Harshita - Its a public forum. Am not moral policing anybody's point of view here. Just wanted to vent what was troubling me.

Namratha - I understand what you are trying to say. Am not against anybody relating to Maanvi here. I know how I related to her in person. I had exchanged mails with her. But I stopped talking about it. Cause I knew the more I would do that it will hurt many of them here. Coping for me is not easy too! I cant have to stay away from here. I could have written endlessly. But at the end of the day we need to know where we are going about it.

Aarti - You can disagree completely. I am not here to moral police anybody's view point. Am just venting out what has been bothering me. Am not a new reader. I have been connected to this place since its birth. I know what the story means to me. I am as involved and engrossed as you all are here. I know how much I can stick around with things.

When I do like something I give it my 100 %

When I believe this place is a solace for me after everyday grind, I mean it in every sense. I cant help but vent when I see things not appropiate atleast to me!

I know this is a public forum and I have no right to jeopardise anybody's view and right to expression. That holds true for me as well right?

I am not against people connecting to Maanvi, but talking about things beyond our knowledge is not what works for me!

As her sickness and the larger professional implications of it slowly sank in...

Have seen pregnant ladies travelling, colleagues working at least in place like Mumbai its damn difficult.

On top of that at times employers are not cooperative and some are so cooperative that not only give the time or relaxation in time that is mandatory in law but more considering the fact that some cannot afford to leave the job at all.

Here II has option but she doesn't want to take R&B help hence want to continue.

As for Ranjan, I know he wouldn't consult II to delay the deployment but will be more disappointed if II faces the wrath of Ritu due to this delay. Hope Ranjan comes to know if Ritu causes any problem for II or even if Ritu tries to throw her wait around.

Ritu, likely to understand II a bit only if she knows about pregnancy. Still she will blame II that delay is caused as she is the DIL of Bhalla house.

Unlikely II

The pregnancy has definitely changed things for her. She's amazed at how her priorities have changed that too without her conscious knowledge. Maybe that's what motherhood is all about.

Ranjan definitely cares a lot for his DIL and did what he has under control. And herein lies the difference between his world and the one II came from. She's not going to b able to take it well that she's being offered privileges that another employee in her position wouldn't b able to avail. Ritu and even Bally's behavior at some point will make her feel guilty and upset.

If Ranjan doesn't change his diktat at her request, she's going to end up being mad at the Dude. Some things never change😆

Still awaiting Appa and Dude's milan.

Difficult pregnancy I get that
Trouble at work due to that I get that
Needing medical attention I get that
Needing to put on weight during pregnacy I get that too
Been there done that
Even was on bed rest for 6 months during 1st pregnacy
But boss was very supportive

I am sounding like a broken record, but I can't help it here.
Awesome title 😆 . The title speaks for itself.. .
Dude had to tell Bally, isn't it and he asks for Ritu's no as well.
I was just beginning to wonder if Bally would hv raised his eyebrows when dude called him on the previous occassion.
It's easy to connect the dots now and II is again finding herself in a situation . There's really no dull moment . Ranjanji did not waste anytime in letting his DIL now and II is startled at the ramifications
All sleep has gone out of the window now.

From Ritu's perspective, I can totally see II as a bitch who is using her friendship with bally and not respecting the hierarchy or her position...Watever we say, ritu is responsible for II's action and not giving her that respect is bad...and not at all professional...

R&B wants her to stay at home becos she is not well...it is natural...he informed bally becos he does not know ritu...that was perfectly fine...

However the bigger debate here is wat ranjan did...as a client he has every right to dictate the project as well as bear the additional costs for that...but this much interference is not good...Its like my mom going and telling my project manager not to give me work becos I am pregnant...

To be fair to Ranjan, he never even brought II in picture, he was smart n shrewd enough to give the valid point of strike taking his energy n in a way resources... But with R&B's non-tactical approach of telling Bally about II's pregnancy was the bad part... He should have given II the freedom to disclose her pregnancy to her professional contacts.. That was not R&B's plc... He gave ammo to KMPG(KPMG NAHI KMPG) to conjecture nconclue what they want about II n her work ethics... If she would have said ki wo IV pe thi, koi zyada kuch nahi poochta.. N she could have got geniune doc cert for her illness... When u are dehydrated n with a stupid not-so-interesting job, it hardly figures in your priority to inform the "right" people.. As long as someone at work is informed.

Some ladies suffer from nausea and vomiting more than others, it's quite common
Even princess Kate suffered from it in her pregnancies
There's really no cause
