The Guy Who Lives in my Room

Chapter one

"Well where's my mum then, I thought she said she'll come and pick me new dad". "My whole body is aching from sitting in that damn airplane…OMG there's my mum wow she's looking absolutely hot". The girl waved her hands in the air frantically while running to her walking through the endless crowd and her mum spotted in the crowd. Her mum came and they hugged for what seemed like an 1 hour."Meet your new father Kripa". Kripa saw him properly now because this was her second meeting, the first one was his and her mums wedding she didn't bother to look at him properly then. She checked him out and well he's buff her mum would be stupid if she left him. She didn't know what to do or say so she thought saying 'Hi' was the sensible thing to say and a hand shake wouldn't be bad for their first proper meeting. They didn't what else to say but Priya noticed that so " Kripa its good to have you here living with us I mean its kinda weird living with four guys … come on before it gets late…we have to drive back to Summer Bay before the sun sets…it takes like two hours from here to there".

Summer Bay is a small country in Sydney and Priya always talked about it on the phone to kripa. Kripa was already exhausted and another 2 hour drive was waiting for her she couldn't wait till she reached her bed and that was the only thing she was bothered about right now. Prem O'brian took her suitcase and she took her backpack to the car. They settled in the car another 2 hour drive.

By the way prem had 3 sons the youngest is Vicky; a brainy kid, kripa can still remember meeting him at the wedding since he was sitting next to her he asked question after question and she somehow shut him up in the middle of the wedding but for just a minute then he started talking about science, she would have locked him in a room if it wasn't her moms wedding. Then there was Jason who was the same age as kripa the boy has issues, Kripa cant believe she has to live with him in the same house, she felt like killing him at the wedding he was rude, stupid and he thinks he's hot believe me I'd rather have king kong sitting next to me than those two. I wouldn't get a bad headache. Last but not least there was jack the only normal offspring from that family, Kripa and him got on well at the wedding so they became friends. Jack's a cop and since Kripa has been caught a few times thinks it's a good idea to have a cop friend, she hasn't been caught for nothing that serious just things like going in restricted places in the other night but that wasn't her fault it was her part of her sometimes job. She was different from everybody, she could see ghosts and talk to them actually just not talk if they got her nerves on she could kick their buts.

An hour later Kripa saw a sign it said 'Welcome to Summer Bay'. Atlast kripa thought, they were here now and her warm bed was waiting for her. They passed a few shops and the sea Kripa now understood why her mum always talked about this place its magnificent, the car stopped at a house behind the sea. The house was not as big as she imagined but big enough for all of them. She took her bag and went in.

The O'brian boys were there with a banner saying 'Welcome Home', She was not surprised to see a grumpy Jason and a hyped Vicky. She went to jack and hugged him,"nice to see you mate" greeted jack "you to" replied Kripa. She went to Vicky next "sup lil dude" but he was not little he was nearly as tall as her and as she expected he started with his questions. Did this guy eat a questionnaire when he was born Seriously and there was Jason did she even have to bother to talk to him, well ofcourse if she didn't want her mum on her back. She said a lame 'hi' to him and didn't even bother to wait for a reply. It was like he was gonna reply anyways.

"Mum where is my room,..I'm so tired"said Kripa said in a tired voice. "Jason go and take her to her room" said Prem. "But dad I got to go somewhere" he argued back " You're just taking to her room mate not to USA…it'll take 2 mins" replied Prem. Jason new better not to argue coz he was gonna end up doing it anyway but Kripa didn't want to go with him "Its alright Vicky can show me my room" before she realized she just asked Vicky to take her to her room, Vicky was already half way up the stairs calling her name. "Damn" she said under her breath.

She followed him to her room, she went in her room and OMG it was awesome. "Seems like my mum remembered my favorite things" she said to herself and on the other hand Vicky was talking about the rules of this house or something like that. "I'll ask for that when I need but right now bye buddy" and she closed the door on him but it looks like he never heard her coz he was still talking and boy was he loud she could still hear his voice loud and clearly. She turned to her bed "atlast I can sleep in peace" but she noticed something on the window at the corner of her eyes but when she turned around it wasn't a something it was someone sitting at the edge of her window. " great just what I needed to make my day better"

wow tht was fab!!! btw who plays vicky?? i was looking 4 his pik on the first page werent there.....but fab!!!! 👏 kinda similar to the first chapter of the book if i remember correctly....kinda different aswell 😉 uve done a good job keep it up!
