What is the reason why Arnav hates his wife? Why is he not revealing it? If its genuine and related to this past, his family will support him right?

WHEN ARNAV KNEW THEIR MARRIAGE WAS A DEAL SO THEN WHY HE STARTED PHYSICAL RELATIONSHIP WITH KHUSHI, MAYBE HE WAS ATTRECTED 2 HER. SO THERE MUST BE SOME SOLID REASON BEHIND IT...N BY LOOKING AT UR CS ; IT SHOWS SOME FAMILY MEMBER CAN DO ANYTHING 4 MONEY. SO THERE IS SOME GAME GOING ON N KHUSHI IS PAWN IN THEIR GAME.
