Okay, let me take a deep breath first.
I stumbled upon this one, purely my luck and my instincts, and read it all in a single. And all I can say is WOW! Just WOW!! This is amazing! And I couldn't help but fall in love with the story!
Where do I even begin with, I have no idea.
Arnav here is just so so so... perfect, I can't come up with any ither word. All the while I could think was is he even for real? (Of course he is not, and despite it being a fiction the way you have woven the story, keeping it simple and relatable makes it just so real and hence the question.) I mean he, Arnav is all that you could possibly want in a guy. He respects, admires and is proud of her both personally and professionally. And then he is such a gentleman in pursuing, wooing her. He gives her her space, showers her with his love and care, doesn't ask for anything in return, doesn't push her, waits for her to come around, doesn't bother about her past, is understanding, supportive and what not. Not to forget he is irresistibly, deliciously handsome. Even after saying all this about him I feel like I have missed a lot. I am sure he wouldn't mind.!
But then even our Khushi doesn't deserve any less. I have come to love this Khushi a lot. She is intelligent, smart ( see I didn't mention these about Arnav), determined, ambitious and everything else. Despite the insecurities of her past, she doesn't let it come in the way of her relation with Arnav to a great extent, giving him and herself a fair chance. I love how stronger she has come out of her past, and that she didn't give into Sameer's unhappiness and hurt male ego regarding her sucess but rather pursued her dream and also not giving into his demands of intimacy when she wasn't sure.
Khushi's past was so relatable, so real. The self- doubts and all those various emotions, I don't how to put it in words but it was like I could genuinely feel them.
Arnav-Khushi's relationship, I would be really brief here, coz if I get into details I wouldn't know where to start and stop and typing from mobile doesn't really help. I loved the way you have build their relationship friend to companions to lovers to perhaps soulmates. Its been amazing. And the hurdles in their path so real, whether its Khushi's insecurities regarding their professional relation, or Arnav's money status or her past, or Arnav's frustration at being kept out of loop, and even sometimes at Khushi's doubts and lack of confidence regarding them. You have dealt with all of them so beautifully.
I'd rather not but if I've to make comparison between her relation with Sameer and with Arnav, I'd sum it up saying while Sameer made her doubt herself and lose faith and confidence in herself Arnav has made her sure of herself, stronger as a person, pushed her forward towards what she always wanted to be, a proud individual, and someone who she really is rather than someone she would try to be to please and make other happy.
Coming to the last chapter, I loved Nani-Khushi convo. The way she laid all her fears to rest. It was a really beautiful and overwhelming. The faith and trust Nani showed in Khushi in her own simple way I don't know how to describe it.
And then Shashi-Garima-Khushi convo that was so real. They had their doubts, still have but trusting their daughter to make the right decision, the right choice. That was amazing.
What can I say about Arshi I've loved reading them throughout the story, their cute moments and fights, the domestically intimate scenes, their making up, the so many awe moments and their passionate encounters (can't say more about this).
Oh and I really think that the obnoxious person is Sameer, but does Arnav know about it? And is purposely keepinh Khushi away? If not I'd be waiting to how this is going to shape up.
The teaser, I am not going to make any speculations on that, I usually suck at it. I'd rather wait, though I am not really a patient creature.
I've sent you buddy request. Please PM me the future updates.
Theres so much more I still want to say. *sigh*
