It was time. They both were leaving in an hour.

Gunjan was feeling extremely anxious and the way Nupur was holding her hand it was evident she was feeling the same way.

But than, it was understandable. They both were about to board a flight for England. 6 months of living abroad together to study a semester at the University of Oxford.

This had been their dream ever since they completed their Mphil. They knew it was time for them to explore new horizons but how and when was a mystery that was solved a month ago.

"Nupurrr", Gunjan shouted as soon as Nupur attended the call.

"Jee jee Gunjan jee ! bari khush lag rahe hain ya hua?"

"Khush? Mera to dance krne ko dil kr raha hai! aur tm suno gen a to tm bhe khushi se pagal ho jaoge!"

"aisa kya ho gaya jee?"

"kya ho gaya? Aisa kya hogaya???? Nupurrr!! Hmen scholarship mil gaye! Oxford university mein semester ke liay apply kia tha na? we got it!!"

Yes. That was it. The month after that call was a blur of anxiety, irritation and frustration. All three because of the way their families handled the news. It seemed as if Gunjan and Nupur were suddenly in a war zone. Two parties. On the brink of fight all the damn time. Inspite of the fact that most of the time both the pair of parents were saying the same thing, but in such obscure ways that it seemed nobody understood nobody.

It was a highly exhausting scenario for both the best friends! But nothing could dampen their spirits. Nothing could effect their excitement. Nothing could jeopardize their dream. Nothing could make them let go of optimism.

And so, here they were about to embark on a journey that will make their dream come true. Sorry correction. The journey that will make many of their dreams come true!!!!

Hugging their parents and each other parents a tight good bye hug and being hesitant inspite of all their excitement to let go off the hug was how they both entered the airport lounge.

"okay tu sab se pehle a jao idher beth k documents set kar len nupur! Wahan counter pe ja kar ta k confusion na ho na" ,Gunjan quickly sat down with their documents and Nuur grinned, "that is why I love you!", she said.

"I love u more ab dekho ye tumhari ticket ye visa, ye university ka letter ab bus baqi boarding pass re gaya hai jo agey se mile ga, thek hai?" Gunjan arranged all her documents and handed to Nupur, "ab tum bhi ik baar doabra check kar k batao so that u know what u have in your hand. Nupur quickly cross checked her documents and once having all of it checked they headed to the counter.

"relax okay .. relax", "Nupur held gunjan by her arm and glared and taking a deep breath she nodded, "okay!", showing her the tongue they both headed with fringes of excitement and nervousness. They were happy and excited, looking forward because they were two and excited because they were about to embark on a journey to explore the world!

"okay ab boarding pass bhi a gaya aur sare document complete ho gaye! Luggage book ho gaya! Ab now we just have our hand carries in our hand and bus!" Nupur once again cross checked their documents and Gunjan glared her, "bus kar do Nupur! Ab tum ne ye sab nikala na! phir dekna!"

Acha na .. " Nupur pouted and securely placed everything in the bag and tugged her arm with her, "okay so finally we are here Nupur, mlb .. mujhe yakeen nai a raha .. going to London and mtlb!"

"I know .. it feels unreal .. bus ab plane main beth jayen na anxiety ho rai hai mujhe!"

"I know mujhe bhi na! esp mama papa uncle aunty sab bahir bethen hain, mtlb ap chale jayen .. jo bhi ho hum nikal tu nai sakte na yahan se .."

"uff I know! Anyways bus ab flight a jaldi ..

"hmm bus ghanta reh gaya hai ..', Gunjan said looking at the watch.

"I know .. kuch khao gey?", Nupur asked lovingly placing her hand over her cheek and NUpur shook her head, "nai bus ab hum plane main khayen gey na .. apko bhook tu nai lagi"

"bilkul bhi nai .. bus ab plane maina!", She sighed with nervousness and Gunjan placed her head on Gunjan's shoulder and sometime later the announcement made their heart beats rise.
