I think this has to be my most favourite Arnav-Khushi scene from Saffron Fields! It was for the first time that I felt that Arnav fully showed himself to Khushi... I honestly don't know why I felt so because it wasn't like there was any "truth revelation" here, but I think...he was just so himself with her. And same goes for Khushi actually. And wow, the way Khushi handled him... like she knew him through and through... like she'd already been his wife for ten years. And her birthday demands which she put-forward in a very child-like yet women-like way just made me smile!

Coming to Lavanya...

I'm disturbed. Of all things I imagined... it was not this! Not even the last on my list. But I guess...I should have expected this. She is far too caught up in the lies that she has told him, her guilt because of it and her imaginary love-life. She hasn't even been seeing things as they are now...the reality and of course she hasn't accepted the fact the divorce scenario is actually happening for real. And so the phone call...to be slapped on the face by reality like that has of course shocked her. Now I just hope she gets herself together... and learns to love herself. If she does go ahead with her plan... she should realize that things wouldn't get better for anyone... neither for her and her family, nor for Arnav.

Jenny, great characterization! I'm happy that you're making it about not just Arnav Khushi, but Lavanya too. She deserves it.

And I was eagerly waiting for Anita's and Aman's story...and glad it seems to have just started :)

What I liked best about this chapter was Arnav's display of near vulnerability. And his fears aren't completely unfounded; his experience with Lavanya is bound to make him skeptical. It is thus my fervent wish that Khushi's prayers come true.

As for what Sujata asked in her prayer to the almighty, it makes me feel at peace. Staunch as she is in her set of morals and beliefs, she has left a leeway for her daughter's happiness. And that I believe is the silver lining to the dark clouds that are present in abundance.

You know there have been many occasions when I've been restive owing to the depiction of occasions where there has been a possibility of a third person catching up on Arnav and Khushi. The same occurred in this one as well when Arnav mentioned that the parking lot was empty. I was like...there goes my blood pressure for a toss😛

Now that Anita has begun with the babysitting, I look forward to 'Do dil mil rahe hai, magar chupke chupke'.

And last but not the least...Lavanya. She might have called for the curtains to fall, but the words still do not cause me to be at ease.

Arnav and Khushi have to move on happily in their lives finally without any shadow of LA on their heads . Arnav truly deserves that. For that this LA has to move on...
Should not La's family, Arnav's mom ,and Khushi's family know the truth about how much Arnav has done and scarified to save the marriage when Aarav's was alive... To what lengths he went to save that sham of a marriage... He did all he can to try and work it out, it was she who with her lies and insecurities killed it right from the start...😡
She has to survive and tell the truth to the world... Otherwise how will Arnav's character be salvaged??? The world has to know the truth and her deception has to come out into the open... How much this poor guy suffered throughout... 😭
If she dies he will go into a complete shell and shut down like it happened when Arav died.. And this time he will not have Khushi to bring him out as she will also be devastated too, maybe more than him being the kind gentle being that she is😭.
Him being such an honorable and a good person, he will never be able to survive it... First Aarav's death and then her, even though he was not responsible for both of the tragedies... And the final blow losing Khushi, and the world indirectly blaming him...
May be this suicide attempt will the biggest jolt Lavanya will receive to bring her out of the stupor she is in -her obsession of Arnav. Her narcissistic behavior, her justifications for all her lies. Maybe all the walls have to close in and become totally dark, before she see's the first ray of new light in her life.

Sri, beautiful post. Loved your analysis. It's high time La realizes that she is not the victim here.

Lavanya wants to drew the curtains... is that a good sign or bad!!!!

I just hope Arnav and Khushi doesn't have to pass through yet another storm

May be this time Lavanya should understand

I really don't want Lavanya to meet Khushi and spoil everything

All I can take out this beautiful chapter is Lavanya is surely bad news - she is sick in her head and I hope that her sessions with her therapist has given her enough to deal with the current situation and not do something drastic. Suicide will be suicidal for everyone involved and more so Arnav and Khushi!

Awesome update Arnav and Khushi are real cute together. Cant wait to see how Aman and Anita's relationship progresses they seem real sweet. Hopefully Lavanya is ok and get some help soon

You're so right in pointing out that La is NOT the victim here, she is messing with other's lives & she needs to fess up her own actions now!! 😡

Arnav has to be exonerated of all blame & only La's confession can do it.

La needs to be shaken and given a proper shouting if need be even a beating😉 by her family and friends for her to see sense and face the truth.

Why is that some people like La get away easily without taking responsibility for their actions after they have done all the damage and destruction 😡?

And others like Arnav and Khushi pay a heavy price ...😭 even though they have been responsible and tried do the right thing always...😭
