And now the comment. My thoughts about Lavanya changed from autopsy of marriage to imprisoned to castle of glass, and I realized how demented soul Lavanya is. Was always and now pushed more into it due to the loss of baby.
This thought brought back Arnav's word that he always thought she would need a psychiatrist. She wanted Arnav for herself, Maybe it was love first but than when it was unrequited and she couldn't take it, it turn into an obsession which she took full advantage of by keeping the secret of baby's conception hidden. I believe her story of not knowing the truth herself but by hididng she proved one thing that she didn't want Arnav to go away from her at any cost.
She would have done anything to keep Arnav to herself and that's what she did than and now. Continuous calls when she knew he will be at duty. And her thought of him still being married to her doesn't allow him to love any one else. Her biggest problem was she was not able to handle the Arnav didn't love her, even after marriage. She was ok accepting that he doesn't believe In the concept of love but now when he himself accepted that he loves Khushi, her failure is clearly visible to her and so she took this step. I'm not justifying her, just showing how weak a person she was and is, who would do anything than to accept her defeat and mistakes.
Manya Kashyap, may be a good sister, but she to is played by Lavanya, kept in dark of the biggest root cause of this failed marriage. Did she ever try to figure out why there marriage failed. Why Arnav never looked back or checked on Lavanya and why Lavanya didn't blame him for this?
The easy way out to put the blame on another woman, And that what she is gonna do by visiting Khushi's. I can understand from the update that a storm is ready to cause the upheaval in Arnav's and Khushi's life and separate them. Atleast for the time the divorce is finalized. I have no doubts Khushi's parents will be disappointed with all this and he current state of mind Khushi's is in with Arnav's relay of what happened with Lavanya and her talk with Sujata, most likely the distance will be decided from Khushi's side.
And after all this, Arnav's decision of divorcing Lavanya will only strengthen. All I wanna know is will he share Arav's birth info with Manya and her dad. I doubt it.
And Lavanya's dad calling Arnav a bas***d doesn't go well with me. Had he ever try to check on Lavanya's married life or before that the kind of life she lived. Ever try to dig deeper about the cause of divorce that is when they both lost there child as per common knowledge. I guess blaming others on your own failure is easy and runs in family.
I'm looking forward to the precap of the next phase of the story.
