'No Rey! No!' We can't work there. 'Taani will be there. She, who is responsible for this,' Shouted Vicky as Rey noticed them about the job arrangements he had done.

'But Vicky, we need..' Rey was cut midway by Vicky.

'I know.. we need money.. But I can't do that.'

'Vicky shut up!' As Sharon roared Vicky came to a pause. 'Why are you blaming her? Did she ever say something, which will affect our reputation? Did she even mention about us anywhere?' The brown eyes of Sharon were burning with anger. Vicky did not dare to add another word in his defense. Taking a breath Sharon continued to speak in a lower tone of voice. 'I guess it's time to accept we're paying for our deeds. And we can't change the past but we can make a better future for ourselves. Don't know about you guys but I'm in.'

'I'm in too.' Simmi added in a low but determined voice. 'I can't sit like this blaming Taani for what happened to us. I don't want to live in the past.' She paused to take a breath. 'Count me in Rey.'

'and you Swayam?' Asked Rey shifting attention on Swayam.

'I don't know Rey. I'm happy to see my sister touching the sky. But I'm ashamed of myself.' Swayam paused. 'I wanna see her again.. but I'm ashamed to face her.'

'Swayam..' Sharon hold his hand sitting next to him. 'Past is past.. we can always learn from our mistake.'

Rey has always admired and respected Sharon. If it was not for Sharon he would have backed out, thinking about facing the bitter past.

*Flashback*

'you are an embarrassment Taani.' Yelled an angry Rey. Her hurt and teary eyes gave him a sadist pleasure. A cruel intention of hurting Taani purposely possessed Rey.

'Rey I'm sorry. I did not mean to embarrass you.'

'But you did.' Rey spat at her. 'Not only me, but your brother and all of our team members.' An eerie silence settled there for a few seconds. 'I need a break from all this. I cannot go on like this.'

Taani did not say a word on the day. She left. Somewhere in his heart Rey knew it was not Taani's fault. But his ego stopped him to confront Taani.' A month later Rey received the news of Taani went out of India to study art.'

What an irony! Rey thought. One day he said to Taani she is an embarrassment.. and today he can not gather enough courage to face her as he is ashamed of himself.

As the five of them landed on their job for the first time, they met with their team leader, Jack Reese. With funny accent and weird hair cut he looked like cartoon but he made five of them hate him instanly.

'Rey Singhania!' He shouted bring his face awfully to Rey's face, he had to take a step back as he continued. 'you will not get any facilities 'cause you're son of Mr. Singhania.'

'and you' Jack moved towards Sharon. 'Just because you're pretty and a girl don't think I will spare you from heavy work.' He continued a few more minutes as the gang continued not paying attention to whatever he was blabbering.

'DO YOU UNDERSTAND!' He shouted at last. As all nodded, positively he left [thankfully].

'what a jackass!' Said a disgusted Swayam.

'I'm sure he has not brush in last few month.' Rey added fanning a hand in front of his mouth.

'Guys! Let's move with our work.' Sharon chirped in. 'This jack ass has already gave us our work. I'll be with Simmi. Jack ass wanted us to move all the gifts the producers' gave to Taani in her suite.' She said as she started to move. 'Byee guys. See ya soon.'

Though she travelled in business class, yet long flight journey made Taani tired in a great length. Waving at fans at airport, posing for the camera did not cheer up her mood. As she made way to the waiting car, she throw back her head in exhaustion.

'Grace!' Taani said with her eyes still closed. 'I need a full body massage as soon as I hit the hotel.

Her personal secretary Grace is a pretty lady with a little heavy figure. Though she is only a handful years older than Taani yet she is little bit motherly. As she made a call to arrange what Taani has wished for Taani spoke softly.

'Thank you Grace. You are my life saving angel.' In answer, Grace smiled softly.

As Taani entered her suite she realized Grace has already made arrangement for body massage.Taking a quick sour she surrendered to the relaxation the body massage was giving her.

Taani was in half asleep state when she heard the door bell. Grace opened the door. She heard two voices.. Known voices but could not remember whose voice they are.

She heard their conversation with Grace.

'we're here to deliver the gifts producers have sent.' One of the voices said.

Grace instructed them something about placing the gifts. She could not relax properly till she finds out whom the voice belong to. Getting up she put on the red over gown as she made her way towards the source of the voice.

As Sharon and Simmi entered the luxurious duplex suite, they were praying silently to not to face Taani. But their prayer were not answered. As they were moving the items, they saw her coming down.

'Sharon, Simmi!' She sounded surprised.

As Sharon watched her, she realized Taani has changed a lot even physically. She was pretty before but she has the star aura around her now.

'Hello!' Sharon said in a low voice, Simmi was still trying to find her voice.

'wow! Seeing you girls after a long time' Taani said as she sat on a couch crossing her legs. 'so how are you guys? How is dance going on?'

Sharon bit her lip for a moment thinking the one they usually blame for ending their career do not actually know anything about their career.

'Actually none of us want to be a professional dancer anymore.' Sharon answered. 'I think we should go now. It's our working hours.'

'You girls are working here?'Taani raised an eyebrow. 'that will be great. I can use company of a few old friends.' She smiled at them.

As Sharon and Simmi took a few steps towards the door Taani called out.

'Wait.' Taani said standing up elegantly from her sitting position. Then she made way towards the piles of gifts the producers have sent her. She brought out two packets of expensive cookies and chocolates from the gifts. Then she made her way towards the girls.

'Take them.' Taani offered.

'Sorry but we can't take it.'

'Come on girls.' She smiled. 'Don't be so forma. Consider it as a gift from an old friend.'

Sharon accepted the gifts, smiling at her they left the room.

Something is wrong. Taani thought. They have many memories. Not all of them are good. But one thing she knows surely was those guys.. her brother.. Rey all were passionate dancers. All of them left the dream of becoming a famous dancer. She connected the dots and concluded something went horribly wrong in her absence.

Promo shooting at noon and press conference in evening. It was Taani's routine of the day. She sat with a cigar in her hand waiting for the shot to be ready. A knock o the door notified her it's ready. As she reached the shooting spot an assistant came forward to remove her dressing gown.

'Let's take a break.' The cameraman shouted. 'Taani, change our costume.'

As she went towards the dressing room, she received the 2nd shock! 'Rey!'

'Hi Taani.' Rey murmured.

'What are you doing here?'

'My job.' It was a to the point answer.

'So you're assisting your dad here?'

'No. I'm gonna work at back stage. I've joined the event management company which is working here.'

'Okay!' Taani took a moment. 'What is going on? I met Sharon and Simmi yesterday. They did not seem like the Sharon and Simmi I knew. You have changed drastically too.'

'Even you have changed.' Rey cut in before she could say more. He did not feel like talk about their downfall. Somewhere in his heart he is insecure maybe a little jealous of the life she's living. 'In a positive way though.' Rey she has earned it. You have not. He scolded himself for his thinking.

He tried to see if there are any emotions playing in her eyes apart from being shock. But there was not.

'I should go now.' Taani said. 'But it's nice to see you guys here.' She added before leaving, flashing a small smile.

Rey sighed looking at her retreating figure.

'It's nice to see you too...I guess' He said as Taani went out of his sight.
