Just had to comment on this fiction. I started reading your story yesterday night, and finished reading all the updated chapters in one go. The unique title of the story had caught my attention first, and just the fact that it's based in the actual heartland of Delhi, I was intrigued then and there itself. Very few writers have come close to the way you have handled complex relations and situations with such ease.
The story, of course, is a visual treat. Its so relatable and quite amazing to see that you've picked up so much from the actual real Delhi and its famous spots, be it, Chandni Chowk, Kinaari Bazaar, Ghantewala Confectioners, Tom Uncle's Maggi Point, North Campus, University Grounds, Sports Complex, Khalsa, Hauz Khas, GK, Vasant Kunj/Vihar, and not to forget the age old rivalry between Hindu(Alchemy) and St. Stephens(St. Joseph), and the current adhoc employment issue of the university. I'm assuming that you live or have lived in Delhi, to know these intricacies of the city, or else, I would just be blown away by your observation skills.😆
Now coming to the story, there are so many jumbled thoughts in my head right now. Don't know where to start from. Characters that appeared passive in the beginning definitely had more to them than what was projected initially in the story. And, vice versa, certain other active characters have mellowed down or revealed a different side of themselves.
Its good to see almost all characters dealing in the grey. No one is black or white here. But, every character is learning from past mistakes and experiences. Life comes a full circle and it seems to be coming true for Khushi ever since bumped into the Raizadas after all these years. And, now in all probability, she is back to Alchemy.
