In the evening

Taani got ready to meet Rey.

She made her way down, just then her mobile beep indicating she got message.

She saw it was Rey's message.

"wait outside your house. I will take you to the caf."

She got happy and locked her house waiting for him to come.

Just then a car stopped right in front of her that she has to take 2-3 steps back. The windows of the car was pulled down revealing Rey.

T: you want to kill me?

R: not so soon baby. He winked at her and smirked.

While she looked at him with her eyes wide and mouth hung open.

R: close your mouth and get inside.

She closed her mouth and got inside.

T: why are we going in car? Its near only, we can go by walking too.

R: we aren't going in the nearby caf.

T: what?? You are kidnapping me.

She shouted.

R: don't you girls have a problem while shouting? Now just shut up and sit quietly.

He saw her obeying like a small kid and smile to himself.

He parked the car somewhere, which she didn't know.

He got down and ran to another side, opened the door and gave her a hand to hold. She looked at the hand and then at him, gave the hand hesitantly and got down.

She looked around it was small yet beautiful place. The surrounding was calm and soothing. It feels so relaxed. She was lost in the beauty of the nature with a adorable smile on her face. Rey kept looking at her to know how she liked it.

She looked at him with a wide smile and hugged him.

T: you know it's so beautiful. So simple and nature is cherry on the cake.

R: you liked it?

T: liked??? I loved it.

A woman in late 40's came to greet them. She hugged Rey and ruffled his hair.

R: Merry don't do that.

He said in child tone.

M: aww!! You didn't come from many days?

She looked at me.

"Who's this pretty lady with you?"

R: she's my friend.

M: just friend?

She narrowed her eyes on him.

R: yeah special friend.

Taani looked at him surprised thinking when they became friends.

She greeted Taani and told them to move inside. But Taani stopped Rey. He looked at her with a questioning look.

T: I can't go inside.

R: why?

T: look at my dress and look at the place it doesn't go along with the place.

R: why do you girls is so conscious about your look. No one will notice you so come.

He took hold of her hand and made their way inside.

They took their seat.

M: make yourself comfortable dear.

Taani smiled at her.

T: its so beautiful.

R: yeah. That's why i bought you here.

R: so what you wanted to talk?

He asked her directly.

Taani gave a small smile.

T: I wanted t say sorry for that night. I didn't mean to hurt you. It was that I was frustrated and I said it. I am sorry. You can give me whatever punishment you want.

R: its okk. I have forgotten that long back.

T: what? Then y was you ignoring me?

R: that was the punishment.

He said with a smile. She too smiled at him.

T: by the way when did we become friends?

R: aren't we friends?

T: yes we are. Friends?

She extended her hand forward for handshake. He took it happily.

R: friends.

They were holding their hand for god knows how long.

Just then the door of the cafe opened and 4 boys came in and they saw taani and rey holding each other's hand. They were quite shock to see Rey holding Taani's hand.

V: Swayam is that Rey?

Sw: yes Vicky that's Rey.

A: we never bought anyone here

N: he bought Taani for a date. Omg!!! Something is going on between these two.

V: let's go and disturb them

They all looked at each other and smiled, went to where taani and rey were sitting.

They saw them lost on each other. So to bring them out of their dreamland they cleared their throat.

Taarey looked up and then looked at their hands and took it off immediately.

They looked here and there feeling awkward.

Sw: sorry to disturb your sweet moment. shall we join you people?

T: yeah sure. She said with a smile.

While Rey glared at them.

Sw: Rey this is our place, you never bought anyone here right?

Swayam whispered to Rey slowly.

Rey knew they were teasing him; he was still glaring at them.

R: well we need to talk something important so I thought this would be the best place to talk about it.

Taani felt happy that Rey bought her at his place. She felt special with his gesture. She was smiling to herself. Nil looked at her and elbowed to Vicky. He gestured everyone to look at Taani who was smiling to herself. Swayam poked her that's when she saw everyone looking at her. Taani felt embarrassed.

They all started talking to themselves. Taarey were stealing glances and others were noticing their actions.

Taani's phone rang Sharon calling'

She excused herself and went to talk to her. While the boys looked at Rey and smiled.

V: whats going on Rey?

R: What are you talking about?

N: don't think we are a fool. Tell us what is going on between you two?

R: guys I said nothing. We are just friends.

Sw: really?

R: yes

A: Rey you came on a date with Taani and you are lying to us . you know it hurts.

He said dramatically keeping his hands on his heart. Before Rey could say anything Taani came.

T: I think I should take a leave. You guys enjoy.

She turned to leave when rey hold her wrist and stopped her while boys were smiling at him.

R: where do you think you are leaving?

T: home.

R: alone?

T: yeah!! You have friends over here. So I thought to leave.

R: I bought you here so I am taking you home. You aren't going alone.

Sw: Rey is right. We don't mind if you guys spend some time with each other. Right boys?

Boys: yeah!!

He was enjoying teasing them.

R: Taani you go out, I am coming.

She nodded and went. He looked at the boys angrily.

R: what is wrong with you guys? Didn't you see she was uncomfortable with your teasing. Stop teasing her okk.

V: okk Rey we will stop teasing her but we can tease you.

They all hi-fied to each other.

R: you guys are impossible. But I am warning don't tease her.

He went outside and sat in the car where taani was already sitting in the car.

The drive to home was silent. They reached home and both came out of the car. Taani moved towards Rey and hugged him and whispered

T: thank you for beautiful evening.

She kissed his cheeks and ran from there inside his house.

Rey stood there registering what happened now. He kept his hands on his cheeks where Taani kissed and jumped.
