I can understand Arnav's dilemma. For a long time, he didn't want to believe that his first love, his wife, the mother of his son has changed dramatically and betrayed him. And that too leaving him and their baby to be with another man who had no shame to be with a married woman with a newborn baby. Well in that case, both Vikas and Swathi have same kind of characteristic features. They're truly meant for each other. I wonder with whom she is married now. Vikas or another man who fell in her trap.

Taking the possible decision of court into consideration, Both Swathi and Arnav are married to their respective partness. So both of them can provide a family atmosphere to Samrat. In addition to this, if Swathi is married to a rich husband, which is higly possible thinking her nature of trapping rich men. That means she can financially look after a kid properly. Moreover, Does Arnav have any evidence that she left him and his infant baby for another man? Swathi can claim that Arnav had separated her from Samrat forcefully and made her sign the divorce papers by threatening her. Arnav's family can be witness but will judge consider their testimony as they are family members of the defending party of the case. I don't know anything about Indian Law System so I just tried to think generally.

By the way, I still didn't come up with another idea apart from money about Swathi's intention of taking Samrat's custody. If she really wants money then Arnav can give her however much she wants. But it will make Samrat sad thinking that his biological mother whom he doesn't even recognize uses him for money.

Women like Swati are a shame to womankind. But unfortunately there are women like her in this world.

The nerve of that lady to ask for Sam's custody now after behaving like a bitch all these years.

I wish that Arnav gave her one tight slap when he sees her.

I think the comeback of Swati is for two reasons

1) maybe she cannot conceive or

2) maybe she wants more money to lead a luxury life with her lover which she can get over settlement of custody case.
