out from dadi...

At the music school...Kripa is so excited that she staright away rushes in without saying a word to Angad, not even a thanks...

Angad gest out of his car and keeps looking at her...

Some girls recognize him and surround him for autograph...

Kripa suddenly remmenbers that she should thank Angad for the lift and when she turns back she sees the sore sight of Angad gleefully flirting with the girls...

She just stares Angad and Angad could see jealousy in it...

She then turns back and as she takes a few steps she is welcomed by a boys gang...

One boy who looked like the leader stops her...and he has that dirty look...

Boy: halo beautiful, how did I miss you?

Friend: Fresher hai

Boy: that's why she is so fresh?

He keeps moving forward and Kripa is scared...

Someone touches her shoulder form behind...Kripa

She turns back and finds Angad, she is so glad that he is here...

She gets closer to him almost cuddling under his broad chest...

Angad: hi guys, I'm Angad Khana

The boys recognize him and they start introducing themselves to him and they become friends immediately...that's Angad Khanna...all are so much attracted to him...

Angad: so boys this is Kripa, my girl friend, you know?

Kripa looks at him as if to kill him...

Then she finds the looks of that boys changing for her...they look at her with respect now and are actually very scared...

Angad: ok boys I must get going, take care of Kripa

Boys: sure

Angad looks at Kripa's direction...

Angad: bye darling...he winks at her and leaves...

Kripa doesn't know whether it's gud for her to have met Angad or not?

She is very much confused whether she must trust Angad or not?

Then too it's only when Angad comes to meet Dad at the OH he confronts Kripa, and they never get the chance to be with one another alone...

And dadi's version of Angad stories slowly change the image that Kripa cerated in her mind for Angad and she starts to think that he is not that bad...may be Dadi knows him better...

She has also seen him around more now and he seems to a little maughty but definitely not bad as Kripa figured out, so far so good...

The next album is on the making with Anuji as well and this time too it's going to be a romantic as the first one "Kaisa Ye Pyar Hai" is a hit...so U have to follow the same route to succeed, that's Bollywood mantra...

Angad is bored as he is not liking it, it doesn't even have a girlfriend yet in India , he had a lot of girls in his life before he came here, on and off, but never serious, he was too young for any committed relationship...

And love is yet to happen for him, it's all been only crushes, that girls had on him, fans, friends, co-singers...girls would do anything to be his co-singer for Angad usually dates his co-singers, it's like a reward for being his co-singer and they even get to have a one night stand if Angad is really impressed and if their stars are good...

That's the UK story, U know you get to meet, greet and treat a lot of girls to find the right one...it's what Angad grew up, dating is like a part of a teenager, and if you don't have a partner then people brand you gay, and for that reason at least Angad has to have a girlfriend all the time...don't know why people think like that about him...and even some boys were lattu over him...

Boy that was scary and even funny, how the boys look at him, Angad keeps away from them and he usually has this protective wall of girls around him...

Anu ji insists that Angad needs a partner, and they have to find one as soon as possible...

That day at the OH...dadi is ready with her ever so yummy chocolate cake...

Kripa is learning the art of baking from dadi today...it's a Sunday and so she is at home bored...Angad has been asking for his chocolate cake and Dadi decided to do it for him...

And Kripa is like, I'm here to help dadi...dadi is such a wonderful person, she patiently shows Kripa how to bake a perfect cake...

Dadi and pothi have a lot of fun and it's almost done...

The bell rings and Dadi asks Kripa to get it...Kripa opens the door and it's Angad...

He is scared for a second for Kripa looked really scary with her Halloween flour make-up...she was like covered with white flour all over including her face...and chocolate ganache around her mouth...

Angad: jesus save me

Kripa is angry...what's so scary about me?

He then recognizes her and bursts out laughing...

Kripa: what?

Angad then holds her by her shoulder and takes her to the mirror, she looked so funny...

Kripa tries to wipe off the flour but her hands are still dirty and it's making it worse...

Angad tries to lend his hands but she says no thanks...I'm not the girl for your dirty plays...

Angad feels insulted...come on girl, don't give me that look again...

Angad then shrugs his shoulders and walks into the kitchen...he could smell the cake...

Angad: hmm dadi, my darling, my sweetheart, where's my cake?

Angad: aagaya mera pyara potha

Angad: Dadi, you never told me you got a new pet

Dadi: pet? What pet?

Angad: an unsual pet, OMG, I was scared to death when I saw

Kripa stands there staring him while Angad is talking with Dadi making fun of her...

