hey dear ... hope u r doing well. I don't know whether u r Bengali or u r married to a bengali family. ( u mentioned ur FIL stays in Kolkata , so guessed that ur in laws might be bengalis). well I raised this doubt as I thought u might be busy with Durga pujo if u r related to Bengalis.

so now that Durga Puja is over , can we expect an update ?

btw happy Vijayadashami or as we Bengalis say "subho Bijoya"

Ok so you guys no need to pull out your guns. Also please don't lose any sleep on my comment. Obviously most of you would prefer to honey coat your words or worse, cower behind someone else's comments, I can tell by seeing all the likes on comments from people who chose to pick on me.

Well please don't read too much into what I said. I meant exactly what I said and not more, that Radhika should (clearly in an ideal world) either say what she means or mean what she says. Im not even judging her on the various reasons she didn't update or couldn't update, I'm merely asking her to just say, in fact just NOT say when she's going to update.

It makes sense when it happens a few times but beyond that it's just as disrespectful and misleading to her readers. Obviously I give two hoots which is why I'm here writing this silly post in the middle of the night, arguing with people I don't know on a fictional story based on a fictional show. It wouldn't hurt for Radhika to also give two hoots to us, her fan base, and not make empty meaningless posts. That just heightens our anticipation and despite our real lives with work and kids (at least for myself) we take out time for it because we want to be in this happy place of Arhi.

You guys can keep ripping me apart, my point stays.

First of all,take your own time radhika... We all are with you...please don't get disappointed about the above comment... Exceptions are always there...

I'm not married n I don't have any kids either... But still I find it hard to manage time... you gys have to work, manage kids n family... N yet u take time to write... That's a great deal...

This is not sugar coated words... Real world priorities are more important... ..

I am not going to make this thread a war zone, so this would be my last post on this topic. It is freaking unbelievable that you call yourself a fan of any author. You don't have time to comment on anyone's work but have time to complain. Radhika can't predict what is going to happen tomorrow. She might thought she could do it but something more important than the virtual world might have come up. She is not forcing to read her work. So if you have issues, you can move on. What's the point of being rude to anyone. Personally, I would like the author to give a possible estimated date, so I can at least come around and check. If there is none then I would assume she is busy and patiently wait.

It's funny how your weird sense of entitlement about this story makes it okay for you to post distinctly unpleasant notes, but any criticism of the same is apparently a personal attack.

I'm going to be a lot less polite than I was the last time (and not sugar-coat, as you say, since that also seems to a bone of contention with you) and say that Radhika is well within her rights to post any note she chooses and do precisely as she wants with her story. That includes not sticking to her update schedule and, unfortunate and disappointing though it would be if it happened, also not writing further.This isn't a professional commitment of any kind.

And it may not have occurred to you, but some of us actually like hearing from her even when she can't post a new chapter. We like to know that she's okay and still invested and we just plain like talking to her.

@Radhika- My apologies for this very juvenile argument on your thread-- I promise to end this here.

I am with you Sem... Looks like the anger at mother in law is taken out on the pet cat... It's a wonder Radhika is posting notes! She is really kind enough at least to try to fill our reading appetite... But what has she done to attract such wrath! We are here to read to relax... Not castigate anyone with our remarks... If we do not have anything good to say then silence is the virtue we need to adopt... Is it too much to ask I wonder! If somebody has not updated any story does it stop our day? Then why crib over it... The writer must be really held up as not to have time to peep in too... Remember it's health issues involved here not of just one but a family... If one is disappointed there is always another story to read for the moment... That's it and this is the end of my comment on this topic...

Secondly ppl r forgetting that she is a real person and has a asli duniya n not obliged to entertain us for FREE ...still she is kind enough to post a note ...a lot of ppl won't even bother...n when and if she writes ...atleast I will sit and read and appritiate ...as I know it's going to be amazing😃

Hey Radhika, you are an amazing writer and this is one my favourite..I always wait for an update and keep checking..time and again for an update.. I simply love your story and the detailed interpretation of the characters. You are simply fantabulous..and please take as much time as you need cos living life is important and please dnt get upset with the comments here...lemme share a secret.. In fact whenever i see your update I ensure I have an hour at hand..I lie down..dim the lights...for a perfect atmosphere and only then read the update..I feel you deserve that much attention and dedication..At times if I have a busy schedule I wait for a few days and then indulge In your fanfic😉.Love you dear..take care..
