someone would have said something to her, I song think anyone in arnav's family will do so, but may be people near by have said something and arnav is trying to cheer her up and make things normal for her..

Update soon, this has been the far best i can guess, but I think its something else, U might comeup with something totally different as the reason for which she has been crying..
