I got Answer for Yenduku, Why Arnav came to India, what his mission is.

The Yemiti part...Arshi's Love story. Looks like they are mutually infatuated with each other.

The Yela part...How did Khushi go missing.

Regarding the Prologue, I can safely say (no guess) that little boy was Arnav, because Arnav won't long for Khushi if she left her child.
