Sorry, but I don't think you get what I am trying to say Shaila... I will go with your & Jay's theory that he was jealous that day so he said that...

But what about the 4 months, he has been ignoring Khushi???? What about the phone calls, texts, emails that he has plain IGNORED for so long???? How can you explain that???

I too don't understand why is he not responding to Kushi e-mails and text messages?. Why didn't he tell Kushi to " don't waste your time " as a reply for two months. Why this ignorance for months and now he is bursting and boiling like lava. Jen are you hiding anything from us ????

Loved it reminds me of my childhood summer vacations at my grand mothers place with all the cousins you have written very well . So Khushi is trying hard to talk to Arnav but he is not giving her any chance . Oh dear why do we make life so difficult for our loved ones and for ourselves by distancing . Can't wait for the next part

More than just those words Sri, it is his ACTIONS that have hurt me like never before... And I am not talking about the blonde here or any other red head or brunette he might have been dating here either...

I am talking about the way he has treated Khushi over the past few months. No gentleman ever does that. And no amount of explanation is going to pacify me now. There is a way to express your anger & hurt, not treat your supposed beloved like that????

For God's sake, he proposed to her!!! It is not as if she is some random girl he was dating off & on... And HIS ex-wife pulled a suicide stunt on her and immeasurable hurt her, accused her & on top it all her dad has been so sick!!!

And he is supposed to be a physician himself. He should know better than anyone else what mental anguish she has been going through. Couldn't he have cut her some slack?!?!?!?

How can he do what he has done??? So, did not expect that from him

Did Arnav really get hurt that Kushi eavesdropped his and Lavanya conversation and also Kushi thinks that he deliberately lied about loving Lavanya?

When Arnav said lets breakup does he really mean it?

I am really not getting clue about Arnav's anger and outburst.

Loved reading the analyses and understand your sentiments :) The next update will walk us through Arnav's sentiments/ thoughts/ dilemmas from April(Gazebo fight) to June( Anita's birthday) to August( The Great Search). I love this Arnav( flaws and all) for a multitude of reasons and there's no way I'm going to change( for the worse) his characterization at this stage of the story. There is a purpose, several purposes, for this development which should hopefully be clear by the next chapter. Among other things, it will address the concept of fidelity, which is one of the underlying subthemes of this story.

I didn't really mean to upset you guys by cutting off the update at such a crucial juncture. There were two reasons for it 1) I wanted to devote a separate chapter for just Arnav's POV 2) I was really busy over the weekend so couldn't manage to type more.

A small pre-teaser to cheer you guys up( Hopefully) :: Next Chapter is called Aashiqui Sabr Talab( Love Demands Patience)

I understand SF is acutely Sabr Talab too!! Sorry...:)

Geeta, why do I feel that Sujatha has something to do with Arnav's behavior?

I think it is true. Sujatha has surely done something behind Khushi's back and it has hurt Arnav deeply.

oh my god...he didn't only said it...he did it...he was out with somebody else on a date?!

he didn't even looked at her or talked to her properly??

she went herself again after all this to talk to him and he just ignored her?

please i think it was some after work drinks kind of thingy he was dragged in to..

but even that won't explain his rude behavior to her.

may be he was jealous because Aman was there?

.but than there was a husky sleepy voice at his home at 6 in the morning?

no, no it must be some friend or cousin...who was in town...and was at his place for the night...some thing any damn thing but not that...not that at all...

and if he did it...even by mistake i want him to pay for it...

she can't forget him, and he just like that...even if he was angry...anger cools off...after sometimes brain starts working...

even his outburst at the park could be understood not this...if it was a date and if that woman was with him whole night...than thats unacceptable.

i can't digest this...i can't sorry. i am just blabbering but i can't. totally unacceptable...