Angad immediately runs and hides behind Dadi...: dadi, save me

Dadi couldn't control her laughter and she asks Kripa to change and come...

After Kripa leaves Angad asks Dadi to give him the cake, dadi asks him to wait for Kripa to come...

Angad loose his patience as it's been more than 15 minutes now and he is very hungry...

Angad: Dadi yaar, how long should I keep staring the cake, please dadi, let me have my cake, let her have it when she comes

Angad tries to take it while Dadi stops him...dadi I'm starving

Dadi: go and call Kripa

He goes upstairs to call Kripa...Kripa has just come out of the shower and is trying to zip her Kurti which is struck...

Angad keeps looking at her and Kripa thinks that it's Dadi...: dadi, ye zip atak gaya, dekhiye na

Angad just goes and fixes it for her...Kripa then realizes that it's not dadi...she turns and looks at Angad...: tum? How dare you?

She raises her hand to slap while he stops her...

Angad: what's wrong with you? You are really evil, you monster

Kripa: tumne mujhe monster kaha? You idiot, stupid, fool, you are a devil, demon

Dadi comes hearing the noise...

Dadi: uff tum log hamesha aaise kyun ladthe rehthe ho?

They stop seeing Dadi...

Then Dadi advices them to learn to be little civilized and she gives them the cake...

Angad: wow, dadi, aaj ka cake double yummy hai

Dadi: should be, this one is special, made by someone special,this is Kripa's first cake

Angad immediately changes his comment...

Angad: I knew dadi, that's why it's bitter, just like her

Kripa: it's OK to be bitter and good, not like someone faking to be sweet but really not so sweet, full of poison, haina Dadi?

Dadi: ab tum donno bas bhi karo

Angad: ask her to shut her mouth Dadi

Kripa: you shut up first

Angad: Kripa, pagal ho gayi ho kya? come in, Dadi is worried about you

Kripa: I'm not coming in

Angad: Are you kidding me? ye kya bachpana hai?

Kripa: I'm serious

Angad: Kripa, zidd mat karo, chalo mere saath

Angad tries to catch hold of her but she moves away...

Angad gets angry now...:Kripa? Come on, come with me, now

Kripa: I won't, jab tak tum nahi jaathe mein andar nahi aoongi

She is doing this because he said that he's not able to even talk with his Dadi in peace with her around...

Angad: tum samajhthe kya apne aapko?

Angad tries to catch her...he tries to take her in...but she remains unmoved...

Angad: tum aaise nahi manogi

He lifts her in his arms and carries her while she keeps hitting him and asking him to put her down...you know Kripa is too small and Angad is too strong...

Angad takes her in and lays her on the sofa...

Dadi: Kripa? What's this? ye kya haal banake rakha hai tumne?

Kripa keeps staring Angad...

Angad: you just stay there, right?

He almost warns her not to do this again...

Dadi brings a towel...: Kripa, dry your hair

Angad: waise meinjaane hi wala tha, bye dadi

Angad turns back to leave...

Dadi: Angad, I told you na? you can't go in the rain

Angad: nahi Dadi, mera yahan rehna kissi ko bahut hi pareshaan kartha, I'm sorry dadi, I can't stay here anymore

So saying he just walks out in the rain...

Dadi is fed up with their fights and she is upset with them...

Dadi: hare baghwan, ye ho kya raha hai? koi mere baat ko nahi suntha, ye ladhka toh bimar ho jaayega, aur sab karab ho jayega

Kripa thinks that it's her fault...

Kripa runs out to stop him...she goes and blocks his way...

Angad: now what do you want?

Kripa: woh Dadi bahut pareshaan hai

Angad: Dadi ko pareshaan hone do, lekhin tum toh kush hona? Ab hatjao mere rasthe se

Kripa: nahi

Angad: patha nahi tummara problem kay hai?

Kripa: please, andar aao, dekho kitna barish ho raha hai

Angad: itne dher toh tumme patha nahi chala?

Just then thunder strikes and our scared princess hugs our prince herself...

Angad feels the thunder striking his body now, and he is shocked by her sudden embrace...

Angad holds her and she feels his warmth and doesn't feel embarrassed to have hug him...his body language and his gentle touch and his comforting her not to be afraid , he is there for her, and then the ever so delicate release from her, so caring and yet maintaining that space that she always wanted...

This man is not what she thought to be, he is not a flirt, definitely not with her...

Angad: chalo, andar chalthe hai, it's too dangerous out here

Kripa is shivering and he gives her his jacket...

Angad then holds her hand and takes her to the OH...

