Chapter 35- Sawan Aya Hai
"Uff so hot! " said Draupadi fanning herself with a paper . "Day by day the weather is getting hotter hotter and hotter ! Why is this happening ? "
"It's fault of all girls u see . " Arjun replied as he sat near .
"Really and how are we responsible for it ? "Draupadi asked angrily .
"You girls wear short clothes and make the guys compel to compliment u all that u r hot . So the sun is jealous , it is like 'being hot is my monopoly '. Thus it is proving itself to be hot . And look it succeeded . "
"Such a lame reason Arya ! "Draupadi made a face looking at which Arjun burst into a laugh .
"Anyways so we have finished shopping right ? "Asked Arjun as he looked at the numerous shopping bags .
"Yups ! Not actually there are still some things left to buy "Draupadi said in an unsure voice .
"What more shopping is left to be done !"Arjun voice poured out his surprise and he started counting the shopping bags .
"Don worry Arya . The shopping left is my personal shopping . I will do it some other day "Draupadi said laughing as she Arjun's horrified face .
"Thank god or else I would have to go behind you shop to shop carrying your shopping bags again "he replied stressing more on the word 'again'
"You know I always had this wish that I would shop all day where else my lover boy would walk behind me carrying all the shopping bags " Draupadi said suddenly after sometime dreamily .
"So madam have I been able to fulfil your crazy wish ?"Arjun asked bowing like a slave .
"Umm not that much . But don worry u will learn soon "Draupadi said laughing .
"Oh really " Arjun pointed his eyes as he carried her and teased her tickling her neck with his numerous kisses .

After sometime the sun disappeared and black clouds invaded the sky . A light rainfall started .
Draupadi excitedly forwarded her hands to feel the droplets of water and then turning towards Arjun ,threw him some droplets of water that was in her hand.
"What are doing Panchali ? "Arjun asked surprised wiping the droplets as she again forwarded her hands to feel the droplets of water .
"Come on Arya let's go and dance in the rain !" Draupadi said excitedly .
"What are u serious ? Dance ? That too in the rain !" Arjun said laughing .
"I m not joking "Draupadi said in a high voice and she went out in the open space to feel the rain .
"Wait no Panchali . Don go and don get wet in the rain . You will get sick . ...Panchali wait "but would Panchali listen to Arjun.
She started to get wet in the rain . She turned to face him and pleaded "Come on Arya ! It will be really fun ,come on "
"No Panchali and you also come back . "Arjun said nodding his head in a no .
She did not listen to him just spread her arms and played with the rain droplets . Then she started to move her body to some tune as if dancing .
"Oh no please don tell me she is literally dancing ! " Arjun mumbled to himself as he looked at her with disbelief .

He stared at her as she danced . The rain drops fell on her head and dampen her head. She expanded her hands as if to embrace the rain and closed her eyes and her lips curved delicately into a smile. Arjun buried his face in his hands as she continued to dance .
The rain poured heavily and Arjun noticed the drops of rain touch her forehead, flow through her small nose and fall onto her red lips.
Raindrops were flowing through the curve of her face, along her throat and soaked her white dress, drenching it. Precious and priceless drops. She was quite drenched within a few minutes, her white dress , now almost translucent, exposed a great view of her shapely and slender waist.
Arjun felt his stomach churn when she untied her hair, it rippled down like a cascade of waters and she shook it gently. He stood straight as he admired the scene, with eyes fixed on her, his eyes refusing to blink. Something inside him told him to go and join her. Chances like these are rare and they only come by at infrequent instances.

The rain now touched him and started to drench him as well. The raindrops fell from his shoulder and ran down as they fell on to his back and his t shirt . He looked at her intensely now, refusing to avert his eyes. She opened her eyes and found him standing opposite to her. Rain drops fell on his head and slid through his face and fell onto his hardened chest from his chin .
"Glad you changed your mind" she said softly. She twirled lightly with her hands still stretched out, she stepped onto something slippery as she slipped and lost her balance, and was about to fall down headlong when she felt Arjun's hands grab her waist and she instantly wrapped her hands around his neck. She opened her eyes and saw herself inclined, her waist supported by his hands, and her hands around his neck.
Sabse chhupa ke tujhe seene se lagaana hai
Pyar mein tere hadd se guzar jaana hai
Itna pyar kisi pe, pehli baar aaya hai
Mohabbat barsa dena tu, sawan aaya hai
Tere aur mere milne ka, mausam aaya hai
He looked into her lotus eyes. They were sparkling like rare sapphires, shining brightly. The raindrops on the curve of his nose fell on her eyes, while those treacherous drops on his chin dripped on to her neck and disappeared under her dress.
Her eyes were fixed in his hazels .
Kaise bataaun jazbaat ye mere
Maine khud se bhi zyada tujhe chaaha hai
Sab kuch chhod ke aana tu, sawan aaya hai
Tere aur mere milne ka, mausam aaya hai
He took her face slowly and looked at her red lips which parted slowly . He bent down to take her lips when she bit the lower lips .
Their lips would have met but suddenly Draupadi spoke in a soft voice ,
"You know I had a wish while watching Ashiqui 2 . I wanted to initiate the kiss scene of the movie "
"You have weird wishes "Arjun said smiling as he took off his shirt .
He brought her near , near enough to hear her breath and then joined his head with hers as he covered them with his shirt .
Draupadi smiled . "This is weird "she agreed which brought a short laugh to Arjun's lips as he went near to touch hers.
Kyunki tum hi ho
Ab tum hi ho
Zindagi ab tum hi ho
Chain bhi, mera dard bhi
Meri aashiqui ab tum hi ho
"Okay ! is this only me or are you also hearing some BG music? "Draupadi asked in a stupid tone .
"Shhh " Arjun silenced her and seized her lips with his . As the lips met they forgot what they were , where they were and how they were . At that moment only he existed for her and only she existed for him .
They kissed again, and this time, it felt familiar. She knew exactly how they fitted together, his arm around her waist, her hands on his chest, the pressure of his lips on her . They had each other memorised.
