Doc had given those anti-depressant sleep inducing tablets and painkiller initially. But those tabs make you so sleepy. Thankfully it was summer so I went swimming which kind of helped a lot.

From then on whenever I go out or sit in the AC office, I keep my head covered completely.

And if the pain shows up, I don't wait for it to go on its own. Never goes that way. So I take half or even just a quarter painkiller to get it off early.
See if you locate the source. It helps a lot. And I heard homeo also helps. Not sure though.

Thank you Envee. Mine is triggered due to lack of sleep, not having food in time, walking in sun, stress. Most of the things I can avoid. Stress cannot. Knowing about trigger helps since we can avoid it to some extent.

I don't pop a pill easily as they to have their own side effects in long run plus your body becomes resistant to them if you take it constantly. So I do avoid it. Have it only when have very important work to handle.

Had tried homeo in childhood. Maybe should give it an another shot now.

Hi everyone!!

I know...eid ka chand kindz appearance of mine!

Am not having such a good time...hence the disappearance...but nothing that I cant handle.. Am used to living with troubles.. Am a trouble magnet! 😆Nivi's sudden passing away has also been on my mind😭...I guess when you are not in happy mood every bit of sadness gets amplified...given that I didnt know Nivi by face ... N had only a couple interactions... It should not play on my mind for almost 2 weeks after the incident n yet it does😭

Anyway, enough of my sad story!

How is everyone doing? Havent read the story much after venice trip started... Will possibly read in the weekend.

Eid mubarak to everyone... I miss the awesome dry sevai one of my family friends used to make for eid!! Food is one of the major reasons why I miss India.