Dadi is happy to see them back together...

Dadi: Kripa, ye kya hai beta? Tum bahar kya kar rah thi?

Angad tries to help out...: watering the plants Dadi

Dadi: what? in this rain

Angad: it's just that nature is lending a helping hand to kripa

Kripa: woh Dadi mera yahan rehna kissi ko pasand nahi hai, issiliye mein bahar kadi thi

Dadi: what? Angad, ye kya keh rahi hai?

Angad: I don't know Dadi, aapki pyari pothi hai, aap hi jaanthe issko, mein toh chaltha hoon, I'm getting late, Anuji already called me twice, I think I'm lucky to get a co-singer, who wouldn't love to sing with Angad, haina Dadi?

He looks at Kripa and boasts his popularity among girls...but this girl is not one of them, she is different form the rest...

Kripa ignores him and goes to her room as Angad keeps staring her...

Dadi: Angad, tujhe nahi jaana?

At the studio...

They are a few girls waiting for the auditions...

They are then asked to sing and only 3 of them are selected...

Then they sing along side Angad and they also couldn't maych his performance and Anuji is very upset as there is very little time to find another girl and also train her on time...

Then they think of picking a girl from the music academy, a new talent...

Then Dilip comes with Kripa's name...

Angad is like, what would she know about professional singing? She is only good for choir...singing bajans...

Anuji is excited and happy to know that there is someone near and they could call her right away...

Dilip calls Dadi and tell about it, Dadi says that she was actually thinking about the same and wanted to talk with him about that, she is so happy and she says that Kripa is the best choice they can get...

Dilip asks Kripa to come to the studio and meet him, She is not informed about anything...

Kripa comes and there she meets the Audio company owner's so Prithvi...

Prithvi welcomes her and takes her to Anuji...

Kripa is surprised and she doesn't know that it's an audition for Angad's co-singer...

Dilip asks her to sing her favourite sing and she sings without hesitating...

All are pleased and are so happy that finally they have found the right voice...

Prithvi goes and congratulates Kripa that she has got a sweet voice and he would be proud to launch such a talented singer, he asks her whether she would like to sing for their new album...

Kripa likes his polite and down to earth nature, unlike Angad who is head strong and very boasting...

Kripa says that she is still learning and she is very inexperienced...

But Dilip says that it's time for her to start her singing career and that she can continue learning along with singing, that's what Angad also did and one should always grab the opportunities that coe their way at the earliest possible, that's how U could succeed...

Kripa starts thinking and wants to ask her father, Dilip says that he will convinve his friend and she need not bother about him...Kripa is still confused...

Anuji is impressed with her voice and wants to try it out with Angad...

Angad comes and Kripa is shocked to see Angad...

Then she understands that she has to sing with Angad...

Kripa says that she is not yet ready...

Angad: chodo na Dad, she's afraid of me, she can't sing with me, where is Angad Khana and where is this girl? She can join the chorus singers , you need guts to sing with Angad, and this girl can't do that

Kripa feels insulted and she wants to prove that He is not that big a rock star as he thinks and she is not afraid of anyone, specially Angad

Prithvi: Angad, you don't know man, she's so good, she can give you a tough fight

Angad hates anyone praising Kripa, that too a handsome dude like Prithvi...

Angad: so what is she afraid of? Maybe she thinks I'm not that good

Angad is sarcastic and Kripa gets angry...

Kripa: I'm ready uncle, let's do it

Dilip: that's my girl

Prithvi shows an thumbs uo...all the best Kripa, you can do it

Angad doesn't like Prithvi calling her by name...they have become friends already?

Kripa: thanks Prithvi, you are so nice , you know how to respect others and appreciate their talent

Kripa says this staring at Angad all the while...

Then they start singing...

Angad has been practicing the new song and he sings with ease while it's new for Kripa and she struggles to catch up...

They go for another try, Kripa is nervous as she feels ashamed not to perform well in front of that Angad...

Anuji: Kripa, just stay cool and sing with confidence as you did before

Prithvi: come on Kripa, don't be scared of anyone, you have got it, just forget that you are singing with someone, just think about yourself and then you'll be fine

Angad: come on Kripa come on

Angad teases...Anuji asks all of them to leave Kripa alone so that she can practice and get it right...

Angad and Prithvi also move when Kripa asks Prithvi to stay with her as she'll feel confident with his encouragement...

Prithvi is happy to stay back while Angad is not at all happy...

Kripa finds a good friend in Prithvi and she is very comfortable with him as he makes her feel confident and less nervous...

