When she said "it's will to live". I think here she is referencing her obsessive unrequited love but not her life. She has decided to draw curtains to her obsession Once and for all. She might have decided to sign divorce papers and free Arnav. And further with good heart she might have decided to reveal Aarav's secret to her family and Astha?.

To me Lavanya is not a bad person. Due to her obsessions and unreciprocated love she made blunders and fell into abyss. Aarav's death, lonely past one year, shrink's help she might have realized what she lost and what she wants now, Though she said "I need time to think" to Arnav in spur of moment. Her own soul searching might have finally helped her to see things without illusion. After seeing Kushi picture on Arnav's phone and how content he looked, she might have decided to put full stop to her agony and move on.

I know ...I know...may be I am too optimistic 😆😆
