Arshi67 succinctly said everything I would have liked to, I wish I can say it so well.

Loved how he knows her cooking and has no qualms about baring his heart to the people closest to him. That is true ASR style.

Anju is a sister/sister-in-law we all wish to have.

The terrace scene was so evocative , felt like I was watching rather than reading.

Have fun on your very short trip.

First, I do want to comment on how you have maintained internal coherence and consistency of this period story. :)

Your Arnav reminds me of a pearl - hard to crack but when you do, there is something so beautiful and valuable inside. What is he hiding behind that hard veneer? And will Khushi be able to get past that hardness he seems to have no qualms bestowing upon her.

The scene that caught my breath was the last part of this update - when he witnesses her heartbreak on the terrace.. Well done there Choti.

I have read almost all of your works now [including your blog entries] and I find that your writing has shifted in this story, You have shown a bolder, more stolid writing here than any other piece before [although your 1993 is my favorite.] I am truly enjoying this change.. :)

The family time was so nice...every member of the family understood the growing chemistry and every member prayed that this should work...Awesome...the subtle romance is well written...Arnav's wish to meet her parents and say pranam to them...he quietly gave his shoulder and supported her when she had remembered and missed her parents...he loves her so much...awesome chapter...