As Angad waits out while Anuji helps Kripa with the tricks to become a professional singer,he is frustrated that Kripa trusts Prithvi more than him ,after all she knows Angad since childhood but this Prithv is no one, she has barely met him, what's wrong with that girl?

All the girls that Angad knew wanted to be his friend and they ran after him though he tried to ignore them, but this girl not only ignores him but also hates him for no reason...

He has to know what's in her mind, maybe she is trying to act smart to gain his attention, is that's so she has succeeded for Angad has been thinking of her only lately...

After a while Angad is called back and this time Kripa does a fantastic job, even Angad is surprised...

And yes Prithvi's plan worked, he asked Kripa never to look at Angad and just keep looking at him while singing so that Kripa won't feel the nerves...

Anuji approves her voice and she's in, Dilip is so proud of Kripa and he is sure Suryaban would be equally proud of her...

As Kripa is about to leave Angad just keeps stalking her...

Dilip asks Angad to take Kripa home as he has some work at the studio...

Angad says that he is going to meet his friend Manik and he won't be able to take Kripa with him...

Prithvi offers to drop Kripa instead...Kripa is also happy to go with him...

Angad follows them as Prithvi takes her to a coffee shop on the way and they chat and have a good time there...Angad now hates Kripa more...she's not the girl she pretends to be...what happened to her morals and values now?

Their fighting continues during the rehearsals but there is something strange about them that both of them could sense, a different feeling that they never experienced before...

Prithvi never misses the rehearsals and hence Angad and Kripa have no time for themselves to even argue and fight for nothing...

Prithvi makes it a habbit to drop Kripa while Angad tries to neglect her and spend his nights with his friends partying...

Once Prithvi takes Kripa to a friend's party where they find Angad with his friends...

Prithvi goes and meets Angad and he introduces Prithvi as his sponsor to his friends and ignores Kripa completely...

Prithvi asks Angad why doesn't he introduce his co-star to his friends and he himself introduces Kripa as their company's latest contribution to the music world, he praises Kripa and syas that she'll overtake everyone one day including Angad...

Angad's friends are very curious to know about Kripa and they tease Angad that he is trying to protect his co-singer by not introducing her to everyone as he is so possessive and concerned about her...Angad rubbishes everything...

Meanwhile Prithvi gets a call and he had some urgent work. Prithvi asks Angad to take care of Kripa in his absence as he is the only one Kripa knows in the party and drop her safely after the party...

Kripa says that she doesn't want to stay back is Prithvi is not there and she'll also leave taking a taxi...

But Prithvi doesn't like that idea and thinks that it's better for her to stay with Angad...

He then leaves while Kripa goes and sits in a corner alone...

Angad's friends ask him to go talk to Kripa and ask her to join them as she is sitting alone...

But Angad says that she likes to be left alone and carries on with his friends but keeps an eye on kripa all the time...

Some one who is drunk goes and asks Kripa to join for a dance...Kripa tries to avoid but he keeps insisting her...Angad then comes and says that she is with him and he then asks her to accompany him for a dance...Kripa hesitates but Angad catches hold of her hand and takes her along...

They start dancing and soon they realize that it's just what their heart yearns, to be with the other, though they may pretend to hate each other and want to stay far far away from one another, the fact is that they are scared of themselves, they are only trying to deny their feelings for they think that the other hates them and doesn't even respect them properly, in that case they feel that if the other comes to know about their liking for them then they will make fun of them and tease them...

Kripa then thanks Angad for helping her and Angad says that he didn't do that for her thanks and it's only out of pity to see her helpless that he intervened...

Angad: be it your career or your life you always need Angad's help, you are nothing without me, right sweetie?

Kripa then gets angry and leaves...

She starts walking alone on the road and when she enters a by-lane she is all alone with a stranger following her...

She is scared and she regrets leaving without Angad...

She then starts running but that man starts chasing her...

She thinks that she has no escape and she is in big trouble when a car comes to her rescue...it's Angad...Kripa gets in without saying a word and Angad also doesn't utter a word until they reach home...

Kripa knows that Angad has helped her and she should thank him but she doesn't want to as she knows he'll immediately try to insult her...

Kripa gets down and she looks at Angad and asks...I know you don't like me, but why do you always help me?

Angad looks confused himself...: I'm also asking myself the same question, I'll let you know when I find out myself

Kripa is speechless...what does that mean?

Now she has to think about herself, she is also sailing in the same boat, she know she hates him but still she wants all his attention and she loves whenever he shows concern...
